We’re super happy Russell Feed has been expanding and we have a store nearby! We pick up our weekly Steve’s Real Food and are always greeted nicely upon entering. Since we are new to chickens and bunnies at home, I always have questions! Everyone is always super helpful and all our pets are well fed!

Love this store. The delivery guy, Brian is wonderful! His text messages let you know exactly what's going on with your delivery, and when your items will be delivered! Their products are also great!

Top tier staff and customer service from the time you enter! Very large store and great layout with a large variety of products. Great place for good lines of dog and cat food. Also, they have a big hay barn with easy access for loading. Warehouse loading is quick, easy, and efficient.Well knowledgeable staff and management! They have delivery service available and it is a great option if you need it.

Recently I needed something that they were out of and had already paid for the item . The staff was on the phone right away making sure another store had it waiting and ready for me.The staff always goes above and beyond.The guys in the back working out in this heat to load hay are happy , friendly and hard working. I'm very pleased that this new Russel Feed is near me now!

THANK YOU! To the on-site vets and techs.I stopped in for some random item and there were these great people out front well over 100 degrees. One nice lady clipping tonails one nice lady helped me choose an affordable flea and tick plan . And the MEAN GUY drawing blood and giving vaccinations. . Very very grateful to all of you and to Russel Feed and Supply. .The staff inside R F & S were great as well ..

Staff was friendly but not so helpful. The first time I went I purchased 2 robo hamsters, they died 3 days later. I was told it was ok to house them together and they killed each other. When I told the employee about it, they laughed about it. I also purchased what was supposed to be a fuzzy mouse and was given a pinky. I’m new to the whole thing. I didn’t know until I got home and was told by my fiancé.

I don't mind if you make a mistake as a business as long as you make it right and this company did!!! In a very big way!! My 6 year old had a flock of chickens as pets that were killed recently by a dog. She was devastated and I have been very troubled in trying to track down some replacements. I was told by the Granbury location to be at their location at 8am or I would miss the opportunity to get any baby chicks. I took time off from work and showed up in the pouring rain to be there 10 minutes early so as not to miss the opportunity. To my surprise no chicks! Cathy did apologize to me and said they normally don't do this but I would be put on a list and the first call when they come in the next day. Next day came and no call. So next morning I reached out again and to my surprise I was told all the chicks had sold. They apologized again and agreed they had dropped the ball but I would have to wait another week for a new shipment : ( I decided to start calling every Russell's location and drive any distance for my daughter. My 1st call was the Weatherford location, Rock answered and I explained the situation. He offered to call and find me the chicks! I couldn't believe it and in just a few minutes I was contacted by corporate who had located some in Haltom City. Jessica and Cassandra from that location allowed me to pick the breeds and drove them to Granbury so I could pick them up closer to home. I’m so impressed with how these locations all came together to take care of me and make things right for my daughter. They have won my business for life!!!

Love this feed store, great prices, but could you please move all the hanging baskets from the sidewalk? There is no place to push my loaded cart to get to the truck.

They didn’t stand behind their products. I have moldy alfalfa cubes, but since it’s been over 30 days since I purchased them I’m out of luck. I wasn’t aware there’s a 30 day return policy on feed?!
