The Pet Palace is great, I have used their boarding and grooming services for years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My chihuahua is a nervous girl so I explained the situation. The staff listened to me, told me about a couple of options. When I picked her up she was beautiful and calm. Thank you for your excellent service!

My three labs love Pet Palace. They are very unhappy when they don’t get to go for all day play. We feel that the staff at pet palace love our dogs as much as we do so we feel safe taking them there for play or boarding. They have accommodated us when stuck in hours long traffic in the evening and treat us like family.

I have been so pleased with the Pet Palace. Everyone is so friendly to me and to my dog, he gets so excited when we get there so that tells me he has a good experience too. I love that it’s “one stop shopping” for day care, boarding and grooming. I love how the groomers have worked with me until we got the cut that I like and now they just know the look I was going for. I love my dog so much and I’m thankful for a place I trust!

My Mickey has never been to a play day or around other dogs....She's a rescue from Pasadena tx animal shelter.The staff at The Pet Palace were so helpful excellent customer service Christen was super awesome..She helped get all my information in the system asap and was so kind....Sharon made my Mickey feel so welcomed on her meet and greet...I returned on Saturday for Mickeys firstPlay day....She did well.Thanks for all the special staff who worked with my MickeyYou guys Rock!!!

Three of our dogs stayed for about a week at Pet Palace and I unfortunately am very disappointed with the service provided and heartbroken with how our three dogs appeared coming back from their stay at the pet palace. These dogs are our family and no one would ever want their family to be treated poorly. Unfortunately, all our dogs came back in bad condition with one developing wounds on his body. As a pet owner, this was very devastating. I tried to contact Pet Palace to discuss my concerns and spoke with Laurie who mentioned that their manager, Emily Martinez, was busy at the moment to speak with me. I am still waiting for a call back at this time. I’m hoping this issue gets resolved and that no other dogs get hurt.

Tammy the groomer is absolutely amazing! I had waited too long to have my big boy groomed & she did a wonderful job. I tipped her well. The service at the front desk is great too & Leo loves going for boarding when needed. Highly recommend!

We always use the pet palace for boarding our pup while traveling. I love that she can have the comfort of an “in and out suite”, indoor kennel with a doggie door to an outdoor kennel space. She also loves group play days and she gets her baths and grooming here too! The staff is absolutely amazing, they always have smiles and seem to really enjoy the dogs, which makes it easier to leave my fur baby with them. We love the pet palace!

They have caring staff. The cat area appears clean. They let us know if our cat allows them to give her the additional 1:1 time. I've used them several times for our cat and I am very satisfied with her care.

Kayla was so sweet to our puppy on her first time at PP. She provided a very professional and detailed report on how the puppy did in her Meet and Greet. Other staff members were also very helpful and friendly. They were very busy that day, but they had a full staff to take care of all the dogs checking in and out.

If you’re looking for a “just like home” kennel for your pet, this is the place.I currently kennel both my babies at The Pet Palace in Webster, TX when needed and take them for an occasional playtime as well. My dogs are both skittish and shy with strangers and other dogs but the staff (particularly Emily the IV and Heather) have done a great job learning their personalities and individual needs. I know longer feel guilty or have anxiety about leaving them because I know they’re in good hands. My dogs’ excitement when we enter the parking lot shows me how they feel about the place which gives me peace.

My dog was boarding here for five nights. When I picked her up, she was very happy but smelt extremely bad. I understand accidents happen, but her tail and paws were extremely wet. As soon as I got home, I bathed her, and I noticed her fur had a ridiculous amount of urine. She also seemed a bit bony, and was extremely thirsty when she got home so I won't be bringing her back.

The process to make an appointment was very easy on the Pet Palace website. When we arrived for our appointment, the staff was very welcoming and took my dog back to be taken care of right away. We didn’t wait more than 2 minutes. I especially enjoyed how organized the staff is and their attention to detail. The staff was very nice and took great care of Jazmin. Jazmin came out smelling really nice, and the groomer did a great job with her nails. Since it is Easter, they also did a cute photo shoot with Jazmin. I will definitely return.

Pet palace has great facilities so that my boys can stay together in roomy accommodations with access to their own private terrace without being handled by the caretakers. I never feel shamed because my boys aren't socialized. I just want them safe while we are away

New owners are a Corporation and no owner on premises like the original owners. I had a problem with billing over the week end. I called in this morning and Emma ( manager) listen to my problem and explain the Computer is putting in charges for late check in and late pick up and no senior discount. She was nice and credited this. She explained the staff is just getting the hang of the new computer program. As a long time customer I appreciated her helping me.

Our dog LOVES Pet Palace, and we do, too! Our fur baby has been going to Pet Palace for daycare since she was old enough to go as a puppy, and she's 5 1/2 y.o. now. We won't board her anywhere else when we go out of town and she can't come with us. All of the staff at Pet Palace are so professional and kind to us, and very loving with our precious dog. Our dog gets so excited when we drive up to Pet Palace because she loves everyone there, which makes us feel really good about taking her to Pet Palace. Pet Palace is the BEST!
