Went to make some house keys. Ask for help and a person that work there help me quickly. They have a great selection of keys to choose from. I was looking around and found out they have a great selection of tools, etc.

The best retail service in the Valley, and everything you need in a hardware store--without having to wander up and down miles of aisles. They know exactly what they have in stock and will take you right to it. Also, if you have some kind of household problem and describe it to them, they can help you figure out how to tackle it and with what. A great place to go for gifts and kitchenware as well as regular hardware, home, and basic garden supplies. Great selection of bird feeding supplies, also.

I can't remember the last time I needed something for a home improvement project that Borderland didn't carry. Not only that, but the staff is knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and helpful. As a result, I make my choices based on a clear understanding of the options as well as an understanding of each item's strengths. My wife and I really like shopping there.

Bottled water heater here two and a half years ago no questions asked. Only took the sticky label into the store and they immediately had it ordered and replaced within the week. Great service at this hardware store

Very helpful staff...much better help the home Depot or Lowe's...if need something to buy for your home project excluding lumber this is the place to go ..home Depot and Lowes cater only to contractors

Online showed this location to be able to cut and program key for my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek and I get here and they do not habe the materials or the machine to program key. Seems like a friendly place but what was online and in store was totally worng. Wasted trip and gas.
