Food quality has went drastically down at this location. We live in Whitehouse and it is extremely hard to get decent takeout here. This food is a big hit or mis every time we order. Today I ordered 3 tacos and a nacho and the tacos maybe had a table spoon worth of dried meat in them. The nachos were stele and not worth eating. With the prices of the menu this is unacceptable to charge for this kind of quality. Either fix the prices to match the quality or fix the hired help!

After driving 1200 miles across the country I decided I wanted a taco salad from Dairy Queen for dinner. This is what I received, a bowl full of lettuce with a little bit of meat falling out and maybe 3 shreds of cheese, no sour cream and no picante sauce. Huge waste of money, huge disappointment. If I were you, unless you want ice cream, I wouldn't bother getting food from this location.

Typically I like this Dairy Queen. But to pay almost 5 dollars for a half blended ice cream is awful. Who ever was blending tonight did a horrible job.To clarify the first photo is suppose to be a “dirt cup.” And the second ice cream was a chocolate brownie extreme. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I enjoy their burgers and ice cream. Young employees know how to do their jobs. Good place for teenagers to hang out. My only negative remark is about the women's restroom. There was a lot of water on the floor, and it needed cleaned. Other than that, I enjoyed Dairy Queen.Wheelchair accessibility: I am disabled and use a rolling walker, and like the handicap parking and ramp. I also like the handicap accessible restroom.

This DQ in Whitehouse TX was awesome. Which seems to be increasingly hard to find these days when it comes to DQ's restaurants. However, this Whitehouse location had it all, the food was hot and fresh and employees were friendly and accommodating. I don't typically mind waiting on food that is cooked fresh, but here our order came out quick and exactly what we ordered. My overall experience.... I would have to say "Pleasantly Pleased".

Drive thru is extremely slow! So one day I pick up my order inside and find this on the counter. It put a smile on my face to see it in a public place! God is so good!I had ordered blizzards before leaving the house. I know they are not to be made until I pick up. I get to the drive thru and tell them the name the order is under. There are 3 cars ahead of me and now 2 behind me. I was waiting for about 20 minutes until I could get to the window. I would have called in and canceled my order and left but I was stuck because of the curb and all the cars in front and back of me. Fine I sit and wait. I get my 2 blizzards and pay $12+ and they gave already started melting. No turning them upside down Lol. Its not the young girls fault because she is doing as she is told. I say that because I have never seen this one Dairy Queen to have other customers to drive around and wait for their HOT food. Just something that would help the line move faster. I still go there its just aggravating!

This particular DQ could use a bit of an upgrade although it was very clean inside, the young lady at the counter was not friendly at all. The fries were cold, chicken strips were good but the steak fingers were paper thin and over cooked and definitely not worth the price paid.

We visited after church tonight. Tara was our cashier!! She was amazing. She was very upbeat, very very polite and happy. She did great. Made our night! Other employees could use her as an example! She even interacted with my grandson ,,, keep her!! Pay her more!!!

Ordered two crispy chicken salads and both were great! However, I ordered Jalapenos on mine and paid extra for something I did not receive. Feel like mess ups happen a lot at this Dairy Queen.
