CVS seems like they don't have the medications needed all the time. I pulled into the drive-thru lane to pick up some meds that I needed and "KRISTEN" was at the window and told me she can get my prescription ready it will just be 8-10 mins if I can wait. I waited because I really needed those meds. She had me wait over 30 mins. Didn't look at me just kept helping other customers as I waited.Very ridiculous, very misleading, and poor customer service.Don't tell someone it be a few minutes when really it will be over half a hour.

The folks at the West Columbia CVS do an excellent job! Always satisfied with them. And I appreciate the lead technician helping me save money on my husband's prescription.

The employee in the pharmacy wouldnt fill my medication right after I had a wisdom tooth pulled because she said they are "behind". How about get off your phone and do some work....very big girl with a poor attitude. She always uses the same excuse. So long CVS.
