My husband went in to exchange some propane hoses and the cashier Shelbie said she didn’t see him walk in with them, accusing his right off the bat of stealing for absolutely no reason. Then continued to be rude and give him a hard time about his EXCHANGE which is the key word here he wasn’t trying to steal money or product and she had absolutely no reason to accuse him. We will not be shopping here anymore and I really hope they train their employees in the future to treat customers kindly.

Great Service!!! My wife had searched everywhere in our area for triangular Behlen horse waterers. The closest Tractor Supply that had them was Mineral Wells. We live in Emory, 2 1/2 hours away. I called and spoke to th manager, Randy at Mineral Wells and he had them shipped to the Tractor Supply in Mineola. Thank you so much for going above and beyond, Randy! You have made my wife very happy! She says you rock!!

Excellent store. Great service from best friendly and helpful employees all the way from the store manager to the check out staff. They are knowledgeable and even loaded my 51 bags of Quickrete. Over 3,000 lbs, for a egress pad outside one of my building doors. Their pricing was more than 25% cheaper than their neighboring competitor that specialize in builder supply products.

This tractor supply pick-up service is quick, just like the others, but the associate that brought my order out was really nice and gave me a verbal update about my unavailable order. All the other locations I have used they do not give a verbal update on unavailable items. I really enjoyed the customer service at this local.

So they had most everything I needed as I was building a gokart for my kids. The employees were very helpful in helping me find what I needed and making my life a little easy now all I need is a part I can only get online but everything else is done

Employees are lacking leadership and training. The manager I've dealt with doesn't seem to care about customer service or treating employees with respect. Will try or best not use the mineral wells location.Commanche and Weatherford locations is always helpful.

Nice staff! Went in for some cattle panel fencing and an associate by the name of Alan, went out of his way to help me out in the parking lot. While helping me, he noticed a lady pushing a full cart of items already purchased and he asked her if she needed some help bringing the cart over to her vehicle. He was so polite and such a gentlemen! It was awesome to see such a sincere attitude, willingness to help people, and a great demonstration of excellent customer service. I hope Alan will be acknowledged for a job well done. It's not everyday that we see people go out of their way to help out, or appear appreciative of your business. Thank You Alan!

One of my favorite stores ever! Of course, I'm just a simple country girl. I take my dog along and he gets lots of attention from the cashiers. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to get clothes, boots, feed, gifts for family and friends, tools, tractors, lawnmowers, and other miscellaneous items!

Very good experience I was looking for pesticide that's pet safe and the employee gave me great advice and sold me a wonderful product that's all natural and safe. Diatomaceous garden safe powder so definitely Very helpful thanks for the help and great service!!!!

Spring time is my most favorite time to shop this place... see the Chicks & Ducklings! Bring the four legged buds to see the vet... love the savings and the vet is awesome too! I only wish I could take the chicks and ducklings home! My happy place! Come tweet tweet too...

In Mineral Wells this is the place to go if you want quality pet food. The employees are helpful and will ask for help to help you the best they can. There is also a travelling vet who should up time to time and offers shots and vaccines for cheap. Easy to get in and out at this location.

I am beyond disgusted with this Tractor Supply! If there was a way to give no stars I would!!! I found a nest of baby mice in the supplement blocks and I thought they were extremely cute! They lady that worked there knew that I CLEARLY was fond of them! I would have NEVER pointed them out to her if I knew what was coming for them! She literally came over there and started moving the blocks, I thought she liked them too because she said, "oh you found our friends!" That was not the case, she said we gotta get rid of them and then I realized what was fixing to happen and yelled, "OH MY GOD, PLEASE DONT!!!" The the very rude lady proceeded to smash them!!! Right in front of me! I will NEVER step foot in there again! Don't get me wrong, I understand that they have lots of feed and they can't afford to have mice pooping and eating all the feed due to health reasons and money! But handle it through pest control methods and don't freaking kill things in front of customers!!!!!!

Best place to go for Big dog toys. They are usually made in the USA, and normally last 24-48 hours. Yes we do play hard, no matter I know she Loves the toys from TSC.

Always in and out. Never wait in line if there are more than 3 or 4 customers wanting to check out they call for another checker. If i need to find something they take me to it not send me on a wild goose chase like a few other stores.
