We have had an excellent experience with Laurie in the Grooming Salon. We followed her services to Pet Supplies Plus from using her at a previous location. She is absolutely amazing with my dog who has a tendency to be very nervous while being groomed. She’s absolutely wonderful!

5 stars for Laurie who grooms my maltipoo. We followed Laurie from her previous work situation, because she’s just that good. So patient and has never butchered our dogs haircut. We had so many horror stories before finding her. We’ll go wherever she goes. He’s so comfortable with her ❤️

Pet Supplies Plus has the most outstanding selection of Dog food, Cat food and whatever kind of pet you might have food ! Not to mention treats, toys, and things any animal could need ! Things like being able to bathe your pet yourself, to all kinds of meds for them. And they have special days with great events and sales. And the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful to no end ! It's just an all around great place to visit with or without you're fur baby !

Laurie has now been grooming our Bentley for almost a year, and no matter where she’s located we will forever be a loyal customer. She gives Bentley all of the love he needs to feel comfortable with her. Pet Supplies Plus is in a great location, and everyone was very welcoming on our 1st visit. Such a great store - I'm so glad they opened in Waxahachie. The staff is focused on customer service and are extremely helpful. They have an excellent assortment of products, fresh and saltwater fish and supplies, great grooming services, and wonderful people. This is my "go to" Pet Store ever since they opened!

Fish selection is awesome. I didn't see any shrimp, but not a deal breaker. The tanks were clean, and none of the fish showed any sickness. Definitely gonna get something next time I stop.

I thought it was strange that you're expected to pay + TIP before even seeing your groomed dog, but after picking my dog up I completely understand why they have this policy - no one would pay if they were allowed to see their dog first! The groomers absolutely butchered my Aussie mix's coat... I only asked for a trim, but they chopped off all of her fur along her legs and ears + were clearly in a hurry while doing so. Everything looks so uneven and ragged! And to top it all off, they did a poor job bathing her... it's like they just spritzed some sickly sweet waterless shampoo all over her back and called it a day. Truly disappointing, especially for the price.

Should’ve listened to the reviews. It pretty much matches my experience. We’ve been getting our dog groomed there for the last 3 grooms (I think it was 3). They have a mostly nice staff, good product selection, and the do it yourself stuff is solid. I wonder if the Santa in all of their pictures would approve of how my last experience went down.However, we asked for a Bernadoodle cut which we’ve gotten before, and instead they shaved our dog, nicking him in a few spots and it’s December and my dog is completely shaved except for a ridiculous looking head and tail. He whines on the shortest of walks now.A) let people see their dog before making them pay and tip for the service. No way I would’ve paid. I would’ve laughed and walked out.B) don’t cuss at people on the phone. After calling and being passed around for a while, someone picked up the phone, cussed, and hung up on us.C) you didn’t provide the requested service. Don’t offer to refund the tip and the difference between the quoted price online and what we paid.D) don’t have a difference between a price online and paid in store. Yeah we put up with it a couple times because we were more concerned with the haircut than the price, but should’ve been a red flag.I’m genuinely confused by the response. Refund the money… you didn’t provide the service we asked for and you can’t fix cutting a dog’s hair down to the skin. The idea that I’d go back is laughable, so please stop suggesting that.Silly non-answer responses, they don’t seem concerned with folks cussing on the phone, and don’t seem to understand why not performing the requested service at the price at booking is not an issue worth refunding our money. Terrible experience and they’ll respond here with some ChatGPT/boiler plate CS response if they do.After being bounced around by both the store and corporate, we’re doing the chargeback process. If that doesn’t work, we’ll just let a judge decide.folks, if you book a grooming here, make sure all this hassle is worth it. You may get lucky with a decent cut with good availability, but eventually the corporation will remind you of its purpose. Go local.

Love this place has a great clean area to self-wash your dogs. The price is only 8$ when you buy the multi wash card (5 washes for 40$) . The staff is very friendly.

I would not recommend getting dog groomed here. I would give zero stars if I could. I took my dog a few weeks ago and she came home with giant cuts on her ears. We were not informed of these cuts when we picked her up. When we called to ask about this, the lady I spoke with was very unprofessional with me. We took our dog in to show the cuts and the lady kept grabbing my dogs ears even after I asked her multiple times not to as she was hurting badly from the injury. They said they would speak to the manager about refunding the grooming and get back to me. We also denied to have her go to the vet as they said we had to take her to their personal vet and if for some reason it wasn’t a cut from their groomers we would be liable. We didn’t know how much this would cost and didn’t was to risk a bias vet opinion that this groomer works with regularly. After a week of not getting better we took her to her primary vet. The vet said that these injuries were definitely not a hematoma and that they were indeed cuts from a groom. I went into the store again (as I did not hear back over the course of that week about getting refunded) and showed the vets remarks. I finally got a call back from store owner (4 days later) who told me they could offer me 5 free wash uses (keep in mind these are do it yourself baths - not a bath done by groomer) and not refund the groom or cover vet bill. He said that he could not prove that the groomers did the injury since she was not bleeding when she left. I will post pictures of how her ears looked 30 minutes after we picked her up and noticed she had blood all over her neck. All in all - terrible experience and we will not be taking her back here. We are STILL trying to get our money back for at a minimum the grooming that indeed did cut our dogs ears.

Update: I used the self-serve dog wash for the first time the other day. What a great resource! I took my little old lady greyhound for a bath. Plenty of towels, four choices of shampoo included (or you can buy an upgraded kit) and a blow dryer: sold! I brought a ZoomGroom with me and combed out quite a bit of her winter undercoat while we were there. I wish the water could have been a little warmer for my old lady, but I understand why they limit the temperature to prevent scalding. Overall, great experience. We will be back for baths.Original: I am so happy Pet Supplies Plus has opened a store close to home. They have good prices, the best employees, a dog wash and a straightforward perks program I love. Check out this store before you go to the other pet supplies in town. You won't regret it.

I took my toy Maltipoo in to get groomed showed the young girl what kind of cut I wanted. My puppies hair cut was horrible I just wanted his body trimmed and was completely shaved off. Never again will they touch my dog!!! Not worth $100!!! Inexperience groomers then she told me to go pay before I got to see my dog!!!

They have a wide variety of specialty dog food you won’t find in the big box stores. When they have sales, take everything on the shelf because they have the best prices then.The groomers are wonderful and treat my senior dog with special care. I’m so glad we have choices here in Waxahachie.

Do not take your pet here for grooming. My pet was groomed and injured (cut) by Libby, his leg was visibly bleeding during the grooming and the groomer admitted to cutting him. They have camera's in the grooming area that they won't allow you to view. I'm certain the owner was able to see my dog bleeding when he supposedly looked over the film. however he stated his cameras are not 3d. Long story short my puppy needs vet attention and they will not take responsibility. They had me wait 4 days to see their vet only to decline treatment. Terrible customer service! Won't ever come back! If there was an option for zero stars that would be my choice!

Very clean self wash. Great appliances to use and accessibility to shampoo/conditioner since I forgot mine at home. First time my staffy and great Dane ever used a blow dryer that was built into the tub so that is super helpful in maneuvering large dogs. I do like the products and the friendliness of the staff, the curbside pickup needs a lot of work and attention. I’ve ordered two different times and both times when I came to pick up, I ended up having to go inside the store and get my own order. I pulled into the curbside spot and clicked I’m here from the email that was sent to me, put in my car description and clicked send. I sat for quite sometime and I could see employees congregating at the register talking. I thought they may be getting my order together to bring out, but no one came out. I called the phone number on the curbside sign and was immediately put on hold for 8 minutes before I gave up and went in. The first time I was told my order was on the rack next to register and no offer to carry out. It was a 35 lb bag of dog food. The second time was a much lighter order and handed to me and told the employees much be busy catching up is why my arrival was not addressed. Very disappointing service. I had high hopes for this store.

This past week I've been in this location three times... we bought two small goldfish on Tuesday, put them into their new habitats & they died. Thursday we took the fish back, asked a bunch of questions to find out what we were possibly doing wrong & were encouraged to add a water conditioner. We took two new goldfish home, applied the water conditioner followed all previous instructions & again they died.This morning I called the store & two wonderful associates helped me troubleshoot what could be happening, they told me they could do a water test when I brought the fish back in. When I came in today we these same two associates& one who helped me yesterday, determined the water wasn't is issue. These three helped me realize it was a lack of good oxygen that was the issue. I'm happy to say our new fish are enjoying their new homes & are swimming contentedly.Thankful for helpful, kind, considerate & knowledgeable staff at Pet Supply Plus!

Good selection of canned dog food. Good choice of frozen, slightly cooked dog food.It's a bit small with all the goings on inside, bathing, shots, shoppers.The poor kitties though, their litter was packed full of poo, I volunteered to clean them.
