Amending my initial review from 2 stars to 4 stars after receiving TS feedback which I appreciate and will sign up for. Can’t give 5 stars since store could have shared same information with me.* I really have to scratch my head when it comes to this reserved “Veteran and Military” parking sign. It baffles me on every level that a “military discount” is “NOT” offered in store. If you’re going to “walk the walk, then make sure you talk the talk”. If you’ve ever been in this store on a regular basis, you can see they’re pinching pennies. There’s only three people ever working. A cashier, one person on the floor, and one feed loader. So what does the store have going for it? It’s a small store sitting in a prime location which makes for a convenient stop.

I purchased a $1300 log splitter and within 2 weeks they dropped the price $300. The splitter is still brand new and has not been used and they refused to honor/match the new price. Their website says "Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure you enjoy your purchase and your experience with Tractor Supply Company". They did nothing to try and remedy the situation or value my business. Most companies will match the sale price, especially within 30 days. Was told I can return it and go buy it at another store.Edit: Reached out to corporate/customer service and Ryan was great. was extremely nice and helpful and did all he could and rectified the situation to honor the sales price.

I have lived in Waxahachie for 2 years and I am never satisfied honestly, and I've shopped all over DFW for over 10 years. The dry dog food shelves are never stocked. I asked for the truck day and started coming that day and its 6pm and they still are working on stocking or has not been scanned so are not able to sell me the product yet. I've switched dog food 3 times for the brands I do see stocked. I asked the manager if they can order more of a certain brand since they are always out, but says they cannot order more because they do not sell enough, but yet are always sold out. Employees say it is because of the manager. There is never a staff member to help and today I walked into the back of the store to find someone.

Very nice Tractor Supply store. Friendly staff, huge poultry section. The chicks all looked healthy. They all had food and water. Nice magazine and book selection.

Waited 15 minutes for help, no one showed up to assist then all of a sudden 5 associates come from the back not to help me but go to checkout counter. No accountability when I said I had waited so long.

Poor customer service and faulty products I ordered a kayak online for pickup when I arrived to retrieve the item it's broken and missing the seat now I have to wait a week for the refund to return to my bank causing me to miss all the Black Friday sales.

manager was extremely rude. purchased live plants- when home, opened it to find out that they were in fact, not alive. went back the next day and the manager wouldn’t even give the time of day. no refunds for live plants. okay. but the way the manager spoke so rudely.. I’ve worked in customer service many years and I can’t imagine treating a customer that way. went to lowe’s and bought healthy LIVE plants instead. spent a lot of money here in the past, won’t be coming back. thanks

Took a picture of some chicks to show my mother in law what they had for sale. A worker yelled at me that photos weren’t allowed. I looked around and didn’t see any sign saying so. If I had seen one I wouldn’t have taken pictures. I apologized and she didn’t even say anything, very rude. Not coming back

Two people in the whole store on a Saturday.....line out the door , nobody to help load and unload fencing, horrible service, feel sorry for the two here. Waiting at back gate for hours and already paid.

Tried to buy chickens and they required us to sign up for their reward program stating “the state of Texas requires we collect your information to sell live birds”. Bought birds plenty and never been lied to like that before.

I was very disappointed that I couldn't purchase any cattle panels. They said all of them were sold even though I still saw stacks of them. Plus the website said they had plenty and you could pick them up curbside. I was told to check back tomorrow. Since it is 20-30 min drive, if I go back I will call first or order online for pick-up. Otherwise, the service was great.

Our recent stop here reminded us why we always used to drive past Home Depot and Menards to shop at Tractor Supply when we lived in Minnesota.When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and offered assistance by the manager. She was helpful and friendly and took the time to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for - and then some!! Great clearance items yesterday too!!

Placed an order online yesterday for delivery. Tractor supply has roadie deliver now. It was one $22 bag short. I called and spoke to Gale the assistant manager. She’s extremely rude. She blamed it on roadie and said there was nothing she could do if I wanted the bag or my money back I needed to come into the store. I asked if they could deliver it and she said no. I asked for a refund and she said no. She said I needed to contact roadie. I told her tractor supply chose to use roadie for delivery not me. Her attitude continued and she immediately put me on hold and never came back. I called back and spoke to the store manager telling him what happened and how gale was behaving. He refunded the money to my card.

If you really need to refill your propane tanks don’t go to this place they will tell you to wait outside by the gate where the refill station is and you will wait for nothing. They will not show up. Tractor Supply Co. was the right place for our tractor equipment. We looked several places with no luck for an auger and post. This Waxahachie store was well stocked with various supplies needed from garden to farm and more. The store was busy but I was in and out in less than twenty minutes. The store was clean and the aisles were very organized. I certainly would recommend this place to others to visit and shop.

TSC has been completely remodeled and it's easier to move around the store. also they have a wash area for your dog or cat. Check it Out, they supply everything to do the wash. $10.

Not sure why Tractor Supply in Waxahachie sells propane, they always have an excuse and it's so inconvenient for us customers. If it's not because of a cut off time (which changes), then it's the excuse of 'no one is here that knows how to fill propane tanks'. We've encountered this at least 6 times in the last year! It would be nice if you were to staff your store accordingly or place a sign outside by the propane.

Got some ducks, a small pool for them, and all of there other essentials. Super amazing! Kinda pricey on the feed and overall stuff but it’s fine anything for your ducks 👍

Updating previous review.Very disappointed with this store. Management does not follow through with customer service. I spoke to assistant manager and then manager on the phone regarding upgrade of oxygen bottle size (for welding). Manager agreed to allow upgrade with exchange with additional fee to cover difference of cost accordingly. When I went to the store to complete the transaction, the manager changed his mind. I might not have l liked it but would have been more accepting if he had not agreed to the exchange. I'm not planning to continue doing business at this location. I'll try Ennis or Midlothian in the future.Original review:Service has really slipped. I was buying tires for my lawn tractor and wanted assistance to be sure I was getting the correct ones. I went to their service desk and waited for at least 5 minutes. No one came. Then I looked around and couldn't see anyone except at the register. I had seen several other employees when I arrived so I thought maybe they were helping someone else so i stationed myself in the main isle thinking i would spot one of them and waited more. One finally appeared. I stopped him and explained that I needed assistance. he was headed somewhere and spoke to someone on his radio, then said he would be back. After another 5 or so minutes, another person came out of the back. I stopped him and explained I needed assistance. He said he would be right back. I mumbled "that is what the last one said" as he walked away but I don't think he heard me. He did return after several more minutes waiting and assisted me. He wasn't rude but seemed a bit bothered. I headed to the register to find no one there. I waited several minutes and another customer got in line behind me. We exchanged pleasantries and waited a few more minutes. A third person joined our line. I joked that maybe our items were free since no one was around to check us out. After a few more minutes, someone ambled over and logged into the register. He didn't greet us or apologize for our wait or anything like that. He proceeded to check me out. I asked if he knew if the store offers a veteran's discount. He said he wasn't sure but wouldn't know how to do it anyway because he had just recently started working there. I said "that's ok" and completed my purchase.This store used to have great service but it has really slipped!

This tractor supply is up to par with about any other tractor supply store. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. there is rarely a time that I've been in there and haven't been able to find what I needed or to find something out of stock. They're always are always clear in the items are where they're supposed to be

Needed some wire for welding and they had it when others places did not. This store is a great little resource for shops and farmers alike. The staff is freindly and helpful with almost every item I have searched for when I go in.Fair prices and good hours always help too.

My father was picking up peaches from the Peach Truck and the staff were extremely rude to him when he went to use a cart in the parking lot of your business to load his peaches and then put back the staff yelled at him and said that the carts were for customers only. Extremely uncalled for and he would of put the cart back where he found it. I will not be shopping here in the foreseeable future and I have also put a complaint into the Peach Truck as well. Maybe they will rethink using your parking lot to help promote your business. Very disappointing

I went to purchase a cub cadet drive belt that there web site said they had in stock.I verified with the store.When I arrived I found one but it was used dirty grease marks and torn up.You could see rub marks on it from running on a pully.It was obviously used.I tried to tracked down a sales rep for 30 min...The kid had no idea.Everyone else was to busy.I looked up another store.Waste of my time even verifying they had the right model number. That was another issue for another negative review.
