I really hate to give such little stars but, Was truly disappointed in the cuts my fur pups came home with. Great customer service! Friendly and very good at communicating. Which is why the two stars. Won’t be returning though.

Highly recommend! My mini aussie gets a little “ nippy “ when scared and handled by a new person.. these ladies were so good with handling him and his little attitude! His puppy cut looked great!! We will be returning in the near future!❤️

I dropped Dallas off at 9:30 saturday morning and was told he would be ready around one. I called at 1:30 and was told two more dogs were still in front of him. So, I said no biggie. I show up back at you place at 4 and you had just started on him and at 4:15 you had him at my car. The cut was good but, he smelt like he didn't even have a bath. He too nails were so sharp, that he was digging in my skin. They were not filed after cut. That's $45 forma 5 lb. Yorkie that didn't get services that was told. Sorry but, I don't think I will be back. My baby is not gonna sit in a kennel all day with no food or water and be a nervous wreck. He is not ever in a kennel and I don't leave him by his self much.Thanks and wish you the best!

The Dog House in Springtown is a great place to take your dogs. April did a fantastic job on my chocolate lab, Rhutt. He received a thorough grooming package, I also opted to get a shedding treatment on his coat. His coat looks two shades darker and feels like it did when he was a puppy. I can pet and scratch him without hair flying! April is kind and sweet and professional! I didn’t know until I left that she’s a new owner of the Dog House. I’ve always taken my dogs there for nail trimming and loved the previous owners, they too offer the best service! I’m so glad that April is carrying on as the place to take your fur babies! (She takes cats too!)

Finally a groomer who listens. This a.m. I brought my son's dog in to get grommed. His dog was a mess- matted terribly, needed nails trimmed, bathed, etc. April not only cleaned him up beautifully, but also did it all in a timely manner and reasonable price. Thank you SO much for accommodating us, I look forward to the next groom.

Not my 1st choice. 1st experience was underwhelming. But for $30 my pup got a wash & nails clipped. He smelled like the bath & body japanese garden scent. I don't think I'd return. Friendly employees.

I came here bc it's in the neighborhood & it had great reviews. Unfortunately I wasn't what I expected. I did make an appointment. The place reeks of pee! I know it's a dog salon but that's not right. I gave them a shot anyway, I literally was about to walk out bc of how bad it smelled. Dropped off at 9ish picked up at 11ish. My pup developed dandruff... I gave 2 stars bc his nails were trimmed right. I won't be going back. But they were friendly as some of the reviews stated.

Friendly people, they do a great grooming job. They truly care about pets and helped me find a foster home for a stray dog that was hanging around my house. They offer many other services in addition to grooming. Highly recommend.

April recently bought the salon. She's really sweet to my old and spoiled dogs. I had been in there with the previous owners, and it wasn't really clean. She has done a lot of work on it.

Husband took the Yorkie and the PomChi in to get a bath and a summer cut today, and normal hygiene and nails...when he got there around 9am, we were not on the calendar, but they remembered scheduling us, so they said no problem...around 4pm he brought them home, NEITHER has had a bath!There is no help for what was done with the PomChi! NONE, and cut dirty! Nails were right, tail trimmed right, the rest almost shaved to the skin, except his face.. where head meets neck is ratty and ragged, uneven , several red spots on his body where he was cut too close! Belly dirty, he was cut dirty and something put on to make him smell good!!The Yorkie, much the same! Nails barely trimmed, moreso in the back than the front! Her belly is filthy! Her head wasn't touched, greasy and eewww! Also shaved below the neck! We asked for a short summer cut with their faces properly trimmed! They said about 1/4 inch.. there is not 1/4 inch on them!! The Yorkie has hair in her mouth, not trimmed at all !and she's hiding! She usually prances around after the groomer's! Definitely will not take them or any of my other dogs back there! Friendly and cheaper doesn't make up for this! Cutting dirty is pure neglect in my opinion! If you did not have time to properly care for our dogs, you should have said so! Shame on you!

First visit is our last. My little girl's top knot looked like someone had used hedge clippers on it. Cut was uneven and nails weren't cut, as my vet had to cut them 3 days later during her dental appt. Very disappointed.

Traci goes above and beyond and truly cares for every animal in her care as her own. The prices are very reasonable and I would recommend anyone needing a pet groomed to take them to The Dog House.
