Lady at the register was the sweetest thing. But seeing dead Beta fish breaks my heart. You can tell some of the animals are not well taken care of. Especially the betas. And after telling them about the dead beta, The employee just say pretty rudely "We sweep them its fine." Is pretty deployable. You'd think they wouldn't want to have customers see this. Don't think I'll ever come back to this company.

I don't know what happened to this place. I used to like it. Third time to use them for grooming and for whatever reason the person who groomed my dog this time had no business even touching a dog. This was at best what you would expect from a grooming school. He is hacked up and nails not clipped. I asked and showed them his nails. She took him to the back and chopped it. I will never expose my dog to the abuse he had here ever again. I recommend you go anywhere but here because they clearly don't care. Also one of the photos has been removed. It shows my poor dogs toenail that is chopped in half bleeding. They apparently don't want you to see that.

I took my 11 week old puppy in for a grooming and immediately when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and welcome. Jess did a amazing job grooming my dog for a very good price. She did exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend coming here for anything you need for your fur babies

We always love coming here to get a quick treat. I think for a pet supply store it's simple enough. It's hard to find staff if you have questions and the stock sometimes seems pretty unorganized. However, each time I requested help with an item they were quickly to assist. I feel the prices are higher than other pet stores. Our Great Dane really seemed to enjoy herself!

I love this location. My Fluffers loves picking his toys and snacks. Good variety of pet everything. Price match online prices to store items. He was nervous around Christmas for his photo..lol but I hope they keep doing activities like this. pets need all the attention too!

Excellent care was given to our Mister(aussie mix). He was very well clipped and cleaned. STEPHANIE was our groomer and she was great. She let me know all of Mister's prob areas and loved my sweet boy like her own.

When into the store after finding the Petmate® Gamma2 NANO Automated Pet Feeder on Walmart is 37.34 and cashier 739602 did not what to get the manager to price match and on top of that petsmarts has a price match guarantee that the employee's will not honor. Don't see why they have a guarantee if no one will honor it.

They didn't have many pets to choose from and far as birds, guinea pigs, and rats. All of the cages were very clean and they had a huge variety of pet supplies.

We went to Laura (their dog trainer) to help us with some behavioral issues we were having. She worked with us for months, with our very reactive aussie. She brought in her personal dogs in order to help our boy get over his fears. Indy is a transformed boy now, thanks to Laura and all her help! We're so greatful! Indy actually let a stranger pet him today! We're bringing him to Laura to get his CGC- something we never imagined he'd be able to do with him! Our special boy isn't quite so "special" anymore 😅

Does not care for their beta fish. 5 betas in nasty water, 3 female and 2 males in absolutely disgusting water. Petsmart in weatherford right next to target. Today is august /13/ 22

I’m visiting from out of town and had to schedule a bath for my dog. He had just been groomed before leaving on my trip so all he needed was a bath. When I arrived at 7:50am the doors were still locked and there was a bell to push for entrance for grooming drop off. After I pushed the bell three times (with time in between) another customer arrived and pushed the bell and I pushed it a 4th time a staff member arrived. No greeting, no smile. I went to the grooming department and the woman behind the counter was wonderful. She greeted me, spoke to my dog and told him how cute he was. I was thinking what a great exterior this was going to be until she said “Brooke, this is your appointment”. So unfortunately my first contact was not my groomer, Brooke was. As soon as I was turned over to Brooke the first thing out of her mouth was do you have rabies vaccination records. No smile, no greeting, minimal eye contact. She just appeared to present herself like she really didn’t want to be there and what she was about to do was a chore rather than a job or a passion she enjoyed. I ended up canceling my appointment after being toldChisel would need to be there 3-4 hours. It was a bath. He is cut short and I was one of the first grooming customers there. So I canceled and Brooke didn’t have much to say to that other than “ok”.Kudos to the first staff member I spoke with. I wish I had obtained her name. She was a perfect example of what it means to love your job, being good at it and being a wonderful role model and example of what it means to be the front line staff for a business. Even though I had a negative experience with being able to enter the store and with Brooke the interaction I had with this other employee is what made my decisions that I’ll return to PetSmart when I visit Weatherford in the future.

I tried to take my dog for a groom they wouldn’t take her because i didn’t have the shot records i found the shot records 5 minutes later they said it was too late to groom my dog even tho it was only 5 minutes later and the girl was still working on another did they could careless to help their clients at this location go elsewhere

They received 3 stars from but only because the 1 time they actually groomed him, they did a great job, all 3 appointments I made were canceled with no notification prior to me showing up, the one time they did groom him was because I threw a fit, they were “going to do me a favor” and work him in, for an appointment they canceled ? He was there over 8 hours! I was happy with the job they did so I thought ok, they have it worked out and it won’t happen again, I scheduled another appointment for grooming for him for tomorrow, an appointment that I made over a week ago, and yes, they just called and canceled again. Will not make another

Great place to go for grooming and pet supplies; just not sure I would buy fish there again (their betas especially always seem to range from half dead to actually dead). If you’re looking for a kitten, though, Weatherford Whiskers almost always has cats up for adoption there 😸
