I took my dog here and when I picked him up I thought they did a good job. It was until I got home and realized that my fur baby had cuts all over him. He had 3 scars from where they cut him while they were clipping him. I get accidents happen however I was not informed of the cuts which is unacceptable. I will be taking my dog elsewhere

If I could give 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, I would be absolutely fascinated with the service at this place. I highly recommend it to everyone; everyone is very friendly, and most importantly, my little dog looks beautiful. Thank you so much ☺️ There are very few places like yours that provide top-notch service.

I’ve been to many grooming places but this one is just subpar. It’s the customer service that did it in for me. The only one who saved the place was a guy named Ruben who was the only nice and genuine one. The girl in the front had a stank face the ENTIRE TIME. I truly feel like they weren’t even trying to show that they cared for, it felt like you were a bother. My dogs were so uncomfortable it showed. By the end when I picked up my dogs there wasn’t even a “bye” or update on my dog just here’s your dog. The services are overpriced and I felt like the quality was just not good. The waiver to sign made me feel uneasy. The “cologne” didn’t even last an hour. I will say on a brighter note they can cut the hair of a matted shih tzu pretty well. They also get free cute little bandanas.

No Stars!Do not recommend!!! 👎🏻 went in for first time. They Took my dog without even discussing prices. They started shaving her and when owner started increasing prices on me, I said no thank you. Then he gave me my dog back with hair still hanging and told me to take her. He was rude had no compassion and not willing to hear either of my pets or our needs. Very sad situation. Very unfortunate and left us in a whim. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Prices outrageous.Poor Customer Service. Find another place

I've taken my pup to this place 2 times and every time he comes back he's happy with tail wagging. They always do a nice job and treat my pup well. Forever grateful to them for treating my fur baby awesome. Always look forward to picking up my fur baby from them and seeing how cute and happy he looks. I love looking at his before and after pics. Griffin loves it there.

1st time ever getting my Lola groomed and it was the best experience! She came out beautiful and wagging her tail. Rueben was great and understanding in what my mix shepard needed. Most definitely making them her permanent groomers great customer service and service worth the price!

I been bringing my 4 furr babies to this place for the past year, lately Ived notice they haven’t been them selfs every time they come home. I think they are being mistreated this last couple times they just want to be hugged and cry for no reason. The time before last I didn’t think anything of it but this time I could not ignore it. I am going to look for someone else to groom my babies. My wife asked the lady questions regarding the way they treat our babies and the methods they use to calm them down while getting groomed because we have cut their hair before and they don’t let themselves be groomed and the lady responded with they let them selves be groomed since we are not the owners they behave. I believe they mistreat our furr babies to be aloud to be groomed. I am not certain, I have no evidence on this I am only giving my personal opinion with the way my furr babies come back home after they are groomed. Last time it took me a week to get them back the way they were before I took them for their grooming, it’s been a couple days now and they are yet not even wanting to eat or snack the way they normally do and just want to be hugged and crying for no reason. Be in the look out after you bring your baby home! I see a bunch of nicks all over their bodies to me that is a sign of being mistreated and unprofessionally groomed.

The staff is very friendly. My baby is never nervous to go or nervous when she is picked up to go home. The only complaint is I ask for certain things but they do not listen. I ask every single time please no perfume. I specifically brought my own products to provide them but yet again they covered her in the perfume. I'm disappointed i pay 60 per visit and I don't get listened to.

Today was the first time we took our pup to get groomed, i was a bit nervous because he hasn’t been around other people but us. Once we arrived the gentle man was really nice and made sure our pup felt safe before taking him to the back. We were super happy with the outcome, and highly recommend this place for your fur babies!

Great place they did an amazing job on my dog his haircut and grooming was on point. Service was great very friendly and informative. They went over the haircut and what the services were going to be. Picked up my dog and he looked amazing. I was visiting The Valley and scheduled my shin tzu for a bath and cut. The gentleman that answered was nice and accommodating and scheduled my dog for the next day. When I picked her up she seemed happy and excited (I assume she was treated well.) That I am thankful for. However when I got her to my vehicle I realized that they had not washed her face. She had the same eye crust and the same dirt to her whiskers and chin hair. That is disappointing since they charged $70.

HORRIBLE! I took my dog and she came back completely traumatized. She cried each time I rocked her ears and she was shaking for a couple days after. I wish this experience on no one, please do not take your pets here!!

Went just for nail trim and smoothing. Which I'm very picky about and it came out great on my 2 pugs. Today was the first time but will for sure go back. Next time for full grooming

My dog smell just like she did before she went to get cleaned 4 days after I took her So I don't know that if they use the right kind of soap but they put a lot of perfume on her..

My only complaint is that they completely cut my dogs whiskers. Why would anyone do that? Maybe it was a newbie. I would make sure to ask them not to do that.
