Good selection of items for a grocer in a small town. Found items here that are not even available in large cities. Specifically Young Guns Hatch Salsa, and fresh bagged peppers from New Mexico.Was super excited to find them and bought some while passing thru town.Store was clean, well organized and staff was friendly. Prices were very good on everything I purchased.

I went in shopping today. I ended up purchasing over seven hundred dollars of grocery supplies for my 135 acre hunting camp 20 miles Southwest of George West. As I came I asked for basket switch-out assistance for someone to bring me a fresh basket and set the full one to the side (I filled four baskets total). I got NO help at all. No one up front even answered. No one even said a word to me the whole time. All I heard was "Aidee". I thought cashier was calling for her friend Aidee. She was asking me for I D. My how tacky. When I snapped I got the true feeling they were so trying to accuse me of being intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Why else would an employee walk by me so close conducting a smell/reek test. No unloading to check assistance nor.sacking assistance, not even bringing the last basket after my special request. No one asked me if.I could use help out, I asked for it but got zero response. I got the feeling all the workers were very sad having to work over the Holidays. They were only.concerned with spotting trouble and giving.NO help. It was the way I was treated. No response from anyone despite my pleese for assistance. It appeared no one was available to help this young disabled manIt all was like you bought it then you handle it. I got no assistance from anyone. They totally ignored me as much as they could while doing their jobs not realizing that all men are created equal. Prejudice on their part earned them a complete F

"Small-town" Grocer's with a decent general foods/household goods selection; very nice Meats and Frozen foods sections throughout the store (Pastries freezer is Wonderful) but Not the best PRODUCE (tiny with limited items).Props for carrying camping/fishing/hunting merchandise, a selection of basic farm supplies and Surprisingly small engine products... for being such a tiny establishment. There is also a 6 pump Auto Refuel canopied area here, available til close (10pm)Overall a little expensive, but HEY - You're in the middle of Nowhere USA so you are paying for convenience. That being said, not the friendliest customer service and Check Product Expiration dates especially on refrigerated perishables and shelved bread/chips/cookies etc.

Wow, they have everything here. Reasonably priced. Groceries to hunting and fishing supplies. There was even 2 kayaks. The wooden chaors outside were a little pricey though. I bought a few things. Thank you. Great stop. This is the 1st time I stop here.

This franchise is owned by greedy people who uptick the price of all their groceries to make as much money as possible. The only reason they get business is that the closest real store is more than 40 minutes away. I have consistently been disappointed by their service and lack of products.

I've been in this area 2 years and in this store there are only 2 nice cashiers. The rest are rude. I only stop here if I've forgotten something at HEB or just need a few things. The price tend to run a little higher 💰

Lowes Market in George West. On three different occasions we've purchased meat that wasn't expired, yet it was rotten. Chicken, pork ribs, and the last item was polish sausage.On the first two occasions we wrote it off and discarded the meat, on the third occasion we decided to return it to bring it to the managers attention and had a horrible experience, they didn't want to give us a refund, and acted as if we were a huge inconvenience to them, and acted as if it was our fault.On that same day we bought a package of 12 hamburger buns that only had 10 buns, I threw them away because I didn't know who touched them.And last but not least, we've also seen mice in the restroom area.

Friendly cashiers. Clean. There's a Western Union and you can cash checks. The customer service office attendents are very helpful and fast. Well stocked and reasonably priced.

Clean parking lot and store. Grocery carts available outside. Large store with Deli. Many ranches in the area so you may find items most grocery stores do not carry. Friendly employees.

The Beeville Fire Department would like to express it's sincere thanks to Larry Vigar of the Lowes Market in George West. While the food stores in Beeville were shutdown due to Hurricane Harvey. Mr. Vigar graciously opened his store for a few minutes to allow us to purchase food for the first responders staying at the Beeville Fire Station. For a small town store They do a good job of having what you need every time a walk in there reminds me of when I was kid prices are a wee bit Higher then if you were in a larger city But not horrible

You are better off driving to Beeville or Mathis to HEB. High prices and poir quality produce and meats.Store is othing like those in Littlefield TX.
