I would rate less than 1 star if I could. I came in to buy a few items and get some cash back so I could do my laundry and the cashier was extremely rude. She said I was only her second customer for the day and she was NOT going to do a cash back option. Why even have the option if that’s the case. And why be so rude about it anyway.

I had the worst customer service with Kayla tonight at family dollar! She was very rude and not very helpful at all. I’ve had bad service experiences in the past with her as well but tonight was just so uncalled for. She should definitely NOT be in customer service with that attitude!!!

April Veteto provided the worst customer service I've ever received. I asked about the price of an item and instead of scanning the product or going to check the shelf for the price she told me I should know the price and suggested I go shop at the new store next door. She needs more customer service training and should not be training new hires.

Closes much before the posted closing time. The employees even see you at the door BEFORE they are supposed to be closed and just shake their head indicating that you can not come in! I literally needed one item and would have been out before the posted closing hour, absolutely ridiculous!

You can get some good deals there; but be careful because everything is not a bargain. And the place is not really kept picked up. I understand they are busy and maybe short of help. But you still have to work hard to do this since customers are coming in. I do shop there often because it is convenient and some prices are reasonable. So I gave them 4 stars!!

The new female cashiers there were extremely nice, they were very welcoming & hospitable. Family Dollar is one of the few good stores, with good people, that is still left around these parts.

This store had 3 clerks. One had her young child in there running around.. she constantly haulers at her and the line of customers had to listen too as well. Very unprofessional. I ask did the manager know this was going on.. the clerk said yes and she was on vacation... the clerk then began making excuses for why child was missbehaving saying she was spoiled... no! It’s a child doesn’t belong at work...it’s not professional or safe. None of this staff had mask on either.. but the experience was stressing and uncomfortable... this is not good for child or customers... you can’t blame a child for your bad decisions... that situation shouldn’t have happened... your at work and you can’t do your job efficiently if a small child is running around getting in stuff. With the Covid going around a child crawling around on floor and being exposed to all that isn’t safe either.

My husband wanted carlos Rossi sangria wine and that's the only place i find it. So it's not far. The staff are friendly and kind . they treat you with a smile. Love going if i don't need to go to a big super market. I can find things i need here

Although its a very old store, the staff does the best with what they have. Definite that more employees would be an ultimate goal for this location. Maybe someone to help update this older location. I feel that such an unattractive store is not as inviting to the growing population. Not to mention Waxahachie has a large population of higher income families still looking for a bargain.

Always shop at this location on the way home from work. Would be nice if the restroom was available for customers that shop Considering I've been fully vaccinated and needed to go really bad to just have to wait and fight through construction trying not to have an accident on myself.

I went Into family dollar in Waxahachie and the cashier was very rude because I wanted cash back. She started throwing things around because she only had $50In her drawer. So she throws the money in my hand. I told the manager that she was being a witch because she had to give me $50 cash back she said nothing.

The manager openly and discreetly talks very disrespectful about employees and customers can be overheard using foul language and has no sense of customer service whereas I have no complaints for the other employees the manager was the only thing I found despicable about this place she even use racial and homophobic slurs against customers
