This is a good location to get food however it is not always the best. At times the food quality can dip you can get the wrong items or things will be made overcooked. Customer service is usually good but sometimes can be curt. The driveway is almost always full and when it is not they still make you pull around and wait. The outside of the store is not cleaned very often so it's fairly grimy most of the time. Parking lot is poorly maintained and the cheapest person to do asphalt is hired causing it to be pretty rough parking is not marked and only a couple handicap spots are marked. It is not accessible friendly to parking services rough and the entry to it is too far. In addition to that I wouldn't necessarily say it's accessible friendly for the entrance either due to how rough the surface going to the entrance is. Inside the store is decently accessible but not completely in the bathrooms are definitely not accessible friendly. Door lock on the men's room doesn't always work and is never repaired. Overall I would recommend this location but be aware it's not going to be right every time or fresh every time.

I’m 49 years old and have never had food poisoning until eating a steak finger basket at this DQ. I myself have been in food service for over 30 years, have seen and eaten some things I probably shouldn’t have and still have never gotten sick like I did from the food at this establishment. Luckily I keep polisorb and activated charcoal on hand at all times or else I think it would have been much worse than it was. The owner needs to do a better job of training the employees on food safety.

I was impressed! I was out visiting here and it's one of the best locations I have been to in a long time. They made sure my food was hot and it definitely was hot and fresh. I ordered the dude and French fries. Thank you!! I would definitely go back again!

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Asked for a 6 piece basket with no toast extra fries. I got toast and NO fries. And only 5 pieces of chicken. This place is a joke. Made me pull around and wait another 25 minutes. Cant believe they can’t make a simple french fries and chicken strip meal. Manager was rude, couldn’t even understand him to begin with.

I have ate here for years. Tonight I go through drive through I ask for a beef taco salad. They ask that I pull around to front. There were two cars ahead of me and 7 behind me; they all got their orders and left. When the 8 car parked beside me and it had their order brought out. I ask the lady that took my order where it was. She said it will be out in a minute; I told her that it had already been 40 minutes. She went inside and begin take orders for counter. I will never go there again. She should have checked and offered refund. Sorry customer service.

My family has gotten the same food here many times. However, this time, the food was obviously left sitting when I was right outside waiting.The French fries were cold and tough and all 6 tacos were soggy half way up the shells. They fell apart and were nasty with no crunch at all not even from Lettuce as there was hardly enough to be found.I am really disappointed in the food this time, BUT I gave a 1 star, because I called up and asked to speak to Cyrus (the owner)and he would not come to the phone. He would not come to the phone to speak to a customer. I am so disappointed in him.

Easily the worst crispy chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The chicken was full of gristle, hardly any actual meat. Thoroughly disgusting, and a waste of eight dollars. You get two stars because your servers are very nice people. But whoever buys the chicken for this place needs to be fired

I had the best taco salad tonight. U didnt have to ask wheres the beef. Plenty of meat and vegetables were fresh. I order money with nacho cheese instead of shredded and it was amazing. So shout out to the cook tonight.
