They are so good with baby girl. She is diabetic and losing her sight. So they always get her in & out quickly. They do a great job. I've never been desatisfied. The pricing is very good and affordable. I would highly recommend them.

The staff is very nice but I won't take my doodles back there.One didn't get enough cut off so I had to take him back.Then they didn't take off all over so the hair on his legs didn't get touched. His head is all choppy and it's kinda a mess. The other one they cut her face too short and she looked like a chipmunk. Took her back and they had to cut it all off. Not doodle cuts on either.

First time to this groomer 6/5/23. Eng Springer Spaniel. Asked for and got a short Summer cut, my dog looks and smells great. I’m happy with the results! The person who helped me get my dog upon pick up was kind, helpful, and welcoming. Another positive is pick up was at noon. So it didn’t take very long. Heads up they don’t accept cards for payment. Local check or cash only, not a problem just something to know I’m advance.The lady Anna I think who was taking in the animals when I first got there wasn’t especially friendly or welcoming. That almost made me leave, only because I had a recommendation did I go ahead and try the business. My dog’s name was taken, what kind of cut was asked for, and she asked if I’d I had an appointment. Anna didn’t take my name, (although I gave it as she was writing, she didn’t write it down) address, or any owner information only my phone number. They also don’t require a shot record on the animals. Which is a little concerning. For these reason I gave 4 not 5 stars.

I have a beautiful standard poodle and the folks at Puppy Luv do a wonderful job on his grooming. I wouldn't think of taking Jett anywhere else. I highly recommend their services! 🐾🐾

Just got home with my boys. I’m over the moon happy with how they look!! Service was quick. I dropped them off at 0830 and both my boys were done by 1130. And they weren’t a nervous wreck like I’ve experienced with other grooming salons. Excellent price also. Happy camper!!

Thanks for the reviews. I've never brought my dog there. However, based on any negative comment I know with quite certainty, the egotistical arrogance of some merchants.In addition to that,for any operator of a grooming parlor not to fill any remorse and or the inability to accept accountability reminds me of the current administration.#Shih-Tzu Lives Matter,.... Absolutely the worst place I have brought my dog! If I could leave a negative one -1 I would. My dog is a pure Siberian husky. And they cut his fur so choppy it’s unreal.! And his nails are cracked from being cut to tuff. most definitely will not bring my dog back. I don’t see how y’all remain open. Seriously! Worst place!! Do not bring your dog here! 👎🏻

I've been taking Brownie to Puppy Luv's quite a while now. They always do a great job. Brownie is a cocker spaniel and sometimes I have him cut short all over but since it's almost Christmas I requested a cocker cut and as usual they did a wonderful job! He looks super sharp and ready to try on the new Christmas sweater that is under our tree. Thank you Puppy Luv! ...and Merry Christmas.

So far I have brought a crocker spaniel and 2 huskies in there and my experience has been wonderful everytime. The staff has been fantastic to work with and they love and care for everything that comes through their door. I will absolutely bring my dogs exclusively to this location.

I took our family dog to have him shaved at Puppy Luv on June 12, 2020. Anna Oberlin was behind the counter. I explained to her our dog had tumor/mole on his right hip and I did not want anyone touching the tumor/mole twice before I left. Anna called me about two hours later and said the boys washing our dog had pulled the skin off the tumor/mole. I went straight to the shop and Anna gave me a large piece of skin (meat) that had be cut off of our dog. Anna did not seemed to have been bother at all and she wanted to fuss at me, because I was upset. There were two young boys working in the back listing to us. I took our dog to the vet and we had to get some medicine for a infection and come back on June 22, 2020 and have surgery done to remove the tumor/mode. Our dog went through alot of pain and is at the vet right now having surgery. This has been a very costly mistake and I wish I would have not left our dog to begin with, because I did not feel very comfortable with Anna at all. My advice to everyone is to go somewhere else.

It was our puppies first time visiting the groomer so I was hesitant, but everyone seemed to genuinely care for her as their own. It is refreshing to have someone you can trust and will be using them in the future.

I just started using Puppy-Luv by Dale a few months ago and I am so pleased with her work. I have 2 Miniature American Shepherds that I show, so grooming is very important. They have an undercoat and a lot of hair. I just picked up my 6 year old blue merle a few hours ago. This is the best he has ever looked. Dale is very kind and good with the dogs which is important to me.I highly recommend her services for any breed of dog - big or small.I am so glad I found her.

Dale is a precious woman, I always take my dogs to her. The best thing is, she does walk ins rather than by appointments weeks or months ahead, which suits my hectic life better. They always do a great job! Highly recommended!

Great place to take your dog for grooming. My dog is shy, but the staff made him feel comfortable and did a great job on his summer haircut. The new owner has spruced the place up really nice too.

Awful women, very cruel to my dog, almost killed her. Heard numerous others in town have had similar experiences. I rushed her to the nearest vet and several hours and several hundred dollars later she finally started to breathe normally and her heart rate returned to normal. It took her months to fully recover to the way she was that terrible morning when I dropped her off. DON'T DO IT!!!!!

I took my Chihuahua in due to so much scratching...they did a great job of checking for fleas and hot spots...have him a special bath and trimmed his nails. He has improved so much and will take him back for more treatments.

Went to get my dog washed and groomed. The lady said it would be 1.5 hours at the most and she would call. 2.5 hours later still no call so I went up there, the lady told me that they haven't even started on her. She laughed and said "sorry maybe 1 more hour." Not happy at all.

They were great when I first started going here but they have dropped in quality and service. Also my dog has gotten dry irritated skin the last two times. Not worth it anymore.

Y’all seriously need to get someone new to answer the phone. The lady has a major attitude problem and extremely unprofessional. I’ve never even had my girls here and won’t ever be doing so. First impressions do make a big impact, and hers will run this place to the ground.
