I ordered a drink and didn’t realize how sweet it was going to be and I called and asked if they’d be willing to rectify the situation and they were HAPPY to do it! I pulled up, they made it fresh but i again didn’t specify I wanted it iced and they went ahead and still made it right. Made sure I liked it fine and we’re just so sweet and professional about the whole thing!! I’m so sorry I was a pain but I am thankful for ladies in the service industry like y’all who are just kind!! Scooters, you’ve got a great team there!

I enjoyed going through here! Cashier was nice and we talked while my drink was being made. The barista was sweet too. Coffee was perfect. I got a small Hot Carmelicious, almond milk, add vanilla, no whipped cream. No clue how much I paid though, in our chatting the receipt was forgotten. But that’s okay. It was my first time at a coffee shop in over five years and I will be going back! Love the smiley faces on the cups too.

The coffee is good, and the young girls that usually work the window are really nice, it's a bright start to the mornings. But I went there yesterday morning, and the woman in the window was rude. She said nothing other that a very aggressive "HERE" WHEN SHE thrust my straw at me. No clue what her problem was, but you do not rude to your customers. Not sure, I'll be going back after that. I was going there because of the good customer service, but if this woman' is going to be in the window, I have no desire to go there and have someone be rude to me when I am choosing to spend my money there instead of Starbucks. Guess its back to starbucks.

I have enjoyed Scoote's a few times now, normally a caramelicious coffee. Today I went for a Coconut Scooot! Energy Infusion. Um... Can we say Delicious? I look forward to trying more of the non coffee options they offer as there is a lot!

First of all, the staff here is so cheerful and friendly that it makes it a pleasure to drive through and order. My mocha frappachino was far superior to that of Starbucks, with much better coffee flavor. I will be back, but it's too far of a drive to make very often. There definitely needs to be a Scooters in Tyler.

Picked up two iced mochas on the way to drop off my kids at school. The service was friendly, the mochas tasted great with a strong coffee flavor and were made relatively quick. Glad to have a coffee option other than Starbucks in Whitehouse.

I thought I would try out the new coffee place in town. I ordered a small latte with half and half. The menu sign said $3.75. They charged me $5.25 due to the half and half which I think it a bit steep. Also got it cold. Had to microwave it. I don’t plan on going back.Tip to those going-they told me there are coupons for half off drinks at some of the local gas stations.

I called the establishment in Whitehouse tonight to place my order so it would be ready when I got there. I’ve done this before, so I didn’t think it would be a problem. The gentleman who answered the phone laughed and said I could either order via the mobile app or at the drive through speaker. Thank you Scooters of Whitehouse 🙄
