This was my very first visit, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied!! Mr. Charles was absolutely AMAZING, and everyone involved took great care of my BMW while replacing turbo lines and a rear brake sensor. Thanks Debbie and Charles and Techs, my 26 yr old Z3 feels like a much better handling car since you replaced the struts. And it needed it, big difference now. And I appreciate the experience ya'll have. I never like to go a shop and have the sense the mechanics are guessing or learning. I don't feel that way from your establishment. Keep up the good works. We used European Auto Service for the 1st time about 3 months ago. The staff was thoroughly knowledgeable concerning my grandson's old Beamer. They gave me a great estimate, stayed within that estimate, and had the car repaired in less than a week! If I could give 100 stars, I would! This was my first time going to European automotive services. It's really hard to know who you can trust these days but I can tell you first hand that you can trust them to give you fair an honest information on your car and charge you a decent price for the work they do on your car. They could've charged me $500 and I still would've thought that was a decent price. Although the prognosis on my car wasn't great at least I came away knowing what was wrong with it and didn't get charged out the rear to know I needed a new engine.

If you are in the area and want to support local businesses for a better experience, I would highly recommend coming here! European Automotive is my go-to shop for vehicle service and maintenance. Glenn, Debbie, and their crew, are amazing and take the best care of my vehicle. I'm so glad I found them, otherwise I would have to drive a couple of hours to get my Audi serviced. They are professional and friendly. They are great about explaining any issues with my vehicle. We had a lot done on this vehicle. The owner stated it would be ready in a matter of a couple weeks a couple weeks turn into a couple months and here we are four years later and we still do not have a vehicle. I called him numerous times I never received a call back. I had the money and asked him If I could take it as soon as I can have it towed to a different city. He said he had everything under control he just had to fix one small oil leak, he’s not once tries to contact me. I’ve tried to contact him several times I would absolutely not ever use this service and I wouldn’t doubt this considering the town it is in it has a lot to do with race. It’s kind of pathetic that somebody would deal with their business in such a manner my advice that you do not use his service and go elsewhere. Going to bigger city to someone who is able to take care of their business. I would advise that you do not use his service and go elsewhere. Do Not Use.It was myself who spoke ih yo your spouse,it was a Volvo under my spouse name Jun Moa. We called numerous times one time yo stated it was all put together but then found an oil leak . Yo said you would call me numerous times but never called myself or Mr Moa back.

They gave a me a diagnosis, and a quote, I wasn't happy with the quote but he worked with me on the quote bc he had seen my disabled vet plates, so he took off 200 from the original quote, so if I ever have the money I will probably get him to repair my car

Though not foreign they were able to fix my husbands 2014 Silverado AC for a fraction of the dealer price!! 😳 and holy smokes were they fast !! Their technician even took the time to show us the part that went bad and they even gave us a follow up call to make sure he had a cool ride to West Tx !! I’d say they are the best in town but that’s an understatement.... I think best in Texas is where it’s at !! Definitely recommend them. My mother and I were traveling back to GA from TX when our Mini Cooper started to have issues. This shop was recommend by the Mercedes dealership and they did not disappoint. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. They put us in the front of the line and got us back on the road in no time. We made it back to GA safe and sound. I can't say thank you enough. Went to European to get a second opinion on what was supposedly a blown head gasket, looking to cost me upward of $1500. They were able to properly diagnose it with a faulty ignition coil and saved me a ton of money. Very honest, understanding, and nice people over there! My VW is running perfect now!

Let me paint a quick picture. We bought my daughter a 2005 Smart Car. The car went into shifting system fault and I checked with 27 local (27!!!) mechanics and NONE of them could or would help me. We were referred to European Automotive and we took it there as a last resort.. we were giving up if they could not fix it. Good news! They fixed it. It was a difficult fix since the car is a true European import but they did it, and the pricing.. My worse fear was the cost was going to be more than the value of the car. Fear averted, they completed the work well under my budget. I am absolutely OVERJOYED with this company. I live in Longview but they are now my mechanic for not only this car but my VW. Thanks so much for the tireless work they put into getting this fixed.

Installed a new high pressure fuel pump today on my Mercedes. The part is an expensive son of a gun no matter how you slice it. Saved hundreds on labor cost vs the dealership in Tyler, though. Overall, I’m quite satisfied. Got a two-year warranty on the part and a one-year warranty on the labor included.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a loud noise coming from under my used Audi S7 when I drove over bumps in the road or pulled into my driveway. Yes, they fixed that and it wasnt an obvious repair either- they searched on line and found the solution on a service-only chat room. The car had a service light that showed up shortly after signing the sales papers, it resisted the 10 hour spark plug change, multiple cans of BG40 Platinum, etc. The European Automotive crew ran that code down and swapped out 2 O2 sensors. The codes are gone, the car runs perfectly and quietly until it's time to GO!. This review is intentionally posted months after the service to ensure that the service was durable- it was. You may trust the European Automotive Team to be honest and transparent about the service needs of your car.

When I bought my wife a pristine 15-yr-old Jaguar XKR, I knew it would be dicey finding a competent mechanic within 100 miles. I visited several shops with easy requests like oil changes and asked a lot of naive sounding questions about the condition of the car. I knew it had an allusive coolant leak and an alignment issue. Some guys made arrogant attempts to sound knowledgeable; others confessed ignorance. One guy even tried to tell me that high performance cars are SUPPOSED to pull to the right due to the slope of the road. Then I came to Glenn. He replaced a heater hose that was really hard to diagnose and even harder to reach. He replaced the right ball joint and bushings, but he didn't try to BS me into doing the other side which he said was perfectly OK. The bill was exactly what it should have been! My barrage of questions to Glenn and Art produced answers that demonstrated not just a lot of patience and a wealth of experience, but good common sense and a high level of integrity. Our Jag has found a new best friend. We won't be letting anyone else work on it henceforth.

My car 🚘 has over 207k miles on it, and a few days ago, the dreadful EPC and CEL lights displayed, and my vehicle exhibited sluggish acceleration, and the LIMP mode was engaged. I took it to my local dealership, and they wanted almost $1200 to replace the throttle body, and I called European Automotive Service and told them what the dealership quoted, and Glenn (EAS employee) he couldn’t believe the price and was able to give me a fair price to get my car fixed. Glenn is an example of someone that cares about his customers, and thanks to him and the fantastic team at EAS, I was able to get my car fixed the next day.My family will be giving our business to EAS in the future and will be highly recommending others.Thanks again, EAS and Glenn, for getting my car performing as it once was and providing excellent/expedited service.

There is NO OTHER automotive repair facilities to go to! They are simply the very best! We have a new Jaguar and when it requires any service we take it here. No need to spend thousands at the dealership and spend hours driving and waiting in Dallas or Shreveport! If you live in the Tyler area, European Automotive Service is simply the very best!

Disgusting attitude, called to get a quote on a spark plug job, was told the job was too small to be considered. Never in my life have I ever heard a job too “small”. Since when is a spark plug job on a AMG small? Save yourself the headache and go to a real mechanic who cares about his customers wether or not the job is too big or too “small”.
