I moved to this area recently from Midland Texas. My home town HEB is amazing! A great selection of prepared foods and the sushi counter is on point. This HEB is no where near the experience I’ve grown to expect. The sushi rice is always hard. When they actually have poke bowls the rice is hard and the toppings are skimpy. The prepared meals are lacking variety. Ugh I really need the Mansfield location to open up and at least improve on the above issues. Fingers crossed

Here Everything's Better (HEB). Yeah, right! I arrived at 6:30 am as the early bird gets the worm (limited people in-store; parking; business completed earlier for R&R before a busy work week) and was told it would take "HOURS" for flour tortillas to become available. It is now 8:35 am and there is only butter tortillas available. They have definitely lived up to the "HOURS!" I understand supply chain and product availability but you have the ingredients available to produce your advertise product, but consumers have to wait "HOURS". So many customers have stopped by looking for regular flour tortillas, only to leave disappointed. Unacceptable for the #1 grocery store in Texas. Houston and surrounding area HEB's would never disappoint in this manner.My team (per their request) was looking forward to HEB's flour tortillas for our monthly birthday celebration luncheon, but Taco Cabana will have do. HEB Waxahachie is losing like the Cowboys!!!!!!

I got a huge load of groceries here today, 2 baskets full. The young man who was the sacker was so helpful. He went above and beyond inside and outside, carefully packing my car. I was so impressed. I tipped him $5. His name was Jonathan. 😁😁😁

I stopped at HEB to get gasoline. $40.00 bucks. But it got full and I had over $11. + change. The guy said well it will go back on the card. It didn’t. But HEB caught the error and refund me back my money. WOW! Great job 👌

I have been to the Waxahachie HEB 4 times this month looking for some fresh tortillas and NOTHING AVAILABLE!!! All I get are excuses for why they don't have them. I was actually told to go find them elsewhere by the employees. That's just sad! Do better HEB!! Don't advertise a product you never have in stock. If i could give zero stars, I would! I won't shop here anymore! Bye HEB!!

My favorite store to go grocery shopping and I do everything online now. I used to wake up early in the morning to get my day started but the delivery app is so much better. I love getting my groceries delivered to my front door. I have recently made Cajun Chicken Alfredo with Shrimp!! They did not run out of heavy cream this time😃Next time it will be Salmon Alfredo with Shrimp!!

I love HEB. Great food options. Great bakery goods with lots of selections. I ONLY WISH THERE WERE 2 HERE IN WAXAHACHIE. INSTEAD THEY ARE ADDING ONTO A VERY BUSY STORE. I can't wait for the new Tom Thumb Supermarket to open, hopefully they will be a good option and take some of the shoppers away from HEB! THE PARKING AT HEB IS TERRIBLE!

Out this way for a day with my sisters and decided to shop here and see what deals we can get. Some things are a lil pricer than Dallas, but all in all we all bought grocery for our homes. The employees are friendly and helpful, and it's constantly being stocked up. Wouldn't mind coming this far again just for grocerys. 😁

Purchased the “buy this, get that free” bundle for shrimp. All to find out the following week that the shrimp was $6 more than the normal price. Store raised the prices to offset the “loss” in the free items. The renovated area had produce, identical items, priced two different prices. This was on the third day of the sale. Enough time to make the adjustment. Saw an elderly woman contemplating getting the mandarins because of the price difference from the local add and what was shown in store. The little things here and there that this location does to charge customers more may not affect your every day middle class, but for people who are retired or ill and live on a fixed income, these wrongdoings should not be allowed. We should not have to pull out the weekly add and hold the checkout line simply because store owners are allowing this to happen. This is not the first time they have been made aware.

Are you getting groceries around the suburbs? The best place to do that's at HEB. I've been stopping here for 2 years and this place has the freshest produce in town, a good selection of organic products including their own brands that Central Market carries. Their supply interruptions have been minimal 💀

We love HEB! Great produce and meat selections. Always great prices and their store brand is as good if not better than name brand. Their fresh butter tortillas are the best!! Everyone is always nice and always helpful.

You really can't go wrong with an HEB, if you live in Texas, except for the Dallas/Fort Worth cities where there are none (for some reason, HEB can not enter Dallas or Fort Worth markets). The only reason I'm giving this store 4 stars at this time is because it's so crowded, but they are working on expanding the store. Great selection, including Prime grade meats. I would try to shop during non-peak hours for a more pleasant shopping experience. Hopefully the expansion remedies the crowdiness of this HEB.

A Blessing! Thanksgiving day my turkey roaster goes out. I go to several different stores and they were either closed or did not have one. I call another store that did not have one and they mentioned HEB. One, I never would have thought of HEB and I never shop a HEB. I have heard about them and visited them only in Houston. I called the Waxahachie location and they said they had one and actually took it to the customer service desk. I race over there at 100mph. I get there and they had a display of like 50 of them and they were on sale. I was more than impressed. The customer service was excellent. They saved my Thanksgiving. The turkey turned out great and I had expected guys. Thank you HEB. I will definitely start shopping with you.

Heb is one of my favorite things about living in texas. The quality is always good, produce is fresh, staff is helpful and prices are very reasonable. They always have lots of cashiers and while lines can build up they go faster than I expect.

Since I moved to the area, all I have heard was "You must go to H-E-B" so I did and noticed that this location is much different than the Central Market that is near downtown. The prices are higher and the selection of fresh items are not the same. After searching the bakery area for multi-berry muffins I was told that they didn't have them in months while standing in front of the bakery area. So I went to grab some Guacamole and noticed that it was a dollar higher. After that I turned to the deli which is across the aisle from the bakery just to hear that they don't make sandwiches.Customer service was decent and the environment was good. So I get it, one more grocery and the other is a market. I will continue to drive out to the Market Place and get the things I need.

So its hard to say exactly what makes HEB different but it is a cut above the other grocery stores. Staff is friendlier, produce seems fresher. I don't know. Love shopping here. Wish there was one closer to me.

A "must do" for every Texan & visitor. I personally drive 1 hour & 15 mins at least once a month to stock up on HEB exclusives & seasonal decor which covers my home ❤️🇸🇴🇵🇱😎 Totally worth it!

This was my first time, and I'm hooked I absolutely loved the store. All the healthy, ready-made meals, the meat, looks really fresh.The prices were not too bad. I will not be shopping at Walmart anymore. HEB from here on out

I don't think I've ever had this happen to me at a grocery store, but I came for tortillas and bread, and the girl does a shift change right before I check out and for some reason takes the bread and tortillas off of the conveyer belt, places them by the register, and hands it off to the next clerk. She then rings up my items forgetting the said items off to the side. I get home and realize I don't even have the things I came there to get. Very cool, great experience, hope to waste my time again.Guy in wine section was helpful.

Be careful with the pickup service! I paid for a whole pound of hamburger meat and was only given half a pound. I had multiple products that were about $3 cheaper than what I paid, and of course, HEB will not adjust the price. They also have horrible customer service! it takes up to a week for someone to respond to you. I'm from the DFW area and the HEB up there would never!

A wide variety of productsYou will love it. Lots of choices to choose from. They also have a pharmacy. Great prices and also some hard to find items you can't get at other grocery stores. I drive 20 miles just to go there.

I was not impressed. I purchased a medium-sized fruit tray, and it was not fresh at all. The place is like a big old warehouse with food. Not inviting at all. I will not be returning.

This location is always busy, but you do have 2 other choices. Curbside pickup, and also home delivery. Someone else will be picking out your order, and items, but if you don't have car or way to get there and shop home delivery is an option. It can save you the headaches and aggravation.

Upgrade your checkouts to enable Tap-to-Pay and I'll change this review to 5 Stars. This technology has been widespread for over 10yrs now, and over 50% of customers use it today in the year 2024. Why did you waste money installing new card readers that are out-dated?

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at HEB on 1/17/24 at this location in waxahachie. I had a issue with one of the staff I believe she was a manager, she was very unprofessional. I left the store feeling frustrated and disrespected. I expect better customer service from a reputable grocery store like HEB. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location again and will take my business elsewhere.

I love the variety. The H.E.B. staff will assist you before you even ask! I was searching for the soda aisle and I must have looked like I needed help. The next thing I knew there was a lady there to walk me to the aisle and told me about the soda's that were on sale. It was extremely crowded and it was hard to find a place to park. However if you are wanting to make that special dinner the H.E.B. in Waxahachie will have what you need.

One thing I don't like about HEB. Every time I scan coupons throughout the store and enter them on my account in the app, When I get up to the register to check out, my coupons are never on there, they are never accurate, I always have an issue where I didn't receive my total discounts. It never fails. They have good sales, and HEB has good products. They are ALWAYS busy no matter what day of the week that you go, and yes that is a good thing. However, when I get to that counter and my coupons and my discounts are on there, it makes me discouraged to ever come back. With the price of everything today, you need all your discounts, all your coupons.
