Always stocked well and the staff is awesome. My only complaint is the prices. But that's everywhere now. I happily spend the extra coin to avoid going to the big markets.

This Brookshires is horrible compared to others. The selection is awful compared to other local Brookshires. The service is not even comparable to other local Brookshires. The pharmacy needs a drive-through. I really hope they update this store in the near future. Re-vamp every aspect to reflect other local Brookshires..like Hallsville... I even will go to Gladewater Brookshires instead.I still feel the same 3/1/2024

I'm new to the white oak community. So I go to Brookshires for a weekly restock for my house. One of the main things I needed was hair products for my daughter's hair. And let me just say I was highly disappointed when I didn't find not even one African American hair product on the shelves 🤔. I understand that they might only have a few but not to have even one is just insulting. I then proceeded to ask for a manager at checkout and ask her why there were none and she said good question I'll have to ask someone else . Come on Brookshires yall can do better

During a two for one sale the store had only two loafs of bread left on the shelf. One was opened. The store refused to give a rain check or in any way honor their sale price since I only had one loaf. They said I was out of luck and have a nice day.This location normally has good service but not today.

Was not happy at all with my visit. They made me ring my own self up. There were 4 workers standing by one register and when I asked for help . They act like that would be a inconvenience

Great shopping experience! Love the friendly staff. Prices can't be beat, especially with their "buy one get one for a penny sales!" Fresh produce and meat, bakery and shelves are always well stocked. If it's not on the shelf the stock folks are more then happy to run and get you the items. Check out people are always well dressed, friendly and courageous. Carry out is so convenient. Being from Iowa and here for the winter we sure enjoy our neighborhood grocery store!

Pharmacy staff is great. Store staff was friendly. I only had two items at checkout, one member was assisting a cashier with bagging. Once the staff member noticed me in line they immediately offered to help me on the other line. Small Town grocery store for a small town community.

This store is a true insult fof the Brookshire brothers company. I hv had so many poor experiences in this store, that I am willing to drive 10 to 12 miles as opposed to 3 to this store. Joe would be ashamed.

I don't normally shop at Brookshires because their prices are higher than other grocery stores. I needed gas and the closest place was out of premium. That's all I burn in my 500 hp Harley Davidson Edition f 150. I was on E and this was closest place to get fuel

Brookshire's is one of the best besides Albertson's to make sure you enjoy a hometown shopping experience. Falling-down to help you attitude and friendly as can be. Food is always fresh and I especially go there to aquire a great rotisserie chicken to use in several different dishes; tender, juicy and hot, up by 10 or 11 am. Good store hours. Awesome!

This store bring back memories when I was a kid. They have the same old school buggies and registers. And They still help you with your groceries, by taking them out to the car. I just Love it, Wonderful memories.

I really only shop at this Brookshires when I need fuel, they have a gas station in the front. The price is generally fair, and they have always had trustworthy fuel. The attendant, when I rarely have to deal with one, is usually uncaring, or clueless, and isn't afraid to show it. Other than that it is one of my main go-to-stops for fuel. The inside of the store is well stocked, managed, and clean. I have shopped here on rare occasion and will again if needing to.

The cleanest Ive ever been too. All the veggies are fresh and unlike other brookshires Ive been too this one doesnt carry lots of expired items. The employees are very nice and helpful.
