I'll be avoiding this location at whatever means necessary. My husband called to check on a prescription refill since they seem to never have it or don't keep up with their customers. Marty is the woman to avoid most definitely. First off, she laughed in my husband's ear. When asked if that was funny, she replied, "yeah, actually it is." Upon speaking further, she told him not to get it sent there. Once he called her out for laughing and being offensive, she tried to rudely cut him off and ignore his response and concern and stated he'd never be using them again. Go anywhere but here, but if you do need to go here, stay away from Marty.

Rude and incompetent employees in the pharmacy. If I’m in life at 1pm and you take too long assisting the person in front of me, I shouldn’t have to come back after your break!

Customer service is the worst. Pharmacy sent in my prescription incorrectly and has been zero help in fixing the issue. We have had several occurrences with dealing with a certain employee in the pharmacy and I would include the name but don't know how to pronounce it. Not happy with this pharmacy. Giving 1 star only because the other part of the store has been great.

Waited 20min in the drive threw to pick a proscription to be told they are going on break when I get to the window. Apparently this pharmacy had to shut completely down for a 30 min break. It would have only taken 3min to get what I needed and be out.

Over the last two day, we have had two separate sets of prescriptions called in to the Whitehouse CVS. Both sets of prescriptions were for 3-4 medicines each. On both occasions we were able to verify the complete prescriptions were sent from the providers. On both occasions, CVS claims they only received a partial prescription list. When asked about this issue, CVS’s response was “this happens all the time”. They did not offer to call the providers for us to help or offer any sort of other assistance. We will now be taking our business elsewhere. We have been customers of CVS for years in several locations. Even the CVS app says they filled the complete prescriptions with all the medicines listed. This is by far the worst pharmacy we have ever come in contact with. If this has happened to us, it’s happening to others too.

Drive thru service is horrible. Long wait times and rude employees. Wish there were more options closer to where I live.
