DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HEREI brought my $2000 Presa Canario in for a pregnancy check. And ultrasound. I was informed that the puppies were of correct size to pass through my dogs pelvis.Here I am 2 weeks later with a dead dog unable to birth 1 puppy, she died painfully last night. She didn't even get 1 out. I am holding this veterinarian office fully accountable for this. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERETHIS DOG WAS EVERYTHING TO ME. GOT ME THROUGH CHEMO TWICE OVER 3 YEARS. HELPED ME LIVE AGAIN. KEPT ME SANE. ......AND NOW....SHES GONE

Found a newborn baby goat. we knew one of her legs were broken , and had suspected two. vet said that she had one broken leg and they were unsure of the other one. at first the vet had told us it was a clean break in half and they can set it with a splint and she will be fine in two weeks.they set it, and all seemed fine. we found out she had lice a day or so later and took her to another vet who also wanted to X-ray her leg again. found out it was NOT set at all. thought that her leg had unset itself bc she wanted to move around so much, but another vet told us that her leg could have been set, and it would have had to been set with surgery in the first place. ANOTHER vet said that her leg was most likely not even touched, and just put in a splint. they basically told us that the vet who put a splint on her just “set two popsicle sticks beside her leg and wrapped it”TWO different vets told us that they would have gone in with surgery to set her leg. and ON TOP OF THIS , THIS vet did not take any “after” x-rays of her “set leg.” When another vet xrayed her splinted leg, it looked EXACTLY how it did before it was splinted. We ended up having to put our poor baby goat down.We do not trust this vet and will never go back there again. i’d give this place no stars if i could🤗🤗

They treat the animals as if they own them. The entire staff and vets give the animals lots of love, treats, and play time.I would give 10 stars if I could!

Duke loves visiting Cari for his baths and haircuts! He can be a handful and needed to be sedated at other groomers, but he LOVES Cari and she doesn’t have to give him any medication. He had what we lovingly referred to as “grinch feet” since he is malamute/gsd mix. (See 1st pic) No one else has been able to trim his feet or nails before and Cari had him fixed up in no time! We wouldn’t trust our boy with anyone else 💗

We love it here and I’m sure so does, Chuck our baby calf! He was casted and along with that he was blessed to get the nurses to sign it lol, he’s a rockstar! Thanks again everyone at, WCAH!

Such a wonderful and caring staff!!!Unfortunately I had to use them for the euthanasia of my 16 yr old girl Bella that was suffering. I recently moved to the area so I had never been there before. But from the first interaction when we entered the hospital to the last interaction, everyone treated us as if we were family. I am so grateful for the kindness and care that was shown to my Bella during her final time!About a week later, to my surprise, I received a wonderful sympathy card that had been signed by all of the staff. It also included Bella's paw print.In all of my years of having pets and unfortunately going through losing them, I have never experienced a place that showed such consideration and thoughtfulness to a first time patient. I will most definitely be returning to them with all of my future pet needs!!!

Very nice, very knowledgeable. Dr Tolbert was really good with my horse, owns horses . Which is always a plus for large animal vet! Every one is nice, good safe place. Available short notice. Have late appointments

By far, one of the best, if not THE Best vet visits I've ever been to. Dr was in no hurry to finish his exam or rush between animal patients. I will use him as long as I am in this area.

Went for groom and cut. I don't have the experience of knowing what cut to pick. Groomer recommended 5 and I said ok...gosh my poor Mini Aussie looks butchered.

One of the best in the business! Dr. Janke saved my dogs life. My dog, Bart, had to have his leg amputated and I was devastated. The staff, nurses, and doctors were so empathetic and reassuring. It’s been almost a year and Bart is doing amazing! I recently got a new puppy and knew I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else. The care that is provided is unmatched by any other vet!

Wow, what a beautiful facility. Entire staff was very nice and helpful and love the animals. We have 2 large dogs and had a dog emergency and called and had him in 2hrs for on sight lab tests. He stayed the night and came home the next day a better boy. Very roomy and great set up. Explained everything about what the diagnosis and treatment. And the pricing was very reasonable for number of services rendered. Can't wait to use the grooming services. Highly recommended.

Love the vets and staff. They've done a great job diagnosing and caring for our diabetic dog. Highly recommend them.I'm surprised by some of the negative comments and really have a hard time believing them.

I’ve been using Cari, the groomer, for several months now. She does a fantastic job! I know my dogs are always well taken care of, come back clean and looking good! I would recommend her to anyone. My favorite groomer ever!!!

We boarded our 4 year old pup here and all seems well when we picked him up after a weekend stay. The ladies who helped us when we forst dropped him off were very helpful and sweet. Great customer service!

One of West Columbia animal hospital’s vets nearly killed my pet pig by portraying to be more knowledgeable than they are and deciding to perform services without the knowledge to do so correctly. Not to mention the cost of another vet to save his life. Definitely would not recommend.

Sad sad experience. Front office person is not nice and does not care about her job or animals. She told us my cow was gonna die on the phone before we even went.(she is not a dr) She did not tell the vet we were coming and we had to wait hours for an emergency while they did branding. At the end of the day my show cow died in their care and it could have been prevented. Long sad story, we will leave it at that. Don’t go there.
