The Flower Shoppe? More like the plastic and felt shoppe. I went in to get a corsage for my prom date. They showed me fake felt flowers that were I don't know how much. They didn't have fresh flowers. So I wanted to see if I could get what I wanted but in felt which was a stretch for me because I wanted my date to be happy with real flowers. The lady wouldn't tell me how much it would be and didn't even have the color of stupid cloth flowers I had asked for. She told me it depended on how much time she worked on it but she wouldn't even tell me the rate for that. This shop is a disgrace. Any other florist in town has real flower corsages.

We, unfortunately, lost a dear friend right before a planned visit to our son's home (we were to take care of the house & pets while son & family went on vacation) and were not going to be able to attend the funeral services for our friend. Wanting to show our support for the family we contacted The Flower Shoppe to order an arrangement. We'd chosen a Teleflora bouquet. The ladies at The Flower Shoppe were VERY UPFRONT with the fact that due to COVID, they couldn't guarantee that the arrangement would look exactly like the published photo. I assured them that as long as the figurine was available, that I gave them authority to use whatever flowers were available, while still keeping to a more "masculine" feel. We were sent a photo of the arrangement and we were EXTREMELY PLEASED with what these ladies created! Will use this shop again!!!

Did my research. saw 4 and 5 star ratings. so, I visited them and asked for 20 roses. The lady said to come back in half an hour. I ran some errands around Wharton and came back to buy some roses. (Anniversary). They had completely forgotten about me. Different lady didn't know what I was talking about. Finally, tells me she'll need another 15 minutes. Told her I've waited long enough and left. Here's the good part....went to HEB and got 2 dozen full stem roses for 20. dollars. No waiting. Now why didn't I go there first? I will from now on.

Ordered flowers for a funeral service few months ago. Staff helped me make my selections and even ordered specific flowers to make a arrangement for me. And delivered to the funeral home to in a timely manner. Very happy with their service.

Regular customer for a few years. I do my best to order online through the website ..and every time their automated pay.. etc does not work.I am extremly frustrated. Over 2 years now and I have to stay up an wait for them to open.UpdateYour online service is working now.I just placed another order

Not happy with this place🤬 first off they took a order to high school knowing it was a student meaning under age which should be the one red flag, second red flag The person who ordered the flowers for my child paid with cash and it’s anonymous so we have no clue who sent this to my child again who is under age and with everything that goes on in the world like what are y’all thinking flower shop. Like this person could be a stocker a killer and you’ll ask no information and the first red flag is it’s a under age child. So yes we r in panic right now
