It was fine but I only got a drink. Not a fancy one, just Dr. Pepper Xtra ice. This was the 2nd time I went and their pay at the screen thing didn't work. I don't like giving my card to the attendant who then takes it away from me for a few minutes. My fault for not carrying cash.Vegetarian options: None

Our order is either wrong, soggy, or cold every time we go. Drinks and Happy Hour is the only thing we go for now. So disappointing. Cold and greasy corndogs, stale mozzarella sticks... and when they say they're writing your name down for a remake, I figure they're scribbling on their hand. Four times now, and they always say "who did you talk to? Your name isn't here..." Ugh!***Updated: Changed my 2-star to a 1-star. Hair in my burrito this morning got me a free remake. Not refund offered! Just a free one next time. I can't imagine going again. Gross!

I made a special request on a Country Fried Steak Sandwich, asking for the sandwich to be made plain and dry with a slice of cheese. When I returned home, I opened the sandwich and it had mayo, lettuce, and tomato. No cheese. The meat could not have been 1/8" thick, yet the breading on the entire meat patty had to be 2/3" of an inch thick, and was cooked for far too long. I tried to cut it, as I could bite through it, and that is how I saw the meat thickness, along with breading thickness. I was thoroughly disgusted 😒 as during the preparation of my dinner there were three car-hops standing in the parking, cussing up a storm, smoking and NOT DOING THEIR JOBS. So the customer suffers while the high schoolers play. That will be the last time I allow laziness and the inability to read my order, as I will never visit their store again.

Shout-out to Malik for making the best sonic burger I've ever had. The buns were fresh and it was absolutely delicious. Shout-out to the evening crew for being so professional. Definitely a satisfied customer. Keep up the awesome work.

The food came out relatively quick, however the order was a crispy chicken sandwich, honey BBQ popcorn chicken and a medium order of mozzarella sticks and instead I get a large French fry and a chicken strip sandwich with nothing on it. The service was horrible. The lady that first came out handed me my food and then walked off without saying anything and then the man that came out after to fix my order never said a single word to me either. I really hope these problems get fixed soon.

Over the past year I have continually had issues with incorrect orders and bad service. Now this past Wednesday I went to get order food, and was trying to pay with my credit card. I swiped it three times trying to get it to go through and nothing. After this someone finally informed me their system wasn't working and I would need to pay with cash. Fortunately I had cash, and it was no problem, until today when I realized they had charged my credit card three times for the order even though I had paid them in cash!!! I called about the issue today and was told the manager was out of state and no one could do anything about it until Monday! Until then they are just sitting there on my money, and I find it really hard to believe that only one person at this entire establishment knows how to deal with a refund issue?! People on the phone were completely uncaring and unwilling to do anything at all to help. One woman in particular was especially rude, and as soon as I do get to speak to the manager when she gets back, I am going to make sure she knows how completely horrible her staff's service was, and also how completely unprofessional it is for no one there to be able to handle a simple refund in her absense. Sonic isn't even that good - choose one of the other local fast food joints if you need something. We won't be going back to this location ever.

If you order a drink only expect 3 sips cause the cup is filled with ice. Besides their fascination with ice,my food always hot and good.Just please stop overfilling the cups with ice,this is TX and it’s hot and some people are looking to quench their thirst

Very surprising that the food was still hot when it was delivered to our vehicle. Food was delicious. In all the Sonics I have been to this would definitely the location that I would recommend to stop and eat. Thank you!

got a chicken sandwich and it was smashed up like it was under a stack of other burgers. Fries were soggy and definitely weren't fresh. it is a hot day and I was looking to be refreshed. but finished my drink because it was filled to the top with ice. you could literally overflow the route 44(44 oz cup) with a 12 oz. coke can. home town sonic so can't just go to another one. I give them a shot and fall on their face every time

I tried the sonic app and made a purchase through it but wasn't able to use the coupons that I had unless I did it directly through your store location so I canceled my order and made the order in person so I could use that coupons but it's been two weeks and I still haven't got my money back from the purchase that was made through the app. The food was delicious but I could only give it three stars because of the app that is advertised

I am so upset. I went to get 2 blt's with extra bacon and a med tots. When I got home I opened the sandwiches. Each sandwich had like 5 little pieces of bacon. Thats so sad for how much I paid. I would have taken them back but I was too tired. Also they had just a little spot of mayonnaise. I am going to let everyone i know that they need to stop going there.

Hot food. It's kind of a greasy spoon cafe you eat in your car, but they do have an outdoor dining area. Car hops are friendly and fast. Their menu is infinitely able to be modified, so it seems that the printed thing is just suggestions to get you thinking. Everything is made to order.

Customer service is abysmal. You have to ask for condiments (i.e. ketchup, sauces, napkins) otherwise what you get is literally what you get. I thought it was a safe assumption if you order fries or mozzarella sticks, you'll get ketchup/marinara sauce, nope. I tested this little theory of mine 5 times and all 5 times if you don't ask for it, they will not give it to you. Not sure if this is a system wide situation or just this location but Sonic should probably stop hiring high school kids who are only there for a paycheck.

Usually one of my favorite spots. On my last visit, we sat in the bar. Our server(whose name I cannot remember) commented that I only tipped him 50¢ because I moved to tip percentage from 20% to 15% when my check came. I only had on drink, I found his response disrespectful & rude. Since, I have been in the service industry for years, I believe in tipping accordingly. Now, I'm questioning my next visit if ever again.

Well got the jr. Brown bag, mainly for my son, but I stole the meat patty out of 1 of his burgers, it was super thin and tiny. Drive through was quick, they got the order right, staff was polite and pricing is pretty standard.
