I came in and this older lady was rude to me about coming in before they were closed. I didn't stay til after close but she still made a snarky comment even when I apologized. Again I did not stay past closed time. As a retail worker myself I'm never like this š

I have gone into this pharmacy two times to inquire about changing pharmacies. Two different days two different times during the day. As I get up to the counter I get greeted with, oops it's 1 minute to our break sorry can't help you and they proceed to walk away. Mind you these were actual pharmacists and not the techs. One black male pharmacist and one female. Awful service! Awful!

So let me tell you about this 80 yr old pharmacist Marty, that canāt do her job. I called her at 5 to she said my prescription would be ready at 6 so I waited til 715 because I know they are on the slower side up there. Well after waiting in line for 45 minutes. I was told that Marty had forgot to put the prescription thru and Iād have to come back tomorrow. And wouldnāt you know conveniently when I asked to speak with Marty she had already returned to the retirement home for the night and wouldnāt be back until Monday. How convenient. People need to be held accountable for their only job they have it not be able to slip through the cracks and just say āoh sorry bout thatā. Youāre acting like somebody that works at 7-Eleven Marty.

Absolute worst place. The only way this is still in business is because it is Whitehouseās only option for a drive-thru pharmacy. Been here 6 years and only have had a a few ādecentā experiences. I am not one to leave a bad review based on 1 or even 3-4 bad experiences. 6 YEARS of frustration and absolutely poor experiences.

Iāve been to CVS twice in the last couple months and both times walked up to the checkout line and noticed a manager busy doing something, and looked upset when I asked for assistance with self check out. I felt like I was a bother. Both men who were rude had name tags stating they were mangers. Horrible way for a manger to treat a customer. I was friendly and kind and had no issues other than I was trying to check out. I will be avoiding CVS from now on.

Store manager acted as if helping me (his job) was an inconvenience. I hate having to go in there. The pharmacy section ia, and always has been, great. The store front is lacking in every way possible

Kayla Vickery is the most unhelpful and rude person Iāve ever experienced in a pharmacy. She refused to handle my prescription and refused to put anything through to my insurance then charged me out of pocket for my medicine. I called my insurance after and they said that my medicine is covered and all she needed to do was send the request through to them, which she would not. Kayla Vickery shouldnāt have a job if she doesnāt want to work.

The front part of the store always seems reasonably fine, but the people at the drive-through prescription window today made me madder than I've been in a while. They charged me for a prescription I didn't want and didn't ask for, and then not only refused to give a refund but didn't admit fault and were rude about it. Still cooling off.

We moved to Whitehouse six years ago and decided to try this pharmacy. Most of our Rx are maintenance drugs and we receive them elsewhere through the mail. However, we occasionally need short term meds. Our experience was not good. Long lines, long waiting time. But the staff was pleasant. We changed to a different pharmacy. Time for my senior flu shot and my pharmacy was out of it. Cvs had it so I chanced it. Very short wait, only about 5 min and the young lady who administered the shot was VERY good and extremely pleasant. Also no cost to me.

No complaints. Pharmacy is great and on point with filling, refilling and dispensing prescriptions. Donāt even have to pull out insurance cards. The store has a great selection of cosmetics and body care items. Some things are more expensive than at larger stores, but that is to be expected from a drugstore in a an area with a smaller population. The store is VERY neat, clean and organized, friendly and helpful staff.

When I first moved here about five years ago, I had my thyroid prescription transferred to this pharmacy. I went to pick it up got home and it was about 20 times stronger if thatās possible than my low-dose thyroid medicine. I was so busy with moving and unpacking that I just went to Fredās and had it refilled there. Of course Fredās is no longer in Whitehouse. So about a year ago I go to pick up a different prescription. It was a nausea medication. It is considered a controlled substance albeit mild. So I get home and instead of 30 itās 10. Normally I would not have noticed except it was so much less than what should have been in the bottle. It took an act of God almost to get those other pills.Today I sat in the drive-through line behind somebody for literally 30 minutes. I was blocked in. I finally got out and went in the other line. I think she was being tested not sure. But they should have people put on their hazard lights or something so that you know that. If you look at the posts, itās all about their drive-through. This is the only pharmacy in town beside Brookshireās, which does not have a drive-through, and their hours are limited.

Every time I come fill my scripts they take over two hours! I'm currently on my 3 Rd hour of waiting for my one antibiotic! The staff is rude as they can be and do not aim to please any of there customers. I hate coming here and I don't ever ever ever recommend this pharmacy to any body .. we're people and we deserve to be treated kindly and with respect and the lead tech is the absolute worst she is rude and snobby and uncompassionate. I truly hope they fix this š

I don't know what's going on at this place but my prescriptions are NEVER ready when they are supposed to be. When we finally get my refill pushed through they say it'll take 2-6 hrs to throw some pills in a bottle. RIDICULOUS. And they are very rude on the phone. Will be switching with brookshires or walgreens.

I am not sure why the reviews are so bad for this store. I have only lived here 2 months but every time I go here they are pleasant and helpful - even helping me with a cash discount card that lowered my out of pocket cost recently. All pharmacies have a line because they have over saturated the market with too many brick and mortar locations and they can't hire 30 people to work every shift, but that is what makes it so convenient! I would rather stand there 10 minutes (never longer than 5 at this location to date) than be driving 10 more miles to find another store.

My husband has our kids on his BCBS PPO plan. They never gave HIM any issues. I go in mid September to fill something for one of the kids and since he never needed anything, I give them the card. Oh they donāt take that insurance. I had to fuss about it being the same plan that they take for my husband. I go today to get my medicine and have the same insurance but just for me. They donāt take it until I fuss and they finally run it and guess what it goes through. Iām done with this pharmacy not verifying before they say it isnāt covered. Again this is a BCBS PPO plan that we have through our employer.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life !! Waited 3 days for one medication and every time I try to get itās āgive me two hoursā and itās never ready . Today I waited the two hours and while Iām in line they close. Like Iām the last person in line you canāt give me my medicine before shutting down ? Switching pharmacies ASAP. Would not recommend this location to anyone

I almost always give good reviews, but I am about to speak on how lazy this lady associate was . My fiance called to find out if they had an item in stock in the store and she replied with we are busy, look it up on our website. What a sweet lady haha. Never have I ever been in this particular CVS and they were busy . Uhhhhhhhh. Lost our business for sure. They deserve no star .

Male manager was so rude it was almost bizarre. Very condescending and rude throughout our interaction to the point that it felt like he kind of enjoyed acting this way toward other people. Wouldnāt recommend going here.

My daughter went to p/u meds for a fracture repair under general anesthesia for me.She arrived 15 minutes before closing and waited on line. Managed to get to window at 8:04!! āPersonā behind window pulled down shade with closed sign and refused service.Theyāve seen the last of me.BTW there was no one in back of her. Sorry I can give negative stars.

My wife and I decided to use the drive through at this location. Upon arriving their was a mix up with the insurance so we were asked to pull around and which we did, but decided to park. We walked in and found your pharmacy tech Lisa mocking my wife in a disturbing manner and we knew she was mocking her because she recited everything my wife said word for word. At this time we are furious but decided to be the bigger person and let her know that's not acceptable. Lisa was caught so red handed in action she was to guilty to turn around and face us, and upon walking up and catching her in the act her peers just kept working as if this is normal for this individual. The most sad part about the whole situation one of her peers apologized for her. Never in my life have I seen a professional act in this behavior and if CVS thinks this is acceptable ill never spend another cent at this location or any other in my life or recommend it to anyone I'd rather us a local home town pharmacy and give my money to place with good customer service than to be talked about and made fun of

Worst CVS I have ever been to. Website showed they had something in stock. Drove out of my way to this store only to find out they didnāt have it. I asked the manager to update their website and he said he did not know how and was very rude to me about it. Terrible experience. Go anywhere else but here.

The pharmacy is always busy with little staff. Staff tends to answer the phone rushed and cut you off when asking questions. I understand being busy but there's no reason to be quick or rude to a customer because your understaffed. In customer service you primary customer is the one you're dealing with at that time!

I've lived in Whitehouse since 2003 and have tried this pharmacy many times. The whole group - pharmacist and techs - needs to be schooled in Customer Service. If you'd like a head scratching, horrible experience, go here. The latest - I called in a prescription last night, went by today to pick it up, and found that they had "thrown it away"! What?! They could not give me an explanation, except something mumbled about the medicine being "old". I'll go elsewhere.

Worst CVS by far the manager asked you 25 times if you need help very overbearing as well as whoever is working the front register they act like youāre going to steal something so I donāt even know why they have self check out if they donāt want you using it and theyāre going to watch your every move.

This store has usually been okay, staff is generally fairly helpful, but today I went through the drive through as usual and was unlucky enough to deal with Marty who made me feel stupid and was very short with me and rude. I will.be switching pharmacies
