My experience everytime I decide to come to this dollar general , I’ve been told “are you gonna keep coming everytime when we’re about to close “ I’ve had workers wave their hands at the door at 9:55pm that the store is closed and to leave when it is not 10pm yet . I’ve heard employees embarrass other employees in front of customers making comments . This is our go to dollar general and every time I’ve had an unwelcoming experience.

Would be a zero if I could, So my husband went in today and asked on the price on storage containers and the employee there named Isabel asked him “why, did they kick you out already?” And in front of customers, embarrassing my husband. And as he was going to ask why would she ask that the other employee Cesar ends up asking him if me, his wife went to work today. Like what is it to the employee if a customers wife worked today. And how inappropriate for Isabelle to make assumptions my husband is getting kicked out all for asking for the price on storage containers. We go to this allocation a lot and this is the first time we get treated rude like this. I called to ask for their names and the name of the manger to file a complaint on them first thing tomorrow monring 3/1/23 and Isabel told me she was joking; but in my opinion you don’t joke around like that with someone you don’t know. They are both stranger to us as we don’t personally know them. All we know them as is employees as dollar general. They were very unprofessional. What else can I do aside from talking to the manager. oh and when Cesar answered the phone and I asked for the managers name he asked me why, he didn’t want to give it to me so he just handed the phone to Isabelle without even telling me he was handing it to her left me talking on the phone. Employee can’t handle a phone call, Isabelle even started yelling at me over the phone for questioning why she asked that.

The guys that work at night are pretty cool! Nice, friendly, quick. Although the fridge with the Starbucks cans have had the same exploded Starbucks Doubleshot can in there for some time now. Other than that, the store's not bad.

i went in today sunday feb. 5 and i encountered the most rudest disrespectful employee ive seen in a very long time he started off saying very rudely ill help the next so the guy in front of me had dog food n grabs the bag all mad slammed it against the scanner 3x til it scanned then he threw a paper n it hit the guys leg n this customer was like oh dam CESAR u need to be FIRED!!! I will be calling your mgr tmrw morning n if that doesn't get you fired im calling corporate you do not need to be working in any customer service work with that disrespectful attitude you have

Prob an average dollar store which I would only give 1 start but 2 here because of checkout workers friendliness and a milk vendor stocking - so friendly staff but someone pass word up the dollar store chain of command a couple things - don't let or make staff stock clean or whatever they do when also working checkout I should not have to ring a bell but ell or call outlound for someone to come check me out why not just walk out no pay? And either make aisles wider or stock after closed - just wait til first person trips over the 5 buggies lining an aisle - history here of doing unsafe things

This place is a total disaster. I have gone in here several times and left because the checkout lane was so long and slow. They are always out of things I want but prices keep going up. Left today cause of long lines and slow cashier, went to HEB and was in and out in 5 minutes paying less.

Staff isn't always on point have to look for staff workers just to ask a question but i guess for basic needs the place is barely ok have been to other Dollar General locations with better service and bigger variety of items

BEWARE of CIGARETTES HERE!! Bought Cigarettes that smelled like they had mint in them. Marlboro Special Blend 100's. Store will not change it give money back b/c of TABC.
