Always love shopping at harbor freight. You can't beat there deals. I needed a septic pump and home depot wanted $450, i found the same type but different brand for $169. I even bought the 2 year warranty and it was only $215. Always a go to for me.

I am not endorsed by Harbor Freight or being paid for this review.As a 27 year professional mechanic I can tell you that Harbor Freight Tools has some good tools, equipment, and other products which I use at the house or out on the acreage to perform whatever miscellaneous tasks arise. Some of their tools and equipment are good even for professional daily use... some of it is just enough to do a small job here and there. Either way, there is value in most of the products they sell, and most products are available in store.Hope that helps!

I mean, it's nothing fancy, but the prices are unbeatable and many carry great warranty's. You can also buy the warranty (cheap) for more expensive items and they will replace for free if there's a problem. I bought a gas powered auger for a little over $200. And a warranty. It quit after 6 mos. They gave me a new one without question. The second one has lasted me three years. Still working great.

There's nobody on the sales floor so it's hard to get help. The cashiers are very slow to check you out. They want too much information. Phone numbers, emails, addresses. Then they try and get you to sign up for a membership or apply for a credit card. I just want to buy my stuff and leave. Never shopping here again.

Recently, we visited this harbor freight tools for the first time. The staff in the store was exceptional beyond other harbor freight as far as trying to find items assistance with loading and unloading purchase items there’s a gentleman that works in the back, and I did not catch his name but let me tell you that man was a wonderful salesman because I left there spending way more than I planned but just incredible staff clean store and a lot of items were in stock and on the shelves unlike other harbor freight in the DFW metroplex, the store seemed to have it together.

So I started putting my Arbor board together after shelving it for nearly five years, and I noticed I was missing a nut for one of my trucks - an imperative piece to riding if I didn't want to screw anything up. No pun intended. Lol.I decided to make a quick trip to Harbor, grab the correct nut to hop on my board and start riding, only to realize that I had ten minutes before the store's closing. I didn't want to be one of "those" customers, but I was itching to ride my board, so I decided to go anyway.I walked in, and the front-end employee immediately greeted me with such politeness and courtesy I felt incredible ease and not such a burden because of their near-closing schedule. The employee - I wish I had grabbed their name; it was Tuesday evening - asked me what kind of help I was seeking.I told them I was looking for a missing nut for my board and was so sorry for being one of their last customers before closing. They were kind, told me not to worry, and called their manager - Liz - to the front of the store to help me find my way.Liz - without any hesitation - came to the front and effectively communicated with her employee so that she could help me. She took me to the correct aisle and said I might need to purchase a set of nuts in bulk because that's the only way Harbor sells them. I was okay with that.However, Liz then said that she probably had some opened boxes in the back of the store and would check for me to find the proper size for my board's screw - by this time, the store would be closing within five minutes.Liz went to the back, came out with several boxes of nuts, and said I was in luck because she had some opened packages. I thanked her, and she even took the further step to help me find the proper nut.When we found the properly fitted nut, it was five minutes over the store's closing time, and I thanked her for her time and customer service.Liz was incredibly resourceful and helpful even when she needed to ensure proper management of her store's closing. I am unbelievably grateful for that.When I returned to the front, the same front-end employee was thrilled that Liz could help me and opened her now-locked door for me to exit.I've always enjoyed my experiences at Harbor Freight. Still, this experience was beyond exceptional, and I wanted to give Liz and her employee a special shout-out for their assistance last Tuesday evening.Since then, I've been shredding it on my board, unbothered, happy, and feeling great!!!Thank you so much!!!

The people at the front counter are always so nice. The tools are actually better than you think. I hear people rag on Harbor Freight stuff but I have had real good luck with everything I have bought there. Look around the store there are a awful lot of hidden gem items. The multi colored zip ties are a must for holidays.

This store has an amazing selection of tools for almost any job or repair you can think of. They have low end tools if you're on a budget and top quality tools with a lifetime warranty. 99% of the time I find what I need and I always end up purchasing more products I find here because I know I can use them in the future. I spend an hour in there today browsing through the entire store just to update my memory on the selection they have after I found what I needed. I totally love this store and I'll always come back :-)

Employees are nice and respectful outside of management. Wait times tend to be too long because they have multiple registers and only seem to think they need one person up front at a time. I love shopping here, but the managers are all rude and will do whatever it takes to get you out the door as quickly as they can so you're not their problem anymore. Every issue I've had at this store with management. Has been resolved peacefully and properly at another location without the hassle the Waxahachie management continues to be.

By far the nicest cleanest store we have been into the clerk was an extremely nice man but the rest of the staff was scarce so being new to the store we were kind of left on our own to find things but it's nice prices are more than fair.

Great place to get tools at an unbeatable price and the added coupons you get in the mail. I really enjoy going to the store and if you do not know much about tools like my self, the staff there can be very helpful. Just one thing to note is that if you are needing to return something they charge you a 20% re-shelving fee or something of the sorts.
