Automotive department dropping the ball. Left vehicle to get service for oil change 7:45am, 4 cars ahead. I get it I’ll wait. Do some shopping, finally sitting in the lobby at 9:15, receive text vehicle work has started. 10:05, vehicle out of bay, oil change wasn’t done due to bad drain plug. A lotta finger pointing from tech, to cashier, I should’ve gotten a call. Manager no where in sight. Waited 15 minutes to speak to manager, no one is engaged. You can never really find a manager to speak to anyways im walmart. Yet all she did was apologize. I wasn’t expecting anything free, but this is the last time I bring any of my vehicles for service. Terrible! Rant over!

I don't normally do a 1 star because there is usually a redeeming quality for any location. However, this WalMart is the absolute worst walmart I've ever visited. I live close to this walmart so I used to frequent it, but now I will drive the extra 10 minutes to the Elsa walmart where their customer service is far superior to this one. Walking in feels like entering a guarded detention center, I've felt unsafe in the parking lot with an actual encounter that I reported, but they were indifferent to the situation. They don't carry a lot of the things I look for that the Harlingen and Elsa walmart do carry and their shelves are frequently empty. Just today I was unable to find a specific dog food I've purchased here before, green onions, cottage cheese, family size nut thins, and a few other items. I understand that their employees are in a rush to fill orders, but that shouldn't excuse them from common courtesies like, excuse me or I'm sorry, even a simple smile. Only one single employee was helpful. She was filling an order, and I asked her about the missing green onions and she handed me the single bag of organic green onions that was left. Avoid this store, if you can, and shop at the Elsa or Harlingen store.

This location is always super crowded. I usually do delivery or curbside, but we needed to go in for something quick. Everyone was wearing masks, but I still felt like they weren't maintaining social distancing enough.

It's pretty empty for a walmart, seems to be always clean, and it's pretty calm. Would like it if there was another self checkout area near the other door, but other than that, it's a good walmart.

This store has everything you need but, it's very expensive now. People have been fooled over the years because Walmart USED to have cheap prices. Personally, I don't go here unless I absolutely have to, mainly because of the parking lot disaster. People cannot drive, cannot park, won't return baskets to cart corral and it's near impossible to exit the parking lot because of the massive traffic on the feeder road and on Texas.

I just had 15 minutes till closing I rushed in got what I needed and we as out just in time I am glad they were still open at 10 45 pm and had what I needed thank you Wal-Mart 😊 🙏 ☺️

This Is a very good place to Buy groceries, fruits, vegetables, etc. I really enjoyed visiting this supercenter cause aditionally to groceries I bought a backapack and some candies that I couldn't find in another walmart around. I really recomend It if you need buying groceries or even some other stuffs and goods. I don't have photos but I promise I will load some on my next visit cause surely I'll be back.

Broken box broken roku TV.The lady didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. Just gave a receipt and said nothing. Customer service was terrible. Not even one sorry.

Third time walmart messes up curbside order. First time was leaking milk , second was expired cookies, and third was this item already tampered with(this item missing a key set) Return involves going to store, waiting, to return the item. HEB And Sam's Club just refund over app or phone when they mess up.

This store is usually crowded but easy to get around .... shelves are well stocked. Walmart employees are overworked and do the best they can to keep up with the demand. From my viewpoint Walmart is overworking their employees in their never ending need to make $$$. One of the main problems I see is that customers grab items then decide not to purchase and you'll find them scattered throughout the store. At the end of the day I've seen many carts full of items that need to be reshelved, bummer! Shoppers need to not be lazy and return the items back to their original location...BE CONSIDERATE!

Rotten produce. Items sitting in aisles, making it difficult to maneuver your shopping cart. Dirty. Nice friendly checkout service. Still dirty. Went there because website said they had thank you stickers in store. They did not. Their website lies .

Awesome deals! Great selection! Good service. Prefered prices. Not very happy that they didnt have item on display we wanted. Sad this company puts greed before employees and customers. I get self checkout can be a convenience when you have few items and cashiers lines are long. But self checkout forced because of a lack of cashiers is shamful. I must surcome to these practices to survive my budget. I still recommend it.....

Don’t go to this Walmart at night. I came to get stuff I needed for my little brother who is sick but as soon as it burned 11:00 they didn’t let anyone pay for their items. Several people were there wanting to pay for their items. No manager came out either. Several customers willing to pay for their things. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If it was possible I would be giving no stars.

This store seemed to be better stocked than others in the area. I'd been to two other stores searching for several supplements Sue takes. Although the app showed the items to be in stock, I was unable to find them. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason as to how the shelves were stocked. This store's vitamin aisle was fairly neat and appeared pretty well-stocked. As an added bonus, their supplements appeared to be in alphabetical order which made them much easier to find.

All you see if store employees looking like robots doing nothing but watching customers. and then you have to check yourself out while the employees standing around literally get paid to do nothing..Walmarts business values has never been good and now it seems like that has gone down the drain..

Terrible customer service in the jewelry section. My mom waited 35 minutes to be attended because 3 employees were helping 1 customer. My mom asked for help and all they told her was “we will be right with you after we’re done helping the customer.” After the customer left another customer came and the employees were helping her instead of my mom, when my mom waited 35 minutes to be helped and they said they would help her after the customer. Yet the employees still have the audacity to tell my mom that the customer that got there, was there first when my mom was there waiting 35 minutes to be attended. What I don’t understand why do you need 3 employees to help 1 customer. Really disappointed. Bad service.
