Had a very nice lady Gloria Holmes that works there help me and I opened a Belk card and the store had a great sale I always thought it was to expensive for me it was my frist it going there with my friend now I will go all the time on Tuesday it Senior citizen's day and I'll be going to check out all the sales.When you have 40 and 50 and 70% off on sales, that's good.

Terrible customer service. Tried to place in store pick up and received no communication. When I went in to inquire about the order the sales associate was extremely rude and told me they could not cancel the order/fulfill the order. Received 0 information until waiting on hold with the corporate customer service to finally ask them to cancel the order. So even after them telling me they did not have the item, they still would not cancel the order.

BEWARE! Exercise extreme caution before making a purchase here. Tried to make a return with a receipt and was offered a store credit for less than what was paid for the item. Was still within the return window printed on the receipt. Poor service and scamming.

Due to being tucked tightly away from the main road, I don’t see Belk getting much traffic. That’s a shame, because the store is well-kept, organized, and cozy. It has a great selection—very similar to JCPenney across the road, but with even more home goods.

Poor customer service.I went into the Waxahachie Belks store to return a pair of shoes (had my receipt) that I wore once and not for long, as they kept falling off my feet. I took them off and back into the shoe box. The cashier refused my return and called me a liar in front of a crowd. To prevent a scene I took the shoes and left.

Great service but overpriced markups turned markdowns so those unrecognizable brands remain on par with oblivion as much as they are excessively priced. Whatever the rationale may be, it’s lost and misses entirely the surrounding marketplace that’s relatively reflective of its community at large.

I drove in 4 hours away. I scanned items in store when I checked out they had done an email receipt. I checked the receipt and all items were different prices. I went back in they said I had to order online and come back hours later to pick up the same items. I returned all the items. I don't understand why I couldn't just stand in the store and order the items again and leave with them. I asked for a store manager I didn't get to speak with one.

Sales were great. Merchandise options were slim in some areas. Took forever to check out and there were little to no customers in the men’s dept. Doesn’t make sense that the checkout process takes SO LONG!

Probably one of the nicer department stores I’ve been to in awhile. I say that because every department was incredibly organized, the associates were very helpful, and if you went to a rack (anywhere in the store) the clothes were sized. The manager and associates obviously take pride in their work. The prices are competitive and the sales are great!

The shoe department is a wreck. The whole place needs attention. They do have a good selection of merchandise, though, and brands you can't get anywhere else in Waxahachie.

I ordered online which was easy. I receive a text message from the store when my order is ready. Follow instructions to park in a designated area and respond back to the text msg that I have arrive. Staff member came out to my vehicle place my items in the car and that was fast services didn't wait long and I was on my way home.

The service was amazing! We had awsome help. Only down fall to our visit was a woman that was giving the cashiers a hard time. Just screaming at those poor kids! They handled themselves in a very professional manner.

The Waxahachie store was amazing. A wonderful lady greeted me and asked if I would like a coupon today. I didn't think I would use it, so I declined. She asked if I was going to buy anything. I said yes, socks. She suggested that I might be able to use it, so I graciously accepted it. On my way to get the socks, I noticed a rack with men's short pants, and a sign showing I think 50-80 % off. WHOA! I'm hooked and I haven't even bought anything yet. I found 2 shorts and the socks. The nice lady checking me out was very helpful in explaining the return policy, then saying how much I saved today. I'll be returning to this store!

Great store but they need to add a more variety of big and tall clothing. My husband is 6'7 and I drive 45 min to shop for his clothes. I get disappointed every time I go because there is usually only a handful of clothes to choose from.

We found so many great sales, we had to make ourselves stop shopping after a certain amount of time (and a buggy full). What is so great about Belk is the variety of choices. My daughter, who was shocked at how much "cool stuff" she found, put it best: places like Old Navy and Target (which we love) carry an expected style of things, you know what you're going to get when you go there,...but Belk has a wide range of choices for every kind of style. We had fun shopping there and enjoyed trying on some different styles with great sales. There were also plenty of cashier stations open with friendly customer service.

I have gone to Belk for a few years now consistently and when I go there I spend a lot of money. I buy clothes bedding purses and expensive perfumes. When you ask for help the sales representative are not very helpful if they don't think that you are spending money they don't really help you if you buy the perfume the expensive one and you ask for samples they never want to give them out I think that this is one of the perks that as a customer I enjoy when I spend Top Dollar on your product the customer service is not very good so I have decided not to shop there for a while maybe they will miss me.

Like this place for certain items. Overly priced but have good deals sometimes. Staff is very nice and don't hound you when shopping which is pleasant.
