Was on a trip down to Austin a couple weeks ago (late Sept 2023) and taking the long route. Decided I wanted a phone mount so I could charge but it was 30 mini away. Called told them I’d be coming in hot and was able to walk in the door 2 minutes after. So nice and helpful even took the time to ask a couple questions to make sure the got what I needed and would work. Thanks so much!! It made the trip back much more enjoyable.

Paul and Liz are amazing people who are happy to help with all things motorcycle and The Shop is a great place to find what you are looking for! They are happy to help you find exactly what you are looking for and make the best decisions on everything from parts, maintenance, and repairs to apparel and safety equipment. The Shop is my one and only place for anything I need done to my 94 Road King or 2012 Iron (and I am always tweaking or adding somethind!!) They are also my 1st stop for helmets, gloves, boots and jackets. If they don't have it in stock they are happy to order it and get it to you ASAP. I highly recommend trying them out or just visiting if you haven't already.

A buddy and I took a nice back road motorcycle ride to Waxahachie from Cleburne this morning. We didn't have any plans other than to walk around and check things out. One of the places we came across was The Shop. What an awesome place. Autumn was working today and made us feel at home. The Shop is a perfect fit for you Autumn. You have the right personality for it. Thank you for being personable. We enjoyed it.

I absolutely love this store! I was in Waxahachie for work. Stopped in to get a shirt and walked out with a helmet and a vest because the service Elizabeth provided and the amazing deals they had. They even shipped my helmet to El Paso so I wouldn’t have to take it on the plane. I definitely recommend this place!! And if your are driving by make sure to stop by!

Wow, what a great shop. Just stopped in passing through town. We are adventure bikers, and this is more of a cruiser type vibe, but honestly just a great shop all around. They hooked us up with what we needed and the whole staff was super friendly and helpful. They definitely seem to have some community built, there were some other people hanging out and chatting, that's always a good sign. Great selection, and honestly a ton of women's gear, which is always so hard to find. We'll definitely make a trip back through when it's time for new leather jackets.

We decided to check out downtown Waxahachie, and this place popped up. Nice vibe, friendly staff, and filled with quality products. Definitely plan on coming back. Highly recommended.

Last Saturday I did a 126 mile trip from Cedar Creek Lake and back to have them replace a rear tire and air valve. Best prices and labor cost around. Had anyone around the lake area did it it it would have cost me over $475.00 parts and labor. Much cheaper here.

Great service and staff. Paul was quick and efficient. I was in and out in about an hour! Had some good conservations while there too. If you need your bike worked on, or some great gear and leather then I definitely recommend The Shop!

You would think a A motorcycle shop would know what parts to order but apparently these people are just guessing, now that I have paid someone to install the wrong part I have to pay him to install the correct part later... they cost me more in labor than what I would have saved on the belt. Plus all the extra gas I used to go back and forth across town. And Paul kept yelling and cursing at me just because I was asking questions about their mistake.

I just picked up my Fat Bob from 'The Shop' today after Paul and Ben gave her a tune-up and I couldn't be happier and more pleased with the service. Paul even gave me a guardian bell for my new bike before I left. Thank you Liz and Autumn for picking me out a good one! All around a great experience!!

The Bike shop is where I ta kn w my bike to get it serviced. The couple who own and run it are really good folks, who welcome everyone to their store. They are Fair, and Trurhful in their dealings, and the small town appeal and warmth pervades the store. Lots of cool trinkets and gear to be had.

I had a basic shock absorber that I needed reassembled and I wasn't able to do it myself. I know it probably isn't a common request nor a simple task but they gave it a shot. They were able to get it back together while I waited and saved me the time and money of having to order a whole new set of shocks. They really went the extra mile to get me back on the road and for that I'm thankful.

I'd been searching for a retro 3/4(open face) helmet online for a while within my budget and everything close to $100 was either a cheap helmet or too plain. I finally came across The Shop online, called to ask about inventory because they're website doesn't show too much. Went to store and found the perfect one. I didn't have enough cash to cover the sale price, not including taxes but the manager was nice enough to let me walk out with it with the cash I had in hand. GREAT EXPERIENCE; GREAT SERVICE...it may seem like a small mom & pop shop but they have plenty to see and a good variety. They'll even order what you're looking for.Thank you!

I went in yesterday because I had a bad wobble in corners. Paul took a look and was very thorough and outlined what was going on. I can tel you he took care of it and was incredibly well priced for what I considered a rush request.Liz and D up front working were awesome and very friendly. Have to say that Nola the shop dog made the time fly by.Great place great people.

Hats off to this place I'm a wrecker driver and had a customer that was traveling from S Texas to Tennessee and had a blowout on his bike just happened to be Monday the one day they were closed so he ended up getting in touch with the owners of The Shop on Facebook and they were nice enough to come down on their 1 day off and put him on a new tire and got him back on the road. Tell me how many other places would've done that. Proud to have them in Waxahachie!!!!

Always friendly and professional with a great attitude towards customer service. If they don't have what you need in parts or apparel, they can get it very quickly. Paul is very knowledgeable, a certified Harley mechanic and does an extremely great job on working on the bikes. He will talk with you and explain everything in detail and listen to and answer your every concern with the mechanics of your bike. All the staff there is knowledgeable and eager to satisfy you as the customer.

A while back I rushed in minutes before closing, desperately needing help with moving my deceased father's bike within the next 72 hours... said bike being forty miles away. Said bike also currently inoperable.Instead of blowing me off the owner stayed after closing for a short while and helped me approach my problem from a knowledgeable and constructive standpoint. He didn't make me feel like I was a bother, but instead patiently walked me through the basics of motorcycle operation so that I could possibly solve the issue myself. He additionally offered up a variety of alternative options had I been unable to get the bike moved on my own. Thanks to this shop we were able to move the bike in time and resolve our small emergency.Once I've arranged to transfer my father's bike to my own garage, I'll certainly be looking to this shop for parts and/or restoration services.By spending fifteen minutes calmly advising some random semi-panicked utterly inexperienced girl, they earned themselves a dedicated and loyal customer. In wake of my brief visit I've recommended The Shop everytime the subject of motorcycles has come up in conversation.Seems like a pretty good return on their investment. :)
