Outrageous high prices for items they get for FREE!!! They had one product they were selling for $75!! I could have bought two or three of the exact same product online for that price! Seems thrift stores are getting greedy lately

Don't go here before we can drop our stuff off rude emmployee saying we can take we can't take this we can't sell that. so for sure know goodwill is about the money!!!!!!!

This goodwill is the best one in the surrounding areas, BY FAR. The staff is always personal, helpful, and very friendly. They don't harass you and just let you do your own thing, and are always at the counter the minute you need someone. This is the one I go to all the time because not only do I like the staff but my son does as well, and we always find something there.

It is every store's right to make their own rules, but one would think that they would look at the trends around them. At the very least, be consistent. I went there about a week ago after avoiding it for a long time due to their mask requirements - by the way, the only thrift stores in our area that requires them. They still require masks and, to their credit, they provided one when I said I did not have one with me. However, the four ladies who asked me to put it on where standing close to one another talking with their masks UNDER their noses. If you want to enforce such outdated rules, at least be consistent and wear the masks properly. Next time I will take a picture and send it to corporate.

Being kicked out of a store because I don’t want to wear a mask is absolutely ridiculous. The lady was really rude and why are you going to enforce the mask rule if you don’t wear it correctly!? Every employee was wearing their mask below the nose. The masks are useless and do absolutely nothing.

Let me get this right. Goodwill requires you to wear a mask in their store even though all of their items are used, unwashed, and unsanitized? Makes absolutely zero sense.

Great place for people not wanting to pay $60 for a shirt…People complaining about masks need to chill man…it’s just a preventative measure for us with autoimmune disorders …

They have a nice selection of stuff but Goodwill is supposed to help people not rip them off. A pair of yoga pants is $7, a regular and awfully tacky lamp $9, and I saw a shelf marked for $85. Just go to the one on the loop. This place is wayy over priced for a second hand store that gets nearly everything they sell for FREE.

Goodwill is a place to shop they have a lot of vintage clothes and stuff that you normally don't find anywhere else. And I commend them on their organization they put together to help other people of the community. Thank you good we'll keep up the good work

The items are sometimes quite overpriced. Especially the shoes. $20+ for used shoes is a bit much. I loved the fact that they weren’t overpriced like Goodwill Houston but now it is not much different.

Terrible pity that ZERO stars are not an option...This place has terrible customer service.On 6/12/17 at about 3:45 my friend,WITH her I.D. AND credit card in her name, was publically interrogated and defamed by an envious cashier. She was rude, ignorant and unprofessional, overly questioning her in front of her child and other customers. These people are repealing good customers and thereby taking money AWAY from their often overpriced "charity"..And also are risking legal recourse against the organization. Once someone shows you their ligitimate I.D. AND valid credit card in their name, NO FURTHER INTERIGATION OR PUBLIC ATTEMPS TO HUMILIATE A PERSON ARE LIGITIMATE OR LEGAL. If ediquitte is void in an employee's common sense, TEACH THEM. If it's a personal envious action the workplace is not designed for your unprofessional issues.

If you like thrift stores this is a good one to visit, prices are cheap and they are friendly, I guess my only complaint is the books are a hot mess, which isn't a big deal, but I think if they'd just sort them out, kinda like children's, religious, cookbooks, etc, and then just sell them like 2/$1.00 they'd probably sell more.

Pathetic and sad when you finally find something and an employee says I can't purchase item cause price tag was wrong. Took to back and marked it up from 4.99 to 50 bucks. Done shopping goodwill!
