The new store is clean, neat and organized. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they only had 1 employee on the floor right before Christmas so the wait was pretty long and more importantly a couple full isles were empty…. Or had a couple products on the whole entire shelf for that isle… so it’s not that they didn’t have product there they didn’t have any in stock.

Came for a late night stop to get somethings. Website said closes at 10pm, but doors well locked way before then. If they’re gonna be open at 10pm, then they need to update their website hours.

I walked up to the checkout and stood there waiting for someone to walk up. The cashier comes up ( I have half my stuff out of my basket) when she tells me to go to next register and walks away. As soon as I gather my things to go to next register a man walks up and she begins checking him out!! The man says " oh I'm sorry" but the employee did not! My total was 49 and change, I give her a $100 bill; to which she says " we cannot accept $100 bills unless it is over $50!! I should have just walked away and let her put up the things I had gathered!! Instead, I bought a candy bar so that my total would be at least $50!! It was 50.35 so I gave her 35 pennies on purpose!! I wish there was a 0 stars option!!!

I stopped by the Family Dollar in Whitesboro, TX and they are closed. The guy from Pepsi is sitting outside waiting for someone to come in the verify the order this supposed to come. He told me they haven't been open for about 2 weeks. He also said that when he made the order with them that they opened the door for him to make the order, then when he was done and went to leave so did the employee's. Not sure what's going on but they have a missed FedEx sticker on the door and a box just sitting outside getting soaked today. Thinking about trying to get in touch with corporate because they need to do something.

The store is very clean and the employees are nice, when the store is actually open. There is no sign detailing why it isn't open on scheduled hours and the website says it is open when it is clearly not. Very unreliable shopping place.

We’ve been using this family dollar almost weekly for the past 2 years since it’s conveniently close to our home. Today is was mistreated by the cashier and manager all because I simply asked for cash back and needed smaller bills than a $20. They made it seem like I was the biggest inconvenience and made me wait while they all talked about me, loud enough for me and everyone in line to hear. Emailed corporate. So disappointed.

Closing early during posted business hours seems to be a regular thing for them. Very frustrating to show up and the store be closed for no reason this afternoon at 3:30pm.

This store is the cleanest and most organized Family Dollar I have ever visited. The ladies working there are so sweet and friendly.

Just like the other Family Dollar stores somethings are out of place, drink isle might be sticky. You can score good savings if you check the ad and coupon. The workers at this location are always friendly.

My kid went in there with a backpack on because I picked him up from school and they made him walk back to the front of the store and take his backpack off as if he wasn’t having a bad day already not going back there again
