Loaded 3 carts of lumber and post and concrete bags by ourselves today seem all the employees decided to hides im disable and so my boyfriend one customer helped us with few of 2x4 we needed waited in line and a customer was cussing because it was taking so long to count the wood ! Plus she she said 1 employees was rushed to hospital ! Place was packed after checking we were told a guy will help us lid it ! Not A DANG one helped but one little Mexican came running to help ! Seem homedepot there is lazy ! Very disappointed and the place was a disaster couldn’t walk any where without huge boxes in the middle of the store !!

Good luck trying to deliver a load at this place. Even if you have and appointment they will have you waiting here for over 2 hours. Unfortunately out of all the Home Depot’s and Lowe’s I deliver too , this has to be worst one in DFW.

NEVER buy an appliance from here. I would give ZERO stars if I could. They have a 24-HOUR return policy.My husband and I are a young couple just starting out and bought a fridge from here.Within 20 days it stopped cooling. Home depot sent us to Whirlpool, Whirlpool said contact Home Depot. Home Depot will not do ANYTHING to help. Whirlpool sent a tech out and says warranty only covers “parts and repairs”, now it has been 2 months and even after the repair our BRAND NEW fridge is still not cooling at all and NO ONE CAN seem to HELP ME.

This is more for the paint department. Fast friendly and exact match. Couldn’t be happier with the service. This is our go to store over any others. Convenient too.

Good place to come shop in. They have just about every tool, material or appliances needed to do a job. The only thing I did not like is the lack of knowledge employees have on certain things you need when looking for them. The employees could greet and ask if they can help you with anything. But they rather walk around and act busy. Other than that great place to find all your home and company needs. I gave it a 3 🌟rating due to employees need to be retrained or have more knowledge on products in the store.

I had already given this store a 5, but if I could do it again, I would! Pam at Customer Service was SO NICE and helpful. I had an issue with my HD credit card and she got it sorted out and purchase made in 5 minutes flat. Amazing service.

I found the deep freezer I am looking for. I cannot wait to have my deep freezer because I need it. I cannot wait to place my large order via HEB because it’s going to be a large grocery haul. I love grocery shopping and stocking up on food. I love cooking when I am off duty and my son loves different meats I be cooking for Sunday dinner. I also seen this storage organizer I could also use for extra detergent!!

As a contractor who buys from several HD locations this one is my least favorite HD. Coming to this specific location is always dreadful as almost every employee I have encountered has a poor attitude and lacks basic customer service and communication skills. This includes the manager, who likely sets the tone for the work environment.

Nice day for outside work. Apparently everyone had the same idea as they were out of most building material we needed. But staff were eager to assist in trying to help us find it or similar

Went to Home Depot looking for headlamps for my line painting job. Asked 3 different employees if there was any in stock. Was told to look 3 different places before the last person told me it wasn’t their job. Manager said they were too busy with freight to be helping a customer. Also tried to buy primo water jugs from them. They sold it to me just for it to be out of stock. Vendors fault but no signs anywhere posted they are out of water.

Great Home Depot, they usually have what your looking for. Store is clean, hard to find help when you need it though, but when you do they are knowledgeable.

I live in a neighboring town. Last weekend I met my brother for lunch in Waxahachie, During lunch we chatted about my need to buy a new dishwasher. My brother owned an appliance business for more than 40 years. Lots of knowledge. He said lets stop into Home Depot and Lowes and see what they offer. we did. Lowes first then Home Depot. At Home Depot's appliance department there was a super nice and knowledgable gentleman named Smitty. He asked if he could help, I talked to him for just a minute or 2 and he said exactly what my brother said during lunch. I asked Smitty to let me look and decide my next step, Which he did. Taking care of other customers just like he took care of us. Considering my brothers experience I was very impressed with Smitty knowing this also, My plan was to buy from my home town but with someone that knowledgable and helpful I bought from Smitty. I'm not sure how many employees at Waxahachie's Home Depot are this good but I know Smitty is a Jewel of an employee. So Mr. Smitty thank you Sir.

Many employees, especially at the order pickup/return, are not friendly or helpful. Lots of areas of the store seem to have stuff just kind of thrown in a corner.

This is for the Home Depot in Waxahachie, TX.Our experiences at the store have been wonderful. We've been shopping here for a year and the employees have such great attitudes and are so helpful.This last experience was great. I had some keys made and after I checked out and went home, I realized I did not have the original. So I called and told them I might have left him at the cash register or they might still be back with the keys are made.This one young man, Daniel, looked both places and couldn't find it. I thanked him for the time he spent. About 10 minutes later, I got a call from Daniel that someone had turned in the key. After we figured out it was, for sure, my key, he put it aside for me. I was very impressed with his initiative. And, one of the guys at the service desk, whose name is Tony, has been helpful to me for 2 days straight in taking care of a complicated matter.I highly recommend the Home Depot in Waxahachie, TX.

It's a damn shame with HD has turned into. Walked in and passed 4 different associates and cashier's without a single acknowledgement. Went to self check out with (2) ladies huddled up and talking. Second scanned item, machine locks up, screams automated " customer needs assistance" after the (3rd) automated message, I walked out. What a joke
