Worst boutique ever!Worst shipping, worst customer service ever.Never dealt with such inconsiderate people in my life.I Get It people get busy, but this was ridiculous what I experienced.11 days to ship an order out.UNREAL!Beware people!Take your business else were.To many other cute boutiques out there!

I have been trying to get in contact with yall since January 27th through emails, text messages and phone calls. I am posting here in hopes that you will return my call, email or text message please.I have been ordering from Gypsy Ranch Boutique for over a year and have been extremely pleased with my items that I have ordered and your customer service, until this sweater issue.Text message I sent y’all January 27, 2021Hello! I bought the black & white Leopard sweater from y’all. Today as the very first day I’ve worn the sweater. I’m a school teacher, not rough with my clothes. The right sleeve ripped from my wrist to my elbow up the seem. I did not get caught on anything so I’m extremely puzzled how did this happen. There was not any strings hanging. I’m disappointed and would like to know how can this be repaired ?I received so many compliments on the sweater today and in the faculty meeting. I had attached a photo of the sweater to show the issue. I just would like to know how to repair it because I have never had an issue like this. Thank you in advance.
