Do not try calling this location, they take the phone off the hook so it never rings and even if it does ring they still don't answer the phone. We finally took our break and we drove over and there were 3 cars in total in their parking lot. You might need to get some better management in place And maybe look into what your employees are actually doing on the clock.

Never fails, everytime we order from the sonic in Whitehouse, TX we never get everything we order. Missing items on a burger that we have to pay extra for or missing an entree but got the side. Reading and comprehension is not a requirement to work here evidently.

Amazing a fast food place that gets your food to you fast and accurate, I have gone here several times in the past year and they get my order right 99% of the time, it's nice to have a place that I can go for lunch and not waste my entire lunch break trying to get my food order right, coming here I just order pick up and eat ... Keep up the great work

2 shakes and a sunday was ordered from sonic. Person taking order was friendly. Server who brought out our items was also friendly. The ordering, paying to receiving desert was quick. The sunday was done as expected and the shakes were perfect. Myy shake , a large peanut butter with Reeses added in was glorious! All 1400+ calories! Would i go back? Heck yeah i will.

The young lady was nice that brought out my food. I told the guy who was taking my order thrice that I wanted marinara sauce with the Mozzarella sticks I ordered. Should have inspected the bad before getting home. As in most FF places everything is half done and your order isn’t correct. So here I sit at the house with Mozzarella sticks but guess what I don’t have that I ordered? Correctamundo! Marina sauce.

My first time to ever stop here after coming to Whitehouse for over 15 years to see family... If I could give 0 stars for quality. I would.I'd give 4 stars for the friendliness of person at microphone and carhop. But 0 stars for quality of the food we ordered. The chicken strips were burnt they were dark brown and even tasted burnt. The tater tots were a dark brown not golden brown and were so hard to eat that we hollered at a man that we thought was a manager that came out to deliver a drink to some one. Showed him the food told him our complaint and his response was this " that's the way they are supposed to be that's the way they come". No tater tots are not dark brown they are almost golden white when they are still frozen. We just threw everything away. Won't come back either.

Horrible to be served a burger with part of the patty missing and the rest ripped. A call to the manager for him to tell me I know I was back there helping it's a half price burger what's the problem. It was shocking doesn't matter half price or not. He remade the burger with a smirk on his face needless to say it went in the trash. Can't trust what he did to that burger. There is one thing I know me manager if you don't care about your job enough to give your customers quality no matter the price there is someone else that needs your job and will do it right.

Julia is my absolute favorite! She is always friendly with a smile! She always ask about condiments and extras. She always confirms the order is right. She also always has a dog treat for my fur-baby. All the car hops are friendly and efficient. Food is hot and correct! We use the app every time for the perks and drive-in pick up our order with little to no waiting. This sonic has improved 100% than what it was in the past.

They can never seem to get my order right. Consistently in the past order was messed up. Was given credit for meals, but even then they messed up on that.Management and staff was changed, was better for a little bit, but has gone back to consistently having orders messed up. Like ordering a cheese burger and all the modifiers on the receipt are correct, but I get home and there is no cheese on a CHEESEburger, and the modifications were completely ignored.Would not recommend this sonic unless you want the gamble that they might make your food right even when it is rang up correctly

the lady manager here is SO rude. She got mad that she messed up our order and when we corrected her she started yelling at us even though we told her nicely and it was her fault??? she’s also definitely on drugs.

Consistently the worst Sonic I've ever been to. A dead fly was wrapped up with my burger, so that's great.They also got my order wrong, and gave me a strawberry milkshake when I ordered the cheesecake one they're advertising all over TV. It was also terrible. Way more ice than cream.Just moved to town and have been here 3 times. Never once has it been good. It's actually astonishing. The overall chain has degraded in quality the past few years, obviously focusing on gimmicky drinks like redbull slushes that no human should put in their body, but this particular chain is very bad, but at least consistent.Dont do it. Go to McDonald's or drive to Tyler if you need Sonic. This one is bad.

Good food, good service, however the car hops need to check that orders are accurate before taking them out, when I come I always spend around 40 bucks and almost every time something is missing from my order. If the car hops would check and make sure all food and drinks are present in an order before taking them out it would save wasted gas and time from having to drive back to get the rest of my order.

I stopped there to eat after 10hrs of driving! I ordered a large popcorn chicken with tots and onion rings after leaving I stopped to eat my food while eating I noticed a couple pieces of chicken was not done. I felt humiliated! It was completely raw! I will never stop here again! Check your food before driving off!

This place is gross! Ordered chicken bites, on my way out the back door was propped open with trash covering the floor and letting in all kids of bugs. While eating the chicken bites my daughter finds a fried fly mixed in with her chicken! No wonder the employees have to park in the stalls, no one else will eat there. Tried calling to complain and the phone is busy. NEVER AGAIN!! I'll stick to DQ.

My visits to the local Sonic in Whitehouse of recent have all been positive. The food and service is always excellent. My only complaint would be that during lunch rush, I don't even bother going there. They take too long. They need to improve their times getting orders out.

Ordered a cherry limeade with no ice. They simply added water to it to make up for the ice.The next time I ordered one, they only filled two-thirds of the cup.Will not return. Quality of service is horrible

Order in the app and you get half price drinks. Not sure how long but as of 4.10.21 it's still works. Wish it was for specialty drinks like coffee or shakes but hey; half price is the key. Enjoy a cold drink.

My experience was nice the only thing when you are trying to park at the order speaker do not park on the right side, park on the left side to place an order. Because the right side your car's cannot fit into the slots you would tear your side mirrors off or scrape up your car trying to squeeze in the slots to place an order😟 😖😖😖😣😡

I go to this particular Sonic regularly for breakfast. Other than them not automatically putting picante sauce in the bag when I order breakfast burritos (I know everyone doesn't eat picante sauce and it may go to waste, but I always forget to ask. And then I don't have any 😅) this one is pretty good. The car hops always have smiles on their faces and the food is always hot.
