Paid for lawn pins which did not ring up so cashier scanned a 1.00 candy bar twice and got home not in any of my bags keep calling the phone number nonstop busy must be off the hook. Will attempt to rectify the situation on Monday as I live 15 miles away.

This store manager is one of the most kind hearted Ladies. She is hard working and does what she can to run her team and her store the best she can. Things may not always be perfect but this crew does everything they can to make it work shopping at this store.My kids absolutely love coming here cause there is always some kind of goodies for them in reach!Keep up hard work 💪 🙂

5 stars 100% hands down !This is for you " BRAD " .Man from helping out multiple customers at a time inside to instantly stepping outside to assist the older lady up on walkway and getting her a cart so she was more stable to moving right into backing up the 18wheeler driver in the parking lot that was having issues. Sir. You keep doing what you do . One outstanding employee!!!!!!All with a broken foot/ankle . Impressive!!!!

This place is incredibly sub-par. Even for a Dollar General. It's filthy and messy, badly organized and stocked, employees are unprofessional and slow, and the managers especially are lazy and seem to care about their store about as much as one does about a bit of dust on top of their refrigerator. I've rarely seem management this bad and lackadaisical with their store and employees. I avoid going here unless absolutely necessary

Will not go here again. With large sign stating masks must be worn, I was only customer in the store wearing a mask. This is an extremely crowded location -people have always been nice but no excuse. Should be no mask/no entry. Just not any reason to argue. Management to blame here. It’s really easy to tell your customers to put on a mask.

Since the remodel I have trouble finding the items that were once stocked. Shelves are empty. I sometimes walk out of the store empty-handed, not having found any of the items on my list. They do have a larger stock--more items, just not more of what I need. And employees often wear their masks on their necks or in their pockets. Yet, I will return because it is close to my home.

This really is a true story.While shopping at the Whitesboro TX location today, we parked a mule drawn covered wagon in the far side of the parking lot. There were plenty of parking spaces left. The manager told the owner to remove the wagon, as it was taking up parking spaces. While I remained with the wagon and team, there was never a problem in the lot for incoming or outgoing customers.I can't believe the audacity of your store manager to make such a remark. What is the difference between a huge superduty or some larger vehicle and this nostalgic vehicle. Incidently, there was no animal waste deposited on the lot. Had that been the case, we would have removed it immediately.Really? Is your staff that hard hearted? Her actions do not bode well for your company.

This Dollar General and Tioga has always been clean, stocked, friendly customer service. Never had a problem in there needing what I need that I know that they would have. Just a good down-home friendly country Dollar General.

I was there today and the remodel looks AMAZING! went from 3 to 5 real fast! So much cleaner, alot more stuff now and more space in the isles! The staff is, of course, super friendly and sweet!

They would not return my carb choke that I bought about an hour before because the cashier didn't offer me the reciept it was $3.85 dollar general why would you not just return it for cash and to top it off she never could find the gift cards to put the money on it so I told her forget it i would return it another day she was very rude

I like the store & some of the employees but the stores too crowded they bring the outside stuff in 30 minutes to an hour before closing so you’re tripping over everything I’ve caught myself because I’ve almost fallen several times the digital coupons that I clip and have been for a long time never want to work and They don’t want to fix the problem claim they don’t know how to fix the problem never been taught that and some of these are managers and key turners were talking about and 90% of the time it’s a night shift they blame it on corporate!I’ve been a lot of money for them not wanting to fix the coupons because the main things I buy are the pods for laundry the softener for laundry bleach and they don’t ever want to fix it and it’s getting to be BS!!!Ty, LeeAnne Jack

Some items are a bargain and some are not. I needed dog food and went ahead and got it but it was overpriced in my opinion. The cashiers are always nice. The isles could use some organizing. I am a repeat shopper.

Dollar General has become a real good place to shop, if you download their app and use the online coupons, you can save quite a bit. Their selection improves pretty regularly, and I much prefer it to gong into Brookshire bros. down the street.

Dollar General is normally a great store. The one in Whitesboro is always such a mess that it’s hard to get down the aisles and find products. There is often so much merchandise in the process of being unpacked or things that customers have messed up that it is actually a safety hazard. I shop there some anyway, but it’s very frustrating. They need more stockers for sure.

This place is always disorganized and isles are messy with stuff thrown about..store is always messy and there is no order when looking for items...boxes of groceries are left unopened on very top of shelves and the shelves are bare ..this store is just a mess .hasn't changed since it opened!! I went to the store in a neighboring town ( potsboro ) this place was spotless ,well organized and a pleasure to shop at...then I went back to this store in whitesboro. ..it makes me ashamed to see this dump in our town!!

Dollar General is one of my favorite stores. We have one in Otway,NC. After hurricane Dorian my daughter and I went to the one in Beaufort, NC. They were collecting water to send to Ocracoke, NC. We gladly donated a few cases of water.

I seen them take money put of the aultisum speaks donation box. I said something to them they said its ok we do it all the time. I put money in there all the time. I want my money to go to the place u donated not the dollar general.

Opening to early. Could not even go down isles. Totes everywhere. It was so hard to to even check out. Only one cashier worked for the digital coupons. I had to recheck out.

Can't get down isles for merchandise everywhere. It was like a maze trying to get around. Staff was nice.
