The older lady working there is so rude didn’t even get a chance to let her know my son had something in his hands when she was already yelling at my 3 year old son he needs to pay for that and yelled at my 8year old that if we were sure there was nothing else that needed to be scan I will not be going to this location anymore she made me and my kids feel so embarrassed because there was other customers in line

They need more Employees to work the floors and keep the aisles clear so people can walk down them without running into everything and just keeping their stock on the shelves in order so you know the price that goes with the items. It's a great store but they just need more employees to keep that store clean in the stock on the shells in the floors clear of clutter!!

What can be said, it's a good place to shop in a small town where the people running the place will treat you fair and friendly . I do a lot of my basic shopping there, and they generally have what I need to keep things going at a good price.The story is generally clean and well-lit , and they have a lot of the stuff that the larger stores have. It's just in smaller amounts, which are more manageable for a person who was on foot such as myself.

Id give 5 stars but they always seem short handed and the check out registers only have one person and the last time i visited i had two items was 3rd person in line but the person at the register was disputing a price on her recpt. It took over 20 min to check out with two items. I wont stand in line that long again its not first time. All the employees are pleasant but just seem to be accupied with other tasks than waiting on customers

The employees here seem to care a lot about their job and their customers. You can tell they work hard to make sure the store & merchandise is clean, priced, and in stock. I really enjoy shopping at this store thanks to the people who work there.

Store isn't well enough stocked and most items were mixed up. Needs action taken to make better shopping experience. However, one of the employee were very friendly and well manners.

This is a very convenient and clean establishment. I recommend this place for a quick shop and take advantage of their coupons/rewards on the receipts from pervious visits. The prices are competitive here and the line at the check out normally moves fast. Dollar General has a very good selection and variety. Go see what you can find that may surprise you.

It is much larger than expected! They had proper social distancing and fully stocked aisles. My only concern is when I asked an associate where to find an item, she pulled her COVID mask down to tell me.

Cashier is very nice. Not a bad store. Cleaner than the other one by chicken express. Since it is a busier store than the other one, they have many empty space where items have been bought but maybe not restocked or ordered.

Normally I like going in here becausethe staff is super awesome, but recently things have changed. The sign on the store says it closes at 11 and google says 10. Either way I just came from there and the doors were already locked. It is 9:45 pm. Last time I checked, they still have 15 minutes until the doors should be locked. What is wrong with these people???

Had to change my review after this last visit. The whole store was a wreck, rolltainers we’re blocking almost every aisle not to mention the emergency exit which can’t be to good considering they don’t even have sprinklers. Things were falling off the shelves especially in the clothes aisle. The store has gone down since the old manager Ashley and assistant to the store manager Brittny left.

At 61 yrs old I could not buy a pack of cigarettes because I did not have my purse.Another experience was I tried to buy a phone charger. They were marked $6.00. It rang up at $8.00.The mgr said there was nothing she could do. The aisle are so crowded it is hard to get through.

It's a big store in a small town. Gets alot of business. But never seem to run put of inventory. Closer to my house. We jokingly call it our mini mall.

Took a friend, this is the little sister to ChinaMart. More items are sold here from China than any other product. So maybe those who shop here should take a look at the cost of labor there and decide maybe you should return your dollars to the USA.

I usually go to the Dollar Store. I've been here I Mineral Wells for 20 years and only once was I not acknowledged. But Dollar General has gotten nicer people thru the years. And I'm really gonna like Dollar generale new location , because I live about mile and a half from.

If you are elderly or afoot, this store manager treats you like a criminal.. We bring an empty backpack, because it's the only way we can carry heavy items. The tall, skinny guy, Justin, follows us around the store, makes nasty comments and the manager backs him up. When we ask for help, we are told, "if you didn't SEE any, there isn't any". My vision is 40/400....legally blind.

They are not very organized at this store ...the shelves are a mess and they always have stock sitting piled up on isles but the location is in a great place and convenient to get to if you are in a hurry.

An impulse buy at checkout , 20 ounce coke was 2 for $2.00 instead of $1.99 each (yellow sales tag on coke case door). Cashier did not give me my receipt, I had to ask for it. Later, I looked at receipt and was charged $1.99 each for the cokes. Did not notice at register because I was purchasing many items. This has happened before.
