Very clean and fresh feel like it’s a newer restaurant. The food was hot and tasted freshly cooked. Fries were crisp and hot.Parking: We had our Fifth Wheel trailer and another truck with a car trailer and had plenty of space to park, plus easy in and out access!

Orders are hardly ever right, rude customer service, especially at the drive thru window and they never answer their phones...water down coffee full of coffee grounds on bottom. What happened to this place, it used to be great. Headquarters needs to check this place and get it back to good food, good customer service...maybe wrong people working there, you have to care of what you do if not it's giving McDonald's a bad reputation.

Yes ordered frappes online through app paid for my order. When I got to drive through and gave my code the girl was very nice. When we got to the pick up window the OLD LADY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE SHE OPENED THE WINDOW AND STATED I DONT HAVE YOUR FRAPPES THE MACHINE IS BROKE..well I set there because I wanted to know how long it was gonna take to refund my money since I paid in the app. She can back and opened the window and asked what else did i want....this old woman has no Customer service and is extremely rude and I will be contacting the manager today about her and my refund

The hamburger was pretty decent as far as taste, it's a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon but the size of it is what got me, looks like a toy, that's actually one of their ketchup packages on top of it in the picture. That tiny burger with french fries and a soda was right at $11 for what I would call a slider.

1st I got cold fries and then missing fries then she asked me me if there quarter pounder meal comes a friey I order the 20piece nugget combo that comes with 2 and no drink then I got a McChicken with 2 top buns and a hairafter already being parked in number 1 then go back I got a McChicken with and no recieptIf I new there was hair in it would put pic in to but I was to busy throwing up

You know every single McDonald's advetises these ice creams shakes and delights, yet every single one of them always say their machines are broken. I believe that is a false advertisement if you advertise new products and can't even sell any of them. I've been up here 3 different times during 2 separate weeks, and the machine seems to always be broken....

Wasn't good, barley warm hamburger. It was midday, lunchtime, and the burger tasted like it had been sitting under a lamp for awhile, as was the apple pie. Fries were hot and fresh and the only reason for 1 star. They were out of ketchup at the condiment stand so I went to the counter and asked. The young lady pointed to a bin on the counter that was nearly empty. The inside of that bin appeared as though it had not been cleaned in weeks, it was nasty. I was not about to stick my hand in there to retrieve the few remaining packets of ketchup much less use them. I told the young lady it was dirty and not about to use anything out of the bin. She reacted with indifference. I suddenly felt uneasy about the quality of the food I I just ordered. Reluctantly I ate anyway, I was on the road and could not afford any further delay. Pretty sure I will not go back to this location.

HORRIBLE LAZY STAFF!!!!! Went through the drive thru at 9:15 and we were told they were closed. Circled back around and seen most of the employees sitting at a table goofing off. Seen another car go through the drive thru and their order was taken. Went BACK through the drive thru and sat there and nobody took our order. Ridiculous! Hire a staff who actually needs money!!!!

Today I tried to be thoughtful and order ahead and do a drive thru pickup instead of a curbside since it's raining. The kids and I usually get breakfast on Fridays. I get into line, usher me right up to the window, doesn't give me my receipt and they give me our food but not our 3 large iced coffees... Pull ahead to reserved. Ok.... Everyone else gets theirs and then an employee comes out and asks for my receipt (which I didn't get). When the same girl brought us our coffees. We didn't even get an Apology... In the past I've had issues with the mobile ordering not going through. They made it right. Is it all McDonald's that can't get there act together with the iced coffees in the morning? Or is it just this location?

Worst customer service this morning. I order a triple bundle and when I asked for my fries manager said I did not specified I want the fries. She raced her voice and asked me to leave the place or will call the police. Triple bundle comes with fries always. She needs to be trained a have better customer service. I said I only need my fries so she aske me to pay for them!! She was super rude.

After working all afternoon without breakfast OR lunch, my husband and I ordered 2 fish filet sandwiches for an early dinner. I requested they be dropped fresh and was told it would take 6 minutes. I confirmed that would be fine. THREE minutes later they were ready. I should have checked them but failed to open the bag until we arrived home whereupon I found the filets had been cooked almost to non existence! We ate them anyway. Did I mention we had not yet eaten AT ALL for the day?A few minutes later, feeling a little unwell and a whole lot dissatisfied, I called and spoke with the manager who informed me that in order to obtain any replacement I would have to return the sandwiches. Needless to say, we would not be returning them unless we managed to regurge!What has happened to the quality and pride in one’s job, even if it IS just fast food? What has happened to customer service? What’s happened to simply doing the right thing?

My complete order was messed up, I called several time just to have someone to hang up and now the phone is off the hook. I emailed the email on the receipt just to find out it’s no good smh this is the worst McDonalds yet I have been to I see why the rating is extremely low lesson learned.

My wife came through the drive through tonight. Had to repeat order 3 times at the speaker. Then when she get to the window they give her the wrong order all around. She repeats order again not once but two more times. The little girl working window give her a snarky smile when the food is handed to her again. You wanna guess where I’m going?!?!? It was wrong again!!! Look. All you have to do is listen!!! Pretty simple.

Grabbed some food on my way home. Staff were nice, however got home my daughter was eating her French fries and found someone's earing in the fry box. Needless to say we live 30mins away and we threw that box of fries away.

The fries were completely coated in salt. The crewmember that took one of my orders didn't ask me if that was all, I had to put in the other order via kiosk. The iced lattes that they gave me were each a size smaller than they should have been. I went back to get the right size only to be told that I couldn't read the size of the cup correctly. I can tell you that one of them had 12 ounces and the other had 16 ounces. For coffee drinks I will be going to 7-11 where it will be bigger, better and cheaper.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. All the tables were filthy, they had no drinks available except water. The staff was arguing with each other very loudly. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she had stepped out. Strongly recommend going anywhere else to eat. Even a gas station sandwich would be better.
