The pharmacy was SUPER RUDE! They were so rude that I took my business to Walmart where they were much nicer! Hopefully they get an attitude adjustment because the lack of customer service here is crazy.

It's always a great experience when I or my wife and I go to CVS. This particular time was awsome we had a issue over sentimental pictures and Jenny the Associate did not give up until we were able to get our magnet pictures. We even left the store and she called us in 15 min having solved the problem. Most people would forget about it after the customer left the store, you don't get service like that anymore.

was given another persons Rx. I didn’t realize it until I got home when I called them they expected me to bring it back to them and they refused to deliver me the correct medication.

I'm a twenty three year old physically fit woman who is on her feet all day, so waiting in line isn't that big of a deal to me. But, what is a big deal is the awful customer service.Inventory should be left for an hour before closing. NOT when you have eleven people waiting in line to pick up their perceptions. I have never in my lifetime waiting over two hours to receive my ONE perception.I would advise going to any other pharmacy then this one.

I only give 1 star for 1 reason carol- a pharmacy tech there is the only one I have come across more than once she is rude EVERYTIME! there are HIPPA laws that she completely disregarded along wit telling me " she ain't the one " who does that? U ARE A TECH NOT the nice cpa up there do ur job if I have approval from my Dr and permission to pick up my meds at disclosed time it is NONE OF UR BUSINESS! this is nicest review I can give everyone else is great

Techs are rude, and they do not fill your scripts unless you are there waiting. Also, if they are out of a medication, the app will show your script as 8n process. It's not until you go to pick it up that they tell you it's out of stock and they don't know when they will get it. I hate this pharmacy.

Just popped in while staying briefly in town, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. It was an unexpected but nice surprise when so many places just leave you to your own devices

Pharmacy tech is rude. My son was just verifying some information with him and instead of helping he just said, “Good luck to you.” and hung up on him. It was completely uncalled for. My son had to call back and got another person that was nice and helped him get taken care of. But first impressions are everything. If our insurance allowed a different pharmacy, we would definitely switch.

Worst pharmacy and poor customer service. I've called twice and have been on hold for over 30 mins without anyone even acknowledging me. I went by to see if my prescription was ready and the little blonde girl at the drive thru had a snappy attitude and said it probably wasn't ready. I usually use waddys but on Saturdays they close at 12 and I am so sick with rhinovirus and need my medication that I had to use CVS due to them being the only other pharmacy to take my insurance. This is the first and the last time I will be doing any kind of business with yall. Seems like by all other reviews that a lot of people feel the same way. Do better at hiring employees who actually care to help

I have to call frequently for my meds and have only actually gotten through a handful of times. Usually they will keep you on hold for a long time, yesterday I was on hold for two hours then it just hung up. The day before I was on hold for an hour and a half until I finally just drove 45 minutes into town only to be told it was too late for them to fill my prescription. Like ????????????????????? R y'all popping the pills or selling them?

I waited on a prescription for 4 hours, and I head up to CVS to see one of their workers on the computer. The other two were rambling on about directions from chicken e to somewhere, and their personal addictions. Horrible customer service. Y’all need new employees that are educated, and take their job seriously

I work at a doctor's office and we have been trying for the past 3 days to speak to someone for our patient about their medication. Our office staff was on put on hold for longer than 45 minutes EACH time. When someone did pick up the phone today on the third day, after 53 minutes of being on hold; she picked up the phone to say "CVS pharmacy please hold." She did not ask us any questions, or give us anytime to respond. As a pharmacy you are suppose to want to help the patient, and in this case this place failed to do that for our patient.

If I could leave ZERO or NEGATIVE stars then I would.To the miserable lady that works there that hates her job...quit, find something else and move on. When a parent of a child with seizures is told that their child's medication will be ready and the parent goes in the next day to pick it up only to be told that it's not ready, that is unacceptable. You know who you are, you were working 2/12/2020 at 3:00 pm.Anyone with seizures or who is familiar with seizure medications knows that it is VERY dangerous to skip doses. When I informed this horrible woman that we were totally out of this medication and that it's for a child with seizures, the response I received was...it will be ready TOMORROW.We've transferred ALL medications to the Walgreen Pharmacy directly across the street where we were welcomed and the staff worked diligently to ensure our daughter has the medication she needs to avoid having seizures.

Don't send ups packages to this location. Proof of delivery was made 12/20 at this CVS. I went to this store on 12/26 to pick it up, the associate didn't find it and claimed it is not delivered. I claimed this package missing/stolen with the proof of delivery its been delivered on 12/20. I have brought witnesses with me. An associate sent an angry message to my facebook account.

I have gone to this place for 8 years and 6 months. I have had to wait for my Rx's 12 times! I think that is Wonderful! And I have shopped in store several times and I have had to wait in line many 3 times. Truly, Ruth

Sometimes I have had to wait about 2 mins for someone to show up at check out. Great products and good prices. I wish they carried Wet & Wild cosmetics! They also need some more items in the Milani brand section.

I just want to say.....the pharmacy is amazing! Y'all do a wonderful job! Fastest, friendliest pharmacy I've been to. They've always been super helpful when I have to call and talk to them. Favorite pharmacy.

If I could give them zero stars I would the last thing a sick person wants to do is wait forever for a prescriptions they have had them for over an hour and a half and they are not busy so don't go there Walmart was faster than CVS today and Walmart didn't get the prescriptions sent over ahead of time electronically
