We will be back!!!!I brought my baby here for boarding when I traveled to Galveston this past weekend. The Galveston location does not have a PetsHotel yet. As I walked through the door I was impressed with how clean the store was. The staff are friendly and greet you as you come in. This was my pups first time boarding at a Petsmart so I wasn’t sure what to expect. After dropping him off I was thrilled that staff had contacted me to give me an update on my furbaby. They also included two photos. When I picked him up I received a cute pawgress report of his behavior while boarding. He even had a cute bandana on. The staff really enjoyed my pup and he enjoyed them as well. I highly recommend this Petsmart location to anyone who needing day care or boarding.

My 4 yr old daughter and I came in to inquire and possibly buy a new fish along with upgraded equipment, food, etc.. I’m not sure if it was due to the color of my skin or the employee simply thinking that I was incapable of purchasing anything in the store. Upon our final pick, we were told that she wasn’t going to sell us a fish and she had decided to refuse this just because we previously owned a beta tank. We spoke with a manager but almost positive that they won’t do anything about the judgment and lack of customer service but I’ll be sending the ext details to the corporate office.

Petsmart has amazing groomers that aren’t noticed enough for their fine work. Izabelah is by far the best groomer there! She is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Most importantly she is so friendly and lovely with my dog Opie. He isn’t always an easy dog to work with but she does a fantastic job! 10/10 recommend! Schedule your next appointment with Izabelah and you won’t regret it! Pics included are before and after a his last groom that I took outside of petsmart.

This time I took our little Chihuahua mix to PetSmart for claw clipping instead of the vet. I love the vet, just trying to save a few bucks. As it turned out, there's only $5 difference, but the groomers were super friendly, very professional, and Petunia was instantly at ease. They not only clipped, they smoothed down the resulting sharp edges without me even asking. I also found that even the cashier was very knowledgeable about products and services. It was a fun experience. I'll be going back!

The staff at the veterinary clinic are awesome! They treat your pet as if it was their own and spend time with you going over everything you may have concerns about. They don’t try to rush you out of the office which I like.Will definitely be recommending to all my family and friends. ☺️

This was a super awesome pet smart. I swear they had everything. They had a very large selection of toys for both dogs and cats. The employs were really nice. I got my dog's hair cut and nails cut and grinded. I didn't like how they came out and the employees was totally willing to grind her nails a bit more to smoth them out.

Service was very brash and unwavering. Now I admit can be a snob and I don't want to be swindled as much as the next person ; But these people were the worst at it. But I was charged $53.00 dollars for this 11 lb. bag of cat food and it was priced at $38.00 . I walked out after the insult and the lady ran out after me , and yelled sir you were right. I asked her how many other people she overcharged without a complaint. I'm going to corporate.

PetSmart (grooming) on Bay Area is VERY dishonest And I never used bayarea but the grooming on Almeda Genoa was booked so trusting the company I took my pet “gizmo” who keep in mind is a highly trained and skilled dog. Gizmo had been used on PetSmart grooming academy for students and I WAS employed with PetSmart for 3 years. this past December i had to leave for medical reasons… but when i came in to drop him off because I could not groom gizmo on my own because of restriction they called me 30 mins after drop off to tell me that Gizmo bit a groomer, was doing gator rolls, and was trying to jump off the table etc. AGAIN that is NOT true. Some of these groomers don’t know what they are doing and making false accusations because you can’t do your job is not okay. It’s not until I said who Gizmo is and who I am they wanted to switch up stories Specially when I am a former employee and Gizmo was also part of the company. I can not believe the company…. Bay Area location to be exact. If they could not do the hair cut then just say that but to lie about it is NOT okay.

Older blonde female cashier very rude. Was giving me lip about redeeming coupons even after minimum purchase amount was meant. Talking about, “well it shouldn’t have worked” in a demeaning tone. Lady if it shouldn’t have worked it wouldn’t have worked.

They shouldn’t be allowed to sell fish , this is disgusting… that food is deteriorating in the water making the water toxic and full of ammonia, DO BETTER PETSMART

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The pet hotel was a nightmare willl not return. Hire people who want to be around animals and like their job. Very bad experience 😕 Not only the hotel but the older cashier up front was very rude. Will be going to Petco.

The hotel has taken excellent care ofMiss Kitty three times in the last six months. Since she is almost 20 years old, it is very important that she is well taken care of for me to be comfortable leaving her. The most recent stay was the longest (10 days). The staff shows her so much love, and they are really patient when I call to check up on her. I love this place for her.

My fiancee and I walked in knowing we were going to have to lay down some money we really couldn''t afford to spend to replace the nylon bone our baby Pingu-Lily had lost on our big move to Webster. She was really stressed with the move so this was a big deal, which is why we didn't bring her on this trip in particular, though normally we would so she could have that experience to pick her own treats (which I love that you do, so so fun to make it all about her.) I have to say, from the moment we walked in, I was in love with the fall and Halloween décor and sets that were greeting us, not to mention the SALES!!!! I am not a big spender, so when I see deals, LOOK OUT haha. My fiancee and I instantly grabbed one of the largest stuffed plush coffins i'd ever seen that was 75% off (woot woot), and made our way through the costumes, fighting the urge to spend the money to make pingu into a big hotdog (she's a German Shepperd/ lab mix). We actually found a nice pool that was the last of its size for an incredible price( so I ended up buying that too R.I.P my wallet T^T) and THEN we finally made our round to the nylon bones. Unfortunately, when going down that isle, there was little to nothing left in choices, but I don't blame the staff, the bones are a really good find and I stand by them as a substitute for real bones. I was greeted by at least three associates (whose names I can't remember, I know i'm terrible) one had purple bangs, another was real shy but a red head(? maybe) and the last I'd incountered many times and I think her name is Lisa?Linda? She has brown hair in a pony tail, short, always smiling, and helped me find doggyjuana I had been wanting pingu to try for her anxiety when I was driving myself nuts looking. Over All, a very great trip, and I even used my points to save $5. I may have spent WAAAAYYYYY more than I had wanted...but I would not go anywhere else for what my baby needs, not even a different location! Webster's store is my favorite BY FAR. Thank you for always being so kind and helpful :) you helped keep us afloat during the pandemic and we can't thank you enough. <3

This is my cat's first actual bed; she loves cardboard boxes but I thought it was high time for her to get an actual bed. It's super cute!I like the selection of items from this store compared to PetCo.

We used both the hotel and grooming, the hotel was great, it was a last-minute thing. You do need your shots up to date and be able to show phone or hard copy. They have a lot to do for the pets, plus some treats and play times. The grooming is done well here also, I have used several times, but it seems that after first visit, you get the same groomer. This is something I like. Overall price is fair.

Went looking for information about turtles for my son. Found habitats and actual "wet" and land turtles. Wish there were books or something that tells a beginner how to take care of turtles( before I buy one)

We will never take our dog to this PetsHotel again. Bad customer service. And for a 1 night stay they did not leave him his bed. Blanket or toys. Just a cold empty room. And they said it was their policy. I get they wanted to wash his stuff in the morning but the night before. And then it took them 15 mins to find his bed they tried to give me one half it’s size and said this was it.

Love the groomers!I had a HORRIBLE experience at the Fairmont location and Fernando at this location did his very best to fix the horrible groom my dog received. I went back again today and my dog looks amazing!Definitely recommend going here for your grooming needs!

Great experience. I have a 5 month old anxious Yorkie. This was her first PetSmart trip on a leash. The staff is very friendly and patient. I have been having a hard time finding a harness to fit her properly. PetSmart has a wide variety of options. Plenty of parking. We were able to try them on and pick the option best for us. Recommend going early.
