I enjoy very much going to this Brookshire for my grocery shopping. I always get a wonderful and classic customer service, specially when I get assistance with my grocery bags to carry them to my car. It’s a very nice experience to shop here!

First off, this store is clean.But, the deli can't get in Turkey the heart smart kind, and this is the third time I've bought stale food products from them. Somehow the dates say new I believe they or someone is fudging the Stamps to sell products that are old. Our tacos were great except for the really stale taco shells I bought yesterday. Therefore I'll go to Tyler from now on. Please do better.

They need more baggers/customer helpers!!! They used to greet me when I walked in, bagged my groceries and put them in the car for me. I miss that customer service!!!!I prefer not to use 'self' check outs because they don't pay me to work there.

I love shopping here, I just hate the fact that when I buy hot food out of the deli they stuff it in a small bag which in return smashes my food. If I'm buying more than what you have in the food case I expect it all to be the same temperature, so don't mix my fresh fish with the old, which they would have did if I didn't stop them

This is actually the greatest grocery store ever been in. It's so clean and neat with always stocked selfs. The manager also gives me head. 👍 😊 😃 😀 😄 😁 🤣 😊 😃

The store was very clean and orderly, the staff was nice and friendly and were glad to help me find what I needed. They have a deli and meat market that cut the meat fresh. I recommended this grocery store to any one.

Visiting Tyler for the Holidays (again!), Brookshire's has become the go-to place for any items we need for the holiday meals. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, it's why I return when I'm visiting. THANKS!

Biggest waste of time. They flaunt false signs everywhere claiming they have crawfish there. Went to get some and they said they don’t actually have crawfish there!?! You have to call and order it so they can call and order it and have it delivered to the store so you can come back and pick it up. The butcher display is also misleading. All of their products are frozen. Save your money and frustration and go somewhere like Walmart.

Typically, a brookshire's as a brookshire's is a brookshire's. The same could be said for this location. A few of the adults working there have decent attitudes and a smile and we'll talk to you and help you. But the younger kids could care less and it shows in their faces and their actions. For instance, when the young man offered to take our groceries out on a rainy day and he walked to the car with us and then stood there as we unloaded the groceries from the basket. In my mind, what should have happened was either he helped which he didn't or even tell us to get in the car because it's raining and put the groceries in for us. I know it's hard to find help nowadays, but i also know that a lot of places are paying higher wages than they used to. So I don't quite understand how folks are making more money, but we expect less of them at their job.

Small monopoly chain in the area. They ran all the competitors out of the area, creating their monopoly.They do have good deals from time to time, and you can save a LOT on gas fillups with points, but they are lacking in generic products, like soda, crackers, etc. Bigger chain stores like Albertson's will have 2-Litres for under the price you pay for a 1-liter in the area for, but they are local.Brookshire's say they match Walmart and competitors prices, but only seem to in dairy products...

Bad service. Bought a bottle of wine and noticed after checkout that it was $4 higher than marked, when checking receipt before leaving store. Went right back to inquire and they said it's because I didn't have a thank you card. I asked if I could get a thank you card so I could get the marked price and the cashier was sympathetic but the man who appeared to be the manager said no returns allowed on alcohol, so even if I got a thank you card, there's no way for me to get the marked price...less than one minute after original purchase. I'd imagine the management would be more forward looking than this and understand how loosing $4 now might pay for itself after 2 or 3 more visits. But now I'll be avoiding all Brookshire markets.

This is such a wonderful grocery store. My husband and I were on vacation at The Boulders (4 miles away) and needed a few things. I was very impressed with everything and everyone here. This store is super clean and the employees were all very friendly and very helpful. (JUST A NOTE...make sure that you go online and sign up for their reward program BEFORE going...we paid $5 more for an item because we were not members and we were informed that you can no longer sign up in-store.)

Bad service. Bought red wine notice after the price was higher than we saw. I guess because we didn't have a "thank you" card. Went back to the register before we left the store, to inquire about a thank you card. The manager said we can't save $4 anymore because no returns on alcohol, and no thank you card retroactively. No thank you. Never going here again.

I like the people here as they are quite friendly. The location is always clean and there seems to be a good number of staff working at all times. The prices are inline with Brookshires in Tyler from what I have compared.I have not yet encountered any product beyond expiration date.

Thank God they're open til 10pm again! I didn't know until I put the baby to bed that he was out of formula! Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean and well stocked. Don't forget your mask (though I've never seen them kick anyone out if they didn't had one.)

I only shop here because its convenient. I gave up on the meat department years ago; we've bought ground beef on several occasions only to get home and find the meat soured with the center already grayish brown while the outside appears fresh. I've also accidentally purchased frozen food products past their sell by/fresh date as well. This has made me a more vigilant shopper.Store is usually clean, organized, and well stocked.

Only thing I can complain about is the horrendous self checkout scanners (take some notes from the Walmart ones and I'll add a ⭐), Its a good grocery store with fresh produce, the carry out is still a nice touch too, and they still have weekly deals

This brooksires has a fair selection, however my star review wouldnt be due to the employees or the people that seem to stalk you upon entry, my issue is that the products price does not match what pops up at the checkout, my solution would be to super zone, check price change accuracy, and do inventory.

This store has gone down drastically, the customer service is atrocious, both in the store, and in departments, the only friendly employees are the sackers, checkers are good, the department managers (deli this time) are very rude, and the employees aren't much better, the pharmacy is hit or miss to find a nice employees. I remember a time when customer service was paramount, now we are lucky to find a friendly person. I always spend money 😂 in your store, but it's not my first choice.

The Brookshires in whitehouse as poor customer services. They false advertise. Managers have lack of management. If I could give zero stars I would. Cashiers have lack of communication stills. Today their was a error in their pricing and I informed here that the sodas was 2 for 11 and she looked at me like I said something stupid.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but here we go. I’ve been coming to this brookshires since I was a little girl and I’ve never had anyone speak to me the way Stephanie did today. I’ve never seen her and maybe she’s new, but that’s no excuse. I needed to manually enter my card number which I’ve done a few dozen times at this particular store and she told me she can’t do that with an attitude. When I told her you can and tried to walk her through how to do it she folded her arms and said “wanna come look at my computer”. Wow. I was trying to keep my cool and she finally went and got someone out of the office who showed her how to do it exactly the way I tried telling her. Horrible customer service. The girl from the office was super sweet as usual and extremely helpful. I got no apology from the cashier Stephanie.
