Went in to order my son a pizza, I told the cashier I wanted to use my points I had 18000 and she told me I couldn’t it was just $1 off. So I paid for it but after looking at the app, I requested a refund. When she got the manager involved she lied to him saying I didn’t mention the points when I clearly told her I wanted to redeem my points and inserted my number. The owner then came up behind her and the manager saying I cannot get a refund and for me to not do that. Like excuse me? I’m a paying customer, if there’s issues using the points that 7/11 offers they need to fix it! You cannot sit there and tell a customer they can’t get their money back after providing everything needed for a refund. My pizza wasn’t even made! After 10 minutes the young manager gave me cash (MY REFUND) & apologized. The owner is very rude, unprofessional and aggressive. The chubby short lady with glasses doesn’t know what the hell she’s doing & she’s a liar! I will not be returning to that location.

Corporate needs to do more store site walks this is ridiculous to walk into a place and on top of that not an old store at all. To see a huge mess and lazy employees on top of it, that’s what it comes down to. A smoke break is always so much more important. Disgusting all thru out the drink area and floor. Everything was a mess. Sticky and gross. 5/23/23@ 725pm and another visit on 5/24/23 the isle was still a huge mess again. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Don't use the ATM at this store Or any 711 because it'll steal your money from your account. Not give it to you and all they will tell you is that there's nothing that they can do about it.That you have to get ahold of your bank and dispute it.

Love the drinks. Always gotta buy the xtra large. Always clean. No self check out except at the gas pumps. Friendly staff. Fresh meats. Smells good. Customer friendly.

Honestly do think is great... air pump always works, staff is nice, never have any problems with the pumps. But the one thing that needs to improve is the coffee bar seems to always be dirty.. the milk/half and half cooler is always dirty or cartons are empty

Customers weren’t even wearing a mask. Even the cashier had her mask down under her chin. Yea there’s a plastic divider but seriously? Overall, it was clean and the food looked fresh. Downloaded the app, love the rewards program!

I went there today and was checking out and this one guy GOT ALL LOUD because my debit card didn't work the first time....He yelled try using another card!!!!Customers around looking I had locked my card because I misplaced my wallet and forgot to unlock it...... I was able to log into my app and unlock it but he was so rude about it...FU sir!!!!!

usually very nice employees, they have a good selection of foods/drinks, and very good deals with the app. though most people don't have their masks on properly when i go, it still is a very nice little stop.

Upon walk in there's a positive atmosphere and generally can find everything we ever look for from snacks to drinks, slushies being a number one. The staff always has a good air about them and always happy to help.

This store is great clean and brand new, compared to any other gas station in Waxahachie. Yes big deal people In Waxahachie are not wearing their mask. Cops are not going to do anything so who cares! However people wearing or not wearing their mask has nothing to do with the store. Stay home!

I was trying to order from them online from doordash like I have been doing Quite frequent.When customers Try to order from your store and it appears that the item is in stock.i hate for the driver to come to my door not with everything that I ordered.if something is out of stock say that on your website so I can get something else.and can yall put a phone number in where somebody actually picks up.keep your items stocked up if u can't let the customer know online that your out of stock. This is the 7-11 in Waxahachie tx.

Just another 7-eleven. Low standards. Everything that use to make 7-eleven awesome doesnt work or only sorta works. (Slurpee machines). When in today and the literally only had 1 flavor( mt.dew). I expected more from this location but was let down.

Went in for my daughter's first slurpee, and the staff were very lighthearted and fun about it. The store was clean, a lot of non masked people.
