I brought my new phone from them. Love the phone. Bought membership and Geek squad helped me transfer all apps from my old phe. It only took 30 minutes. Very reasonable price for the new phone. Thank you so much for helping me.

Possibly the most pleasant Best Buy experience I have ever had. Went in with my boyfriend so he could get himself an iPad and Alejandro went above and beyond for us. He gave us good insight in what my boyfriend would need and we were able to walk out of the store within an hour with an iPad and some accessories!

Dom was awesome and provided a great shopping experience. In all the best buys I've been to in the DFW area, he has been by far the best to help me and is very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend seeing him for any questions you may have on any product.

I bought a refrigerator at best buy, which is great. When the refrigerator was delivered, the delivery staff broke my storm door. The bottom glass was shattered and the mechanism to hold the door open was knocked off the door. We immediately filed a claim with RXO, which is the company Best Buy contracts with to make deliveries. Since December 2023, RXO has done nothing but give us the run around about our claim. They asked us to send them pictures of the damage and provide 3 quotes for a new door, which we did. After a month or so we got an email saying they denied our claim. No explanation. After contacting Best Buy again to ask what was going on and how could they deny the claim, we were then told they would reopen the claim. Since mid February 2024 we have not heard a thing from RXO or Best Buy.I purchased a refrigerator, in good faith, and expected it to be delivered and installed; I did not expect their subcontractors to damage my property and not want to make it right.

This is the best retail place I have been in a long time. The manager is old school customer service, the staff seems to actually care for customers and willingness to help you. Highly recommend going to this Best Buy.

Everything is locked up like you’re shopping in the ghetto, and then you can’t get anyone who works there to help you because everyone needs an employee to be able to buy anything, but they don’t have enough staff. Save yourself a trip and just order from Amazon and get it the next day. The only reason to go to a Best Buy is to get something same day, but they make it too difficult to get anything quickly. Also, their merchandising is trash and so you can’t find things quickly, there isn’t good stock levels, and things aren’t arranged neatly.

Stood in checkout line almost 30 min while a worker played on his cell phone, and yes, he did see me. As soon as the cashier who was fanished whit the gentleman she was working with, I stepped up to pay for my goods. Now im sure you already know where this is going, and yep, the cell phone dude helped the man behind me. Incidentally, he walked up right as I was going to be helped 🤔. Where the customer service, isnt my money green also??

Went in to look at the Twinkling lights in person, advertised had "in stock" but did not. While there Best Buy employees asked if they could help, very friendly. Clean store and friendly environment.

Can't talk to someone, they charged me for same day delivery and didn't deliver. Can't adjust my order, the buttons are greyed out. Can't get any information because their third parties tracking website isn't up, this is just ridiculous.

They only want your $ & don't have an honest return policy. The audio installer in Cedar Hill is a worthless bum. Made every excuse to not install a radio on a Friday. Manager Greg sides with the installer and thinks he's the top flight security of the store. Ppl like this is why you can't shop in the hood.

Rated 10/10 customer service! I walked in looking for an extention connection for a laptop. The knowledge of the products and what I was needing landed me with getting a new monitor! Lucky me a very expensive size and model just went on sale that day. Win/win for me!!!

Best Buy matches sale prices. The Geek Squad was polite, fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. They delivered our T.V., mounted , and programmed it in no time. They even cleaned up after themselves. I was really impressed.

I have NEVER been more frustrated IN MY LIFE!! I had an appointment with Geek Squad for Apple Warranty work. Apple set the appointment. Someone from the store called me about the appointment. I answered and they couldn't hear me - their issue, not mine. They sent a text giving me their name and that it was about my appointment. I called the number, texted several times and tried the store phone number. Apparently, you CANNOT speak with anyone in a store. You can either argue with their ridiculous phone system or speak to someone at a national call service who can't answer any store specific questions. And the number that texted me doesn't respond or answer. I am done. I have been a loyal BBY customer for years. I would rather buy my electronics for my homes and offices off a street corner than shop here again. This used to be a great company. Pathetic.

I live here in town and default to this location for electronics (due to lack of choices). The last 4 times I stopped by I was not greeted by anyone. Found my way to the product I was looking for and then had to walk around the store looking for an employee to assist me. Product availability is hit and miss at best. Something needs to be done about the quality of personnel for sure.P. S. Offering to order something for me doesn’t make me feel better about you not having it in stock. I can order it on line myself. I came to the store to to ask questions about the product and to walk out with it in hand.

The staff is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The store is well arranged as well. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with delivery. They gave me an 8- hour delivery window scheduled for 3 days after purchase during which I waited for my TV and noone showed up nor did I get any notification that the delivery had been rescheduled. I had to call the next day to find out and waited a long time on the phone only to be rescheduled for 5 days later. Not good service there.I was able to speak to the right team finally. They carefully reviewed the problem, fixed it, and even sent me a gift card for my trouble. Made me happy in the end.

I went there for a 55 in tv. The gentleman that helped me was fantastic and very knowledgeable. When I arrived he gave me a little time to look around before coming up to ask me if I needed help. Very professional and had a great personality. Nice job!!!

This Best Buy is easily one of the best I've been to. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The Geek Squad here is also very friendly and knowledgeable. The downside is that sometimes the wait time to get anyone to help can be a bit longer than desired, but it's not too bad and when you do get help it's the best it can be. I highly recommend this store. It's also very clean.

Best Buy Waxahachie has gone above and beyond to help us pick the perfect laptops for my husband’s business. We also purchased a dishwasher and had it delivered. Fantastic customer service.
