Terry was very nice respectful friendly helpful he was leaving to go home on his way out the door one of the other workers said let me stop him he's going out the door home I needed a part for my hot water heater they ordered it for me I was checking to see if it had arrived he came up to me asked how may I help you I told him who I was and about needing the part I told him the name of my cousin who was placing it in for me he said oh yes he came by early this morning and picked it up I was so happy 😊 😃 the fact that he came back to help me how many people do that now days he could have just said tell her I am off come back tomorrow but he didn't he took the time to come back to check on me to see how he could help me What a man what a caring person a true child of God he's a blessing to Ace Hardware a blessing to me a blessing to our world 🌎 🙏💯💜 blessing to our community how many people in this world today that we are living in would have taken the time to come back when they're off duty, on their way home, did I mention at the door, came back in to help someone not very many Terry this man proves to me there is Hope for us mankind to Love, Help, Care for one another ❤ Terry Thank you again 🙏 may our father God Lord and Savior Jesus Christ 🙏 keep blessing you your family and please keep being a blessing to others 🙏 I Love you in the name of Jesus you touched my heart that day I have shared what you did taking time out to help someone else with so many people look at God working through you and the young lady that went running after you I want to say thank you to her as well from the bottom of my heart ❤

Love our local Ace Hardware!! Good selection of products and they never fail to ask if I need any help (sometimes I let them help me, you know, to be nice 😂). They have a cool selection of sauces, seasonings and other products and I typically leave with plenty of extras. Thank you for being in Mineral Wells, we are lucky to have you!!

What they have done to this store is amazing!!! It is so wonderful to walk in this store because it is so clean and organized. They have best selection of nuts, bolts, screws, and other such hardware in all sizes. The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming. You always get great service and the help you need.

I only wish there was 10 stars I could give them. Conor and Taylor are top notch and second to NO ONE. Ace's prices are not always the cheapest but you CAN NOT PUT A PRICE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE and the way these 2 helped me this week with my painting dilemma, I have ZERO issues paying more for the products I need. Customer for life!!

I have never been into this store where the employees are polite or helpful. They are always rude and cannot answer questions or even show you where product is. I tried to make a return today and was unnecessarily talked down to by whom I assume was the manager. I feel like she and the guy standing with her thought it was funny to be rude to me. Whoever the woman is at the counter who does not wear a uniform. There is no need to be so rude to customers just trying to get things done and purchasing their already overpriced products. I will never, ever go back into this store. Sutherland's will get all of my business from here on out. I would have given no stars had it been an option.

I wish every good and decent local business good luck and hope they prosper, especially the new ACE Hardware (which looks incredible and is a major improvement for Mineral Wells and dramatically improved over their old location). unfortunately I previously rated them at 1 star based on poor decisions made by family of management based on bad information that is a direct result of a breakdown in communication that is solely my fault. So I am revising their rating. The owner and family are by all accounts very good people, honest, ethical and hard working. They employ a good, knowledgeable customer friendly staff and have improved their selection while becoming more competitive in their pricing. It's the best place in town to get all your home improvement and hardware supplies and by far the most convenient. Please consider them the next time you have a home improvement project, hire a contractor or just need to add to your tool collection. I highly recommend!

We started coming to this store when we learned they're a UPS drop-off location. Most visits have been seamless for me. I walk in, hand the clerk the package I need given to UPS, get a receipt, and leave. On one occasion, I didn't print the return shipping label. Manny helped me connect to the store's printer, printed the label for me, and securely taped it the box. Service like that will guarantee my patronage.

Every employee at the Ace Hardware in Mineral Wells, Texas is so helpful and friendly. They make you feel like they have known you forever. Everyone is quite knowledgeable on all products but of course each person has their "speciality field" where they know all the ends & outs about product & how to use it. Prices are fair and they have alot of inventory so no problems with getting whatever it is you need.
