Wonderful staff. Did not need to wait long. Doctor Martin was funny and informative. My daughters cat is home and now hiding under my bed. UTI with a possible cause of stress from baby granddaughter visiting. Well too bad I need my grandbabies. (They is coot) They only had 1 ply toilet paper. Just kidding that pic is melted chocolate.

The absolute BEST veterinarian clinic in Mineral Wells or Weatherford. The people are so incredibly nice, professional and caring! I had terrible luck with the other two vets in town when my Chihuahua was terminal, and a few in Weatherford as well so it was such a nice surprise to find this establishment for my two new kittens! It's a very low key inconspicuous place ... and I love that. The prices are very reasonable as well and they don't try to push proceedures.... Highly recommend!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that Palo Pinto Veterinary Clinic is where it’s at!Our most recent visit (we’re cat people) we brought in a stray male (Chief) with extreme injuries on top of what looked like feline pneumonia that we had tried to rehabilitate. Sadly, we weren’t able to do anything more for him except try to keep him as comfortable as possible, so sad!!! The entire staff was was so patient and kind! They seemed to totally empathize with us, really went out if their way and above and beyond with their services and options. Plus they’re reasonable and realistic and so caring, hope I never have to choose another vet clinic cause they’re the best at Palo Pinto Veterinary Clinic!

Dr. Martin and each and every member of the staff are amazing and go above and beyond. From simple things to hernias, broken bones, and having to say heartbreaking goodbyes. They are truly amazing and our household is so very thankful for them. We would never even consider going anywhere else!

I definitely recommend! We just moved to MW and needed a doggie doctor for our furson's severe allergies. I wasn't entirely pleased with our visit to his last doctor in Fort Worth (owners weren't allowed in the office due to Civid and our baby was terrified going in without a parent), so I googled veterinarians here in MW and called the first 5 star. I don't know how we got so lucky... Candi was able to fit Spencer in to see Dr. Martin on the same day I called, and everyone in their office was absolutely wonderful with our little guy! Thank you all so very much, we'll see you again soon!

Absolutely 100% happy with my visit with my kitty. I am always so nervous to try a new veterinarian, but this is where we will come from now on, for all of my animals. Dr. Martin was wonderful and very thorough with my girl, and loved all over her, as she didn't really give him a choice anyways because she knows no strangers 😂 (sorry for all the hair Dr. Martin!) The staff at the front desk were amazing as well. I had some issues with my Care Credit account (on my end, NOT theirs) and I was nearly in tears a couple of times but they were very calming and patient as I tried to sort everything out. I will always highly recommend. Thank y'all again for the pleasant experience!I have to edit to add, that now I've been there with both of my dogs as well. One is a nervous Nelly but the best boy and Dr Martin and the techs were wonderful with him. Our other dog is unsure of new people and the proactive approach that was taken to keep him calm and accepting was second to none. They listen to what you have to say. I assured them that my one dog was not aggressive, just protective, and by the end of it Dr Martin was able to shave some hot spots and even get some chest scratches in. Dr Martin is a gift. His approach with dogs, and teaching me how to handle them in the office is amazing. I've only been here a couple times, but I am a forever client. Thank you for everything!!

I took our fur baby in after being attacked by a pit bull. I was worried about her making it because she wasn't doing so good. But after leaving her for a week, in Dr. Martin and his staff's care, I can honestly say he is a miracle worker!! They took care of our Linen, and gave her back to us at 100%. He won't nickel and dime you, his prices are very reasonable. Dr. Martin and his staff show how much they care, not only for our fur babies, but for us, the family. I recommend Palo Pinto Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Martin and his staff are the best!!!

I'm just going to say if anyone needs vet care of any kind this is the place to go! They are all so kind and caring and concerned about your pets issues. The doc is truly a kind caring man not just for the money for sure! They took care of my baby at a 1/4 of any other vet and just wanted to make him well period.I love them and wouldn't recommend anyone else! THANK ALL OF YOU!

Tyler Martin is a vet angel. Sent down to earth to make miracles happen, and to give comfort to elder animals before he sends them on to heaven. My 11 year old chow chow was in terrible pain from a tumor and Doctor Martin took his time and gave her some extra sedative before he gave her the final shot. My beloved dog got to pass knowing she was loved.

I am beyond pleased with Dr. Martin and his staff. It was the most pleasant visit with a vet that I have ever experienced. Dr. Martin and his staff took excellent care of my three dogs like they were his and their own. Even my very difficult Buddy boy. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Dr. Martin took time to answer all my questions. He made all costs clear and and did the best he could with the cost. We have not been there for an appointment yet but I emailed a question and received a call back after hours on a Friday night from Dr. Marten! He spent a considerable amount of time with me and provided a lot of information and ideas about what to do for my dog. I’m sold! When does that kind of service and attention happen in this day and age, and we weren’t even his patients yet.

He doesn’t even deserve a star. My dog was literally gasping for air and he was being so rude about an old bill. My mother owed that I could’ve paid right there. This is the most worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors let alone a veterinarian clinic. I believe he got his degree out of a cracker Jackbox, or went to online school. This is the worst place to go. Please do not take her animal there, because if anyone has had it in the past, and they owe a dollar, your animal will be dead

A big thank you to Dr. Martin and his staff at Palo Pinto Vet Clinic. They did an awesome job with our 10 year old Chihuahua Bitty. Dr. Martin told us that she has an ear infection and arthritis in her back. He got her the meds she needed. She is doing better this morning. They got us in Tuesday morning even though we didn't have an appointment. Thank you so much. Plus we want to thank Kash for Canines because if it wasn't for them we would not have gotten the help Bitty needed. I highly recommend Palo Pinto Vet Clinic. Dr. Martin and his staff are awesome. My wife our Chihuahua Bitty and my self thank you all so much.

Have taken our animals a few times and they have been great each time. Monday we took our girl for an ultrasound and i havent had a chance to get her into the groomers but they brought her back and clipped her nails for us just to be nice! Honestly one vet that really cares about animals health and care and not about money. they talk through things and listen to what you can do. Just an all around amazing vet.

I took my 2 older dogs (12yrs & 15yrs) to Dr. Martin to have their teeth cleaned yesterday and they did great! The key to health in their longevity, is keeping their teeth cleaned every year which can effect many areas of their overall general health - and heart. Everyone at the office was great to work with, friendly, professional and genuinely seem to care about the health of my 2 dogs! Eileen

I’ve Used Palo Pinto Veterinary Clinic for office calls with both my dogs and farm calls for my horses and cattle. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Tyler and Gabby Martin. They are professional, knowledgeable and a friendly family run business. The office was clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I love that I can have one clinic to handle all my needs, canine, equine and bovine!!! Their prices were great compared to others in the area too. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Martin and Mrs. Candi are the absolute best. They are so understanding and accommodating. It was so easy to call and make my appointment for my fur babies. Mrs. Candi was so nice on the phone and at the front desk, and she was able to fit us into Dr. Martin's schedule the same afternoon that I called. Dr. Martin is very knowledgeable. He explained everything to us about what was going on with our dog.

Dr. Martin always does a FANTASTIC job caring for my animals. He has helped me through many situations from puppies to 15 year old senior dogs. He ALWAYS treats my animals as his own and does everything possible to assist. He is responsive and helps me at all hours and makes sure to follow up and take care of all my animals needs. My cats, dogs, rabbits are all very happy to have him and I am exciting to add my goats and sheep knowing Dr. Martin has the expertise to care for them.

I LOVE Palo Pinto Vet! Every staff member is very caring and amazing to work with. They take the concerns about my pet seriously and the appointments are never rushed. After each appointment the vet throughly explains the issue, cause and treatment plan. We had a overnight emergency and I was called back immediately at 2am. They are incredible, highly recommend.

My dog is 6.5 years and I have never been satisfied with a vet to call our own until we went here. Very reasonably priced and they genuinely care about your pets needs. Last visit he talked with me answering all my questions without ever seeming in a rush to get to another patient. Truly felt respected and cared for. 👍🙂

This vet is the most heartless unorganized clinic that I have ever had the mispleasure to set foot in! My dog had to be put down and I was absolutely hysterical not in my right mind the clinic offered a cremation. So me assuming that I get his ashes after his cremation signed paperwork to not get his LGashes. And they lost my dogs pigremains . That is so wrong. I wonder how they would feel if someone did this to one of their lived ones. I couldn't believe it! Palo pinto vet clinic heartless unorganized crooks. Although I'll never get my dogs remains maybe I hope that someone reads this and saves themselves some heartache and and take your pets elsewhere like to a vet clinic who has their stuff together!

I feel very fortunate to have this vet in my town for myself and my dogs and cats who are my entire everything and world. My world revolves around my 'kids'. As I am their mama. And without my animals it would be a lonely world. So having these wonderful people as my vet makes me feel that my kids are in loving, caring, compassionate hands. When my kitty Annabelle was attacked by my dog because Nevaeh my dog thought she had taken her spot on the bed, I thought for sure Annabelle was going to be put down. The little kitty was really bad off. But the dr and his wonderful staff spent several days nursing her back to health and she will be coming home. Annabelle was found in the sewer at the park when she was about 4 weeks old and shes only about 2 months and so she had a rough start to her young life.Previously I had brought my dog Goliath in when I met the dr and his staff for the first time and I knew they would be our dr for life, Besides the fact they are small business and a family owned business...and I support small business! They are the best kind!And might I add that when my kitty was at her worst and the dr was saying she had a 50 /50 chance, we all came in agreement through prayer that she would make it. The fact that they not only love animals but also believe in prayer and believe in a Higher Power, truly makes them amazing people. And Mineral Wells needs more good people. In fact, if Mineral Wells had every single person as kind, warm and honest as they are, we would have the number one town in the country!
