There was a line of workers getting their lunch. Mostly spanish speaking people behind the register and counter. The food looked so so. There waslots of fatty gristle. It was rather pricey for flavorless rice,funky yellow beans and hard corn tortillas. The tables and chairs were dirty. It's inside a grocery meat market store. So we were able to get sides like avacados, cheese and fresh corn tortillas to eat along with out $7.99 plates. Expensive for the fare.

Very authentic Mexican food and always delicious, staff is friendly, one of my to go places for lunch when in the area. Plenty of dishes to pick from.

Extremely bad customer service at the meat department I was standing in line to buy some meat, the guys behind the meat department were so much into themselves that they saw me standing there for like 5 minutes and ignored me completely, mind you there were no customers in line just me! They saw me and went back to talking amongst themselves! How do they expect to sell if they ignore paying customers? Are they there to gossip or to serve the customers? Never going back there again, I'll stick with the meat market closest to me.

I spent over 200$ in meat for a bbq cookout. Meat tasted like starting fluid more than meat. We ended up throwing most of it.

We both had a plate of Barbacoa with frijoles and onions, ect. Loved it! Attentive service and nice atmosphere. We will return. Highly recommend.

Went to buy some tacos this morning. I was appalled. I found hair not in one but two tacos. Same color and length. Apparently they said it was impossible because they wear hair nets. The person who attended me was rude and seemed to love to argue. Customer service this morning was very unprofessional. I will not eat there again. It was my first time and I went due to a recommendation. But sad to say it was the worst I've ever seen or eaten. The others well I had no choice but to throw the tacos away. Very unsatisfied.

Customer service at this store is very unprofessional and rudeMy mother stopped by to get menudo and the cashier gave it away to another person and blame my mother for it . The cashier was very rude and was arguing with my mother. I believe she was trying to take her money and her merchandise. We will never go to this store again and we will be tell everybody not to shop here.

Good place for meats and veggies, the negative part is the cashiers are rude and they always seem to be having a bad day. A good business should have good products and great customer service. You’re lucky if you even get a hello or thanks.

Christmas hours stated that closing time was at 6:00pm. I went out of my way to drive there. I drove up and parked around 5:10, the doors were locked and the lady inside motioned that they were closed. I told her about the hours listed online and she couldn't care otherwise. I understand it's a major holiday, but please abide by the listed times.

I grew up in Mercedes and visited a few months ago. I stopped at this meat market and bought about 40 lbs of prepared fajita and 8 cow tongues. I properly sealed them and drove back to Colorado. I have since been eating the meat and its the best meat at our cook outs. The staff was courteous and friendly. Would recommend it to all my friends and family.

When you want something different cuz I LOVE Whataburger 💘and doc tells me to cut my carbs. Soo I go get my carbs some where else. Well, he did say, change my diet..Oh yeah, they have hot meals to go.

Went to eat menudo for breakfast and I was dissapointed to see that their menudo comes in pre cooked bags and not home made. Not the same I thought real Mexican food was served there, not going back I rather go eat @the flea market

While the food is enticing, I highly warn against ordering their tamales veracruzanos. Live very nearby and when checking the tamales, they were still cold. To add insult to injury, they don't make them fresh. They are cooked and then frozen to be sold the next following days. Bought some today but the batch I bought wasn't made today but on a Thursday. Makes me wonder what other food was just cooked and left in the fridge to be heated up and sold the next day.$17.28 for four cold tamales.

The worst service, the cashier scanned the label from the market and it wasn't in the system. She couldn't manually charge the price on the label. Made me waste 20 min. For nothing I walked out without the meat

Terrible customer service. Drove 30 minutes away to this store and employees closed both doors 10 minutes before closing time which was 9 pm.

My husband and I like going to LA Michoacana specifically for las carnitas de puerco. There's always a lot of people in line to order food from their small cafeteria menu. Absolutely delicious! Pollo en Mole, carnitas de puerco, caldo de res etc sooooooo delicious!!

would have given 0 stars if possible went to buy stuff for a cookout for my parents and was sold more than half of nothing but fat in my fajitas...meat market is subpar....fui a comprar cosas para hacer una parillada para mis Padres y mas de mitad de la fajita era pura grasa....mejor vayan a otra carniceria
