Prices went up on the haircut. The person cutting his hair didn't cut his nails and when I asked why not, he said my dog tried to bite him... My dog has never bit or tried to bite anyone before. I also asked why they didn't do it since it was part of the service I was paying for and he said it was included with the service so they wouldn't take any money off the total.Will more than likely get a new groomer.

We’re always satisfied each time that we get our fur baby. Drake is awesome and does a great job! The staff at the grooming dept. are friendly and good at what they do. Keep it up!

Drake in Pet Grooming is the BEST! I have a long haired miniature dachshund, her name is Sophie and Drake always takes such good care of her. Drake listens to all my little details and worries when I bring Sophie in, which makes me feel at ease when leaving her. We only come in 2-3 times a year for grooming because of Sophie's neck issues, having Drake at the Petco Watauga TX location will always bring us back. I also love the Express Service you offer, it really benefits Sophie with her being older/neck issues/less stess. Sophie just had her holiday grooming on Monday and as usual she looked so pretty. My dog did not get bathed at all. His teeth were not cleaned. I spent more than 70 dollars and just got some shampoo on his body. The smell was not removed at all.I will never come back again!

The groomer, Dom, did an amazing job on my goldendoodle pup! Everyone has said how great of a teddy bear cut she got. I cannot express enough how awesome they did and for a reasonable price. They left her smelling fantastic and she still smells good days later. Will definitely bring her back when I can! 6/5 recommend. My photos probably won’t do the cut justice.

This was only the second time my dog has been into a groomer and the first time she was brought in by me. Anita was so friendly and informative. She went over all of my options and answered all of my questions to ease my mind. She took the time to be sure both myself and Rhea were comfortable before she took her back. When I picked her up I nearly cried, she was a whole new dog. She was beautiful and happy. Anita did an amazing job and told me that Rhea did a wonderful job and was so good for her. Having a dog with anxiety gives me anxiety having to leave her without me, Anita made sure to ease my mind both before and after the appointment and the happy smile on Rhea's face told me she felt comfortable and at ease with her.

Easy appointment setup, everyone was nice through the whole process. Our dog Simon was happy to be there before and after and smelled great! Mandy was really nice during the check in process and when I called to let them know I was on my way to pick him up. This was my first experience and I will definitely bring Simon here again for grooming!

Harley has a good experience. Short hair so primarily shampoo, nail trim, butt (you know), and loose hair / undercoat clearing. He is not afraid to go in and definitely happy to see us when at pickup to go home.

Because they went beyond for my baby girl and put my mind at ease especially after what my dog went through at PetSmart. She looked, smelled amazing and she was happy and so was I! I wanna give a big shout out to Dominic who I spoke too the most while there, thank you so much for giving me all the info I needed and for caring about my fears and taking very good care of my baby girl Miss Pickles, definitely will be taking her to you guys for now on and no one else!!!

Chelsey did a fantastic job with our Comet. My family was very pleased with his hair cut and nail trim, especially since Comet is still getting used to the grooming process. We will definitely request Chelsey again next time.

There was a miscommunication concerning how much to take off. I am partly responsible for this but I did also say to take off as little as possible (I agreed to the wrong guard). But he does look great and was a very very happy dog when I picked him up.

The groomer failed to do what i asked which was to cut the fur on my dog's ears short. I also had to pay for the groom before they would let me see my dog. If i had seen my dog first i would not have tipped the groomer. I wont be back and wont recommend Petco. It was a simple request and botched terribly.
