I tried returning 2 out of the 3 gallons of paint that I had bought and got told by Steven store manager that he couldn’t help me out and that it was not returnable. I was hoping that you guys would help me out since I’m a customer that has spend 1,000+ dollars a year. I didn’t think 2 gallons of paint would hurt you, but if that’s the case I’ll take my business somewhere else. The manager was not the nicest guy either, but I respectfully told him the situation.. on how I had made a mistake and was willing to not return the one I had opened and he still said no we can’t help you. Philip was the guy at the paint department and that guy is the friendliest guy I’ve met at Home Depot and was more understanding of the situation than the actual manager.

I went with an old gallon of paint that could not be opened. It was all rusted. Despite the line in paint department, John made sure to help me. It was difficult for him to open and he didn’t let me leave the store with unsolved problems. Eddie in Tool Rental also was a huge help. Thank you to the both of you!!! Two very helpful gentleman despite a busy rush hour.

Philip in paint department gave us great customer service even after being alone and had a line of people waiting to be helped. After he helped us he still asked if we needed anything else and if everything was ok. I really appreciated him asking before moving on to next customer. Keep up the good work Philip

We left because there were no carts available to put lumber on. They had stock sitting on carts instead of shelves. Customer service is non existent. We went to Lowes for our purchases. Store very dirty

Other stores need to take a lesson from the Home Depot in Weslaco. We did a curbside order and as soon as we parked, someone was already coming out with our order. And the store associate was super friendly. Now that’s some excellent curbside service.

Customer service personnel is terrible in the morning shift and they train the new employees. OMG I have never left a store so furious from a store in my life because of this one lady. Order online is a disaster if you order online and your order has not been picked having to juggle going through customer service and ringing it up is terrible. Customer orders wrong item doesn't get exchanged for correct item, refunded back to account. Now having to deal with customer service and customer and another pickup. Don't be surprised to be added 500 dollars of contract work just for you ordering all the materials at home Depot. For it waste a bunch of time.

My parents drove 30 minutes to the Weslaco Home Depot yesterday to buy this tiller (I guess they only had them in stock in Weslaco), only to find out that the machine was completely broken and rusted once they opened the package. Both of them are pretty old and can't really lift this 200 pound machine back in the car to return it. When calling Home Depot customer service to see if they can have another one shipped to the Mission Home Depot to exchange, they were extremely dismissive and said they can "give back 70 dollars" as compensation. They refused to help handle the situation as it is a "liability" to the employees. Not only will they not exchange this, they are unwilling to bring in another tiller to a closer location so we will have to drive another 30 minutes to return this item.

Only the self checkout registers were open, and there was a line to use them. There seems to be no effort made to expedite the checkout process. You ask for help, and there is very little knowledge on the part of the workers. All they have are warm bodies.

Whenever this store is short staffed you have to help yourself. We were told by Bernal from this location that whoever takes care of this department i was needing help from called in therefore there was no one to help us. Proceeded with getting the ladder myself and getting something from the top shelf. The guy had the audacity to ask if we found everything ok after i was paying with him. Like NO nothing about this trip to the store was “OK” this will be the last time i visit this location, if i could give no stars i would.

We were in the store yesterday, Aug 5th, 2023. The store was in chaos. The isles had a lot of stuff in it, couldn't even get into the isles to shop. We were going to spend over $5000 yesterday but we got frustrated with all the chaos, so we left. They should be doing their stocking shelves at night, not during the day when people are trying to shop. We went to lowes, nice and clean there.

You will find what you need here. Crazy busy all the time. My two issues are the cement/concrete bag area which seems to be used as storage by the Home Depot. I always find myself having to maneuver around pallets and other merchandise left willy nilly, the other is having to go to the lot to find a cart which are usually strewn all over the parking lot and in the stalls. Regardless, you usually find what you need here.

Came into homedepot to buy a shut off valve they don't always have good helpers this guy Omar helped me out explained how to put the valve cuz the pvc was stuck to the ground I asked the cashier manager for the store manager he never came I was gonna tell him he has a wonderful worker very courteous & smart he needs to be next for manager 😀
