ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. I WAS IN THE STORE 20 MINS IN. THE YOUNG LADY REFUSED THE RESTROOM TO ME BECAUSE SHE HAD ALREADY CLEANED IT. IM A VERY CLEAN PERSON. SHE WAS UPSET ABOUT ME NEEDING TO USE IT. THE FACT THAT HER STATEMENT WAS I ALREADY CLEANED IT MYSELF WAS PRETTY CRUCIAL. SHE WAS IMPLYING I WOULD DIRTY IT. THE LIGHT WHITE COMPLECTED lady with red hair who took her name tag off, was the one I asked for the restroom key. I spoke with the store manager. Gabby, she said she would speak with them in the morning. Regardless, of the outcome. They have lost my services. If I could upload the video I would. I'll return tomorrow morning gladly to share the footage with the store and hopefully regional. Please improve your courses to help teach these ladies mannerisms. I'm very concerned how she treated me because she did it so willingly and very comfortable as if she has the authority to demeaning anyone. I am in fact a cancer survivor and do tend to use the bathroom frequently. I tried to explain and she still said no. After charging me my 5 items, she called me a liar because I did let her know I had just spoken with Ms. Gabby she didn't care. She said I'll tell her I didn't let you use the bathroom period. She was arrogant, heartless, rude, & did not even respect me in front of my toddler. She does not deserve the position to allow to handle a store with the critical attitude to offend and belittle innocent customers and bystanders.

Always a good experience at the Dollar General at Inspiration and Mile 1 South, (((Unless that lady or girl, whatever she is, is there)))Joanne is there. Then I get the rude looks, and attitude at the register.Not sure why the manager don't just FIRE her. hint..... hint 🤔🤙🤔

It great when you need something quickly like a loaf of bread, sodas, eggs, and chips. You will a bit more than at Walmart and even at H.E.B.

Very poor customer service, the MANAGER Priscilla was RUDE and laugh in my face. I'm so dissapointed with my experience at Dollar General she needs to let go of her position.

Store hours posted on doors say they close at 10:00 pm but employees normally close and lock doors at 9:45 pm.. Extremely horrible... Wish they could change the employees from this location!!
