My boyfriend and I had our pup pass away and this was an emotional journey for us in deciding to get another dog. Erik made sure we were comfortable and happy every step of the way. Truly appreciative of him and Byron. They were very thorough and explained everything to us and ensured we found our brand new baby. Truly thankful of the service and professionalism they provided!

My children and I went into Petland and have been back a couple of times and we have always had an amazing experience! The staff is all very knowledgeable and has helped us each and every time. They are patient with my children and help us find puppies that would be a potential good fit for our family. Although we’ve decided that it just not the right time to add a pup to our family, when we are ready we will definitely be going back to Petland in Webster for our future fur baby! Each puppy was very friendly, happy and well taken care of. You can tell the employees actually care about the puppies and finding them the right fit. Such a great experience, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new addition to their family. 🐶

The associates treat these dog like they're own babies ❤️ they wouldn't even let me hold one because it was on rest! So considerate for the puppies health, I love that they take the puppies health seriously and that it comes first! I enjoy the system they have in place, the associates really care for the puppies. I bought my first dog here and the experience was a breeze all of these girls are awesome, Byron is an exceptional manager customer service is phenomenal!

We were very pleased with our visit to petland. Raul treated us like family and all staff were very accommodating and flexible with what we were looking for. If you’re a first time pet owner or even looking to add a furry puppy into the family, take a look at the puppies that they have to offer! The store smells incredible and you can truly see the passion the employees have! They go above and beyond to explain all the benefits that comes included with your puppies! We loved our experience here but I did find out that I way over paid for my Pomeranian. We came just to look at a puppy that has just arrived with NO intention on buying one but we ended up buying one & loved her! Ally & Roman were super helpful & made our first time buying a puppy super great. My advice for anyone looking for a puppy is to do your research first, price around before coming here because they will not give you prices over the phone. I paid $6,500 for a Pomeranian puppy, she is adorable but overpriced. Do your research, I really didn’t research as much as I should have…

Puppies have no where to roam around unless we come as possible adopters come to see them. The lady to ask to hold pet and play with a puppy in a cubby which your only allowed two a visit looks at you like she really doesn't want to touch the dogs. While she's looking digusted telling me and my daughter we only have a chance with two. I had to stop two fights while I was there cause the workers were just letting them fight. They peed and pooped down a some kind of drainer they walked around on. The puppy that was 5800 to adopt I held she was messy with some poop and they lady asked me do you want to hold a different one she has poop will have to clean her but she just look so horrified find a different job lady.

No animals other than dogs. No cats, no hamsters, birds, etc...Go inside and look at all the cute puppies they have. If you want to, pick one out and take it into a cubby area where you can pay with it for a while. If you fall in love, you can purchase the puppies and take it home.
