My husband and I are avid shoppers at CVS mainly due to the availability of CVS Brand products at reasonable prices and the ability to stack coupons and $$ discounts offered through their CVS Savings program. The local store is friendly and well managed.

Worst pharmacy EVER!!! Staff is rude and it always inconveniences them to wait on you. The eye rolls are my favorite when they are approaching the counter.

Don't use their pharmacy. The pharmacist is very unprofessional!! I waiting on my prescription to be filled for 3 days before he even got involved all the find out there was a discrepancy about the dosage called in by the doctor and the directions to take the medication. When I asked for him to call to get clarification he called me back complaining about how long he was on hold. So unprofessional! Also, I spoke to that man twice and both times he had an attitude. The last conversation I asked if I needed to get another pharmacy and he replied yes and hung up the phone. They won't be getting any of my business!!

Pharmacist here is awful. My doctor called in a new prescription because I was having horrible problems with the one I was on. He told me to have the doctor call and verify. She did and he said oh well I'm not filling it anyway. Needless to say we had words. I've seen him talk rudely to a few other people. Horribly unprofessional and don't know how he has a job. I suffer from PTSD and had to stop it so now I was left with no medication at all. Made it a really rough week.

Terrible pharmacy.. I've been told multiple times that they don't have the medicine to fill my children's prescriptions, and I never get calls to inform me,I always have to wait the amount of time they tell me to wait and when I go pick it up then they tell me they don't have it.. I will not be using them anymore

Call to check on a refill, clerk literally acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Have had the same feeling when talking to the Pharmacist in person. I really hate the fact that my insurance has CVS as the "Preferred" pharmacy, now I know why I have never used this company in the past.

The worst CVS I’ve ever been to. I pay monthly for a care card and will now cancel that because of this experience. I stood at the pharmacy register for over 10 minutes with no one else in line but myself and they didn’t acknowledge me once. When I finally got some line to help me, they were rude and short through my transaction. I see this location has consistent poor reviews and I don’t see myself returning. Hopefully Walgreens will be better!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. They are rude and unprofessional. I just had major surgery and was trying to get my meds filled. Took 2 days to get it and no one was helpful at all. When I called to see if my meds had come in the girl on the phone said yes they came in. I was literally crying on the phone because I was in so much pain and asked her if she could please get it filled and she said I will get to it when I get to it and hung up on me. I will never use them again. They have absolutely no sympathy for those needing their medication. This is just the short version of what I went through with them. Someone definitely needs to come in and evaluate these employees.

This CVS has redeemed themselves thanks to Brian. We have been in there a couple of times recently for convenience and urgency and Brian was most helpful and kind in giving us the upmost customer service. We will be back!

Why oh why is the service at all of the CVS stores in Brazoria County so bad? The staff is nice here but SO slow!!! Sat in line for 27 minutes with one car in front of me. Went inside and there is a customer yelling at a lady about the service. He said the service at the Angleton store in worse. I KNOW the service in West Columbia is horrid. There seems to be a lot of folks working but it is SLOW. CVS get your staff some help!!

Here is another bad review for the CVS Pharmacy in West Columbia to add to the collection. I called to check on a prescription that was ordered 10 days ago (they had to order). In trying to explain to the pharmacist she was extremely rude! She continued to talk over me. I told her she didn’t have to be so rude and continued to. I was trying to make sure I understood. What ever happened to customer service? There is another pharmacist that is very kind but unfortunately she was not the one I talked with. I tried to call and talk to the manager and the person that answered said she could not give me the manager’s name until she knew why I was calling. Finally when I got the name so I could call back, she told me she couldn’t tell me when the manager would be there (so I could call back). I was wanting to let the store manager know what had taken place before I did the review. Many folks I know are unhappy with the pharmacy (not the store). I too will not be doing business with that store anymore.Update-I have talked to a store manager about the way I was treated and she was so very nice! I gave her all the details and she is going to look into it. Thank you for listening to me and allowing me to address my concerns. CVS needs more employees like this lady!

Long wait in the drive thru at pharmacy to pick up prescriptions. Some employees in the pharmacy are not very friendly and seem like they get mad at having to help customers. Store employees are busy and don't have time to assist if you need it. Long wait at the registers. High prices, long waits in line inside and out, and unfriendly staff give this a two star for me.

The pharmacy here is infuriating. They don't care about you or your time. They don't care that you could be miserable and sick, coming to get a prescription to make you feel better. They do not acknowledge you at all.

The store part was ok. They were very nice. The Pharmacy was terrible . Do not recommend this Pharmacy . My husband had major back surgery and the lady pharmacist wouldn't fill his Rx from the surgeon . Very RUDE! We will not be back!

Rude and would not help me with anything about my medications. She acted like I was bothering her by asking her to enter my prescription insurance information. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again! Rude and not professional at all!

My name is Gladdis Jones, l called this store in West Columbia to see of a prescription had been called infor me from the hosptial in Lake Jackson and whoever answered was very rude. I only used Cvs because the insurance i'm with sent me a card to use have never used cvs for this reason. The card probably means nothing....will not be back, I'll go elsewhere next time.

They really need to fix their pharmacy staff they are the rudest group of people they have 1 that is awesome she has been there awhile and really need more like her .if you don't like your job or dealing with people then you need to find another line of work I understand they are very busy but you don't need to be so rude and short or talk over your customers.i have called and sat on hold for 30 to 45 min only to be cut short or hung up on Really CVS you need to retrain your pharmacy crew

This Pharmacy os politically motivated and over ruled Doctor's Orders ti fill perceptions for Covid related medicines. When does a pharmacist get to over rule a Dr. I have tranferred all perceptions to a new pharmacy!!!

Honestly if I could rate 0 I would. The employees are very rude. We did nothing except walk in there and shop and the guy was very rude towards us for wanting to use some coupons.

If you’re going through the pharmacy for a Covid test and they don’t ask to see your id, make sure you show them, they’re supposed to ask to get all your info correct but the lady that was helping me never asked to see my id so she put my birthday in wrong, now I have to wait another 24 to 48 hours before I get things reset to even see my results, this whole mess is just frustrating and it should of never happened in the first place.
